Perfect ubicación, cerca de mercados, restaurantes, y una Preciosa cala con gran variedad de fauna marina. El apartamento era limpio, confortable y equipado con todo. El personal ha sido muy amable y coordal

Gran estancia en este hotel, el servicio fue A1 tan pronto como llegamos allí, buen sol en el área de la piscina, no puedo esperar a volver otra vez. ¡El bar de la piscina también es A1! Alan aleena y john fueron increíbles, ¡la comida fue excelente! ¡Excelente ubicación para todos!

Buena ubicación y buen servicio.
Las habitaciones están limpias pero con algunos inconvenientes:
• El dormitorio sólo tiene ventanas pequeñas, por lo que apenas entra aire fresco. Además, la ventana da al pasillo iluminado que conduce a otras habitaciones. Así que tienes que decidir si quieres aire fresco (con mucha luz) u oscuridad (entonces sin corrientes de aire).
• Los colchones están caídos (pero pueden ser diferentes en otras habitaciones)
• Aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo disponibles en el dormitorio. Aire acondicionado bastante ruidoso.
• Falta iluminación en la cocina.

Mi esposa y yo nos alojamos allí por 3 semanas a principios de este año.
El personal fue increíble, las comodidades son muy buenas y la ubicación excelente. La comida en el restaurante estaba bien.
Es por eso que regresaremos durante cuatro semanas y media en enero de 2024.
Nos sentimos muy cómodos allí.

Apartamento agradable y limpio, personal amable y buena ubicación, y la cafetería junto a la piscina también era buena

Absolutamente me encantó las habitaciones de este hotel eran preciosas. La piscina era preciosa! El personal era muy amable y servicial.

The apartment was ideal, perfect for myself and my partner, we got at reception at 17: 00 and was explained where our room was located.

The room itself was spacious, with good facilities and clean. The beds were very comfortable which we loved. It also had air-conditioning (only in bedroom).

The pool is located at the centre with sunbeds around it. The pool has great access and very big with a small jacuzzi at the corner.

We handed our keys in the key box at the reception out of hours with no issues.

Definitely recommend if people are considering.

Good location close to the beach at the east end of Los Cristianos. Accessible without having to climb the many hills in the area. Apartments are clean and spacious, some in the process of renovation. Lots of food/bars/supermarkets in the area, but quiet location.

On the beech, a little walk into town, clean great staff, nothing is too much if you just ask, will be here again

Amazing as always. This was our 4th time there and as always, they made sure our stay was perfect. Helping out with the taxi, excursions, advice, printing boarding tickets, accommodating our special request for the apartment. Simply perfect. We will be glad to keep coming to Paloma Beach in the future as well.

Best place I have stayed in Los Cris. Apartment was immaculate and everything I needed. Very quiet too.

Great location, with a fantastic pool. Staff are all very friendly. It needs a little bit of T. L. C. Which they are in the process of doing. All in all, we would go back.

Located at the end of los cristianos, short walk to the sand beaches. Quiet area with little traffic.

The appartment hotel has a restaurant, pool facilities, 24 hours (?) reception.

The apartments are large, we had a 2 bedroom. Spacious and quiet balconies. (Our stay was during november, probably off-season and thus quiter).

The apartments have all basic facilities and utensils.

Good location nice and quiet but only five minutes away from seafront bars and shops. Lovely apartment equipped to a high standard. Very clean with excellent comfy beds. Nice pool with sunbeds for hire at 2 euros per day.
A great friendly bar by the pool serving reasonably priced food and drinks. The bar owners are lovely people.
Paloma Beach reception are very good check in was very easy with a friendly welcome. Would recommend this place.

Booked on a short notice and we ended up getting upgraded room which had 3 bedrooms with 3 balconies instead of 1 bedroom and 1 balcony. We were impressed how nice the room was. Room was modern with all the cookware we needed and it was also very clean. There's a supermarket close by and a beach is within walking distance. Overall very happy with our stay in paloma beach aparments

El apartamento tiene unas reformas hechas como la cocina, el baño.todavía le faltarían algunos retoques como suelos, puertas y armarios, pero aún así, es bastante cómodo y muy amplio. Problema, no hay persianas ni cortina opaca en las habitaciones. Se oye a los vecinos de arriba que parece que se pasan el día y la noche arrastrando muebles y la guerra que dieron los del gato en celo que le dejaban salir a la calle a las 7: 30 u 8: 00h sin parar de maullar. La piscina una maravilla.

Fabulous apartments. In fact the best we have ever stayed in. So well equipped. Ideal location. Very clean. Fresh towels a couple of times a week. Lovely pool and snack bar serving breakfasts, light lunches and alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Nice cocktails! Friendly service. The pool attendant was always very helpful and friendly.

The apartments are only a short walk from the Hiper Dino supermarket which is ideal.

There is also a small bar at the entrance to the apartments called Olaf's bar. I don't think it's anything to do with the accommodation but the man there was always very friendly.

We just went for 3 nights but the place is great. The staff are always smiley and really helpful, it’s located just 10 minutes walk from Los Cristianos and 5 minutes walk from shops, bars and restaurants. The pool area is really nice - plenty of space, big pool and jacuzzi. The apartment was spacious and I wish we could have taken the pillows with us they were so comfy!

Por lo general, está muy bien. La piscina se llena mucho, un poco escandaloso pero por lo general calidad-precio bien.

Apartments are lovely, feels like home from home, very spacious. Stayed more than once here and all rooms are nice and clean, some superior rooms are slightly better than others but it's just the luck of the draw what you get, and it's things like a small television you struggle to watch, compared to a big one. Or some have table and chairs, where some have breakfast stools etc. I would advise booking directly with paloma beach rather than a third party, especially if there is certain requirements you need, walk in shower etc, as the staff are all helpful. I personally have not found the pool too cold and but agree the jacuzzi is cold. My only moan really is that you don't get much sun on the balcony as they are all covered, did try booking the penthouse suite but think these are really popular and get booked up really quickly. Overall I find it nice and relaxing coming here.

Been here so many times, they always deliver, from the reception to cleaning staff. First class.

Apart from looking like an exclusive little spot on the edge of Los Cristianos, I was attracted by the claim to have excellent free wifi in every room - it certainly worked well in mine!

Penthouse one plus room is stunning, the room is very modern. The pool is a perfect size and the pool bar is lovely with very friendly staff. Paloma Beach is always my first choice when I come to Tenerife

We were in a penthouse one bedroom apartment, lovely decor, comfortable bed and bedding and well appointed. Felt it a bit mean to still expect extra for use of the same when we had upgraded to their best apartment but otherwise would come back again.

A Brit abroad looks forward to a daily dip in the pool in the sunshine. While the accommodation was fine, staff good, the pool was the coldest we have ever experienced. Hardly anyone using it for that reason. It spoilt out holiday, we attempted two dip in 14 days. A disaster for us and we would avoid this place in the future because of it.

L’intérieur est propre et moderne

La disposition des appartements fait qu’il n’y a qu’une seule fenêtre pour tout l’appartement au niveau du balcon, du coup c’est pas très lumineux. En plus la coursive intérieur fait que c’est assez bruyant et qu’on entend souvent les portes métalliques qui claquent

La piscine est grande mais pas super bien exposée

Appartamento di due camere, salone e cucina per 4 persone con una magnifica vista sul mare dal terrazzo, situato nella zona finale della passeggiata di Los Cristianos. Cucina attrezzata con bollitore, microonde, piatti, bicchieri e posate per max 4 persone. Mancavano però varie cose fra cui una tovaglia per il tavolo di vetro, spugne e detersivo per lavare i piatti e i due bagni, uno per camera, visto che le pulizie vengono effettuate solo ogni 7 giorni. La porta di ingresso era difettosa nella chiusura e anche la porta finestra. Gli asciugamani venivano cambiati invece ogni due giorni. Bella piscina dotata di sdraio e un bar con una buona scelta di piatti sia per la colazione che per la cena. Ottimo e gradevole servizio al tavolo da parte del personale. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene visto anche il parcheggio agevole. Forse il prezzo finale un po' troppo alto per una settimana.

We realy enjoyed our stay. It was clean and nice, and the owner gave us even an upgrade for the same price. I really recommend to stay there

No volveré jamás, en el apartamento 444 vive una mujer italiana violenta y agresiva que me insultó además la vimos en actitud violenta con más gente y trasiego sospechoso de extraños personajes que daban miedo

We had to cancel the reservation the night before because we had COVID symptoms and we did not want to travel so as not to compromise the security of the apartments. In gratitude the management has decided to charge us for the entire week. DO NOT BOOK HERE IN TIMES OF COVID, IT IS A SHAME!

An absolutely amazing location, super accommodation and service. Pool and amenities wonderful. We had a simply fab time.

*take a look at Dive Atlantis while you are there and take a guided kayak out to snorkel with the turtles.

Just got home from paloma beach stayed in apt205 a nice big 2 bed apartment with 2 lovely terraces facing the sea with Great views!
There was always lots of spare sun beds bye the pool witch is heated so it was always a great temperature.the lifts are abit claustrophobic but worked well lol.on arrival was greeted by the the manager who was a very polite & friendly chap.
Would defo go back there great place to stay away from the madness of las America's

L'hôtel est très bien situé (commerces, restaurants et la mer à proximité). Le personnel est aux petits soins. Nous avons eu un petit problème de wifi, le technicien est venu nous le régler dans l'heure. Notre appartement était très spacieux, propre et décoré avec goût. Le ménage était fait régulièrement.
La piscine et le jacuzzi étaient top et la location du transat à 2 euros la journée n'est selon moi pas excessive. Cela permet d'être sûr de pouvoir être installé confortablement quand on le souhaite.
J'ai passé un excellent séjour au Paloma Beach et j'y retournerai à coup sûr lors de mon prochain voyage à Ténérife.

Tienes un supermercado al lado y es muy fácil aparcar.
La zona donde está el apartamento, aunque es tranquila es un poco rara y en decadencia

Fatal.por un mal entendido con booking, abusaron y mucho.en cobrarnos un extra.tampoco nos dieron la tabla de precios y nos metieron en uno de los peores bajos (intimidad 0). Muy mala la respuesta por parte de aparthotel, y peor actitud. En cuanto a la piscina.en fin, las he visto mejores. Parece que tienes que levantarte a las 07,00 de la mañana para encontrar sitio y claro, pagando (como no) la hamaca. La ubicación.regular.siempre necesitas coche. Resumiendo muy mal.

Pool has no big umberalla and it's all cheap concrete everywhere.but then I stay in the fab Arona across the street

I stayed here with my son this Easter and I cannot recommend this place high enough. Every member of staff were pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartments are the best we.ve ever stayed in. The pool is heated, clean and the with plenty of room for everyone to sunbath. Will definitely return

Lovely place we were not actually staying here, but were allowed for 4 euros to rent sunbeds and use pool, bought tickets for bbq night and had a brilliant night with new friends we met round the pool that day friends for life now

This place is pure heaven, excellent room like a home away from home, very friendly staff who are very polite, the lifeguard too is a gentleman. Food fantastic, view superb place for young and old, pool is very warm and excellent for kids as it has a gradual slope into it, do not overlook this place, also English channels on TV for cosy evenings A+

My first visit to these apartments.the complex is immaculate with lovely sea views.any problems are sorted out immediately by very attentive staff.

Well run company with friendly helpful staff. Complex is situated by the sea with good access to bars and restaurants including the Poolside bar. Handy for a short walk into Los Cristianos harbour.

The apartment is everything you require. England channels which I don't watch much off on holiday.the weather fabulous so what more do you need!

The apartment we stayed at was very nice. One issue we faced consistently was below average wifi. It kept disconnecting in the living room, there was no coverage in the bedrooms upstairs.

Be advised that this apartment caters to the elderly which we did not know of. But that can be said about the whole town (Los Cristianos) itself.

Lovely clean apartments! Piecful pool area and nice staff! Hotel is on the edge of shops bars and restaurants so no noise at night! Easy walking to shops ECT really enjoyed staying here.
