Playitas Resort

Seguramente recomendaré su hotel a familiares y amigos. Ya hice una nueva reserva para mí y mi familia el próximo año.

Como ejemplo me gustaría mencionar nuestra sincera satisfacción por un personal muy positivo en el supermercado: Nora. Ella merece la atención de su gerencia:)

Unas vacaciones activas inolvidables en Fuerteventura.
Grandes oportunidades para experimentar diferentes deportes y seguir sus propias preferencias. Excelentes cursos con instructores experimentados.
La comida también era saludable y había una gran selección.
La única deducción se debe a que durante la cena se necesita mucho más personal de servicio. La mejor recomendación para el resort. Con mucho gusto otra vez.

Gran lugar para venir. Las clases son perfectas y la comida es excelente, vegana y la carne de pescado lo tienen todo cubierto.

Nosotros dos nos quedamos aquí durante 10 días a principios de septiembre y ¡realmente disfrutamos el tiempo! Puede llegar al hotel desde el aeropuerto en menos de una hora e inmediatamente lo recibirán de manera amigable. La selección de comida fue excelente e incluso hay buenas opciones para vegetarianos y veganos. Nos gustó mucho el hecho de que algunos productos (como la miel) provienen directamente del complejo hotelero.
El hotel ofrece excelentes instalaciones deportivas y su propio gimnasio está bien equipado.

El hotel es una hermosa instalación con una gran oferta de deportes. El servicio es excelente y también hay algunas opciones vegetarianas y, a veces, veganas en lo que respecta a la comida. El hotel hace mucho para ser sostenible.

Gran variedad de deportes, personal amable, fantásticas vistas desde las instalaciones deportivas. Comida saludable del buffet. Volveremos.

Es habitualmente nuestro lugar de vacaciones. Ideal para nuestra familia tanto a nivel deportivo como de descanso. Además tengo que agradecerles a nivel de gestión y en especial a Javier Roda lo bien que lo saben hacer, pues siempre contentan al cliente con una mejor solución de grandes y pequeños detalles. Fantástico hotel si te gusta el deporte. Tiene un montón de instalaciones, desde piscina olímpica al aire libre hasta campo de golf.
La habitación que me dieron tenía piscina privada climatizada en la terraza. Todo un lujo.
El desayuno muy bueno, con gran cantidad de opciones saludables. No dejes de probar el humus,

Workouts and Training facilitets was very good. Rooms were worn down, but well planned. Food was average, but some of the restaurant staff were rude.

Das jedoch der olympische Pool für Hotelgäste 3,50€ pro Stunde zusätzlich kostet finde ich recht unverschämt. Es ist auch nicht auf der Website des Hotels klar ersichtlich das noch so hohe zusätzliche Kosten für das Schwimmen anfallen. Ebenfalls auf den General Infos die man beim Check-In erhält steht nichts von den zusätzlichen Kosten, sondern nur die Öffnungszeiten, sodass man davon ausgeht der Zugang zum Pool ist wie üblicherweise kostenfrei.

I usually complain and write bad reviews when I think it's warranted. So I think it's important to also highlight the really good ones. This is probably one of the best resorts we've been to in terms of range/width offering and consistency in quality across all the different parts of the experience (room, restaurant, food, staff, things to do etc).

This place is great if you want to spend a week doing a wide range of sports and semi-sporty activities (mini golf, water slide etc) in a sunny place with a beach. And with good quality healthy food.

Disclaimers:
If you are looking for luxury, this is the wrong place. It's more like Scandinavian functional approach to everything. Also, if you are looking for a cultural experience, this is zero culture.

A few improvements opportunities:
1. The staff in the restaurant is working hard to be friendly even though half of their job is acting like crowd control. I know this is difficult work so they should probably get more encouragement and maybe they will even get a smile.
2. Plates in the restaurant are not always clean, this is a bit of a turn-off.
3. Not sure if the room was supposed to be cleaned everyday, if so, it wasn't.
4. My son would very much liked for the dance classes to not be at the football court
5.tried to come up with five things but really struggling to get a last suggestion

Playitas is very strong like their athletes.
Very incredible service, the very good team works, very energetic and friendly. The foods are deliciously healthy. The Best! What a wonderful place in the middle of the island of Fuerteventura. I would like and love to visit again this place

The best hotel for sportlers, alone or with family. I was 10 times there in 12 years and i will return again with pleasure.

Estupendo hotel para relax y deporte. Fantástico buffet, me quedé encantada, los ñoquis buenísimos, que salsa es la que llevan?

Horrible.apartamento con vistas al mar contratado.vistas a una escalera ya otro apartamento.el microondas roto.los.fogones una hora para calentar y no lo suficiente.la nevera empezó a enfriar a las horas. En la cama no puedes moverte.si lo haces la.cama se desplaza.

Super Anlage für alle Sportbegeisterte. Sehr aufmerksames Personal, viele Kurse. Auch für Familien geeignet durch Kinderbetreuung. Auf der Anlage gibt es noch externe Dienstleister für Taucher, Surfen u. ä.

Bin inzwischen zum zweiten mal hier und es wird sicher nicht das letzte mal sein. Wir haben mit Freunden eine Villa mit Pool gebucht was die Möglichkeiten nochmals erweitert.

Nice place if you're into sports, other than that not much to do. There are better places if you want a beach holiday. For what it is it's good. Low rating because they served raw pork at the buffet.

If you are into a sporty holiday, this is the place for you. There's something for everyone from rock climbing, to water aerobics to swimming in an Olympic size pool, walking, riding bicycles, golf, mini golf, you name it, this resort has it. The best hotel in the canaries for sports facilities, hands down!

I have visited Canary Islands almost ten times but this is the first time at Playitas Resort, but probably not the last one.

Hotel area is huge and mainly very well taken care, so it is easy to eyes. Lot of very well maintained plants. Generally, the scenery gives you good fibes. Compination of nice hotel area surrounded by nice beach and nice looking golf field is jackpot.

There is free Internet for Playitas Resort customers. The wifi actually work very well and coverage is great. Practically, the wifi works very well in the room, restaurants, gym, outside areas and most of the beach. This is very exceptional for Canary Island hotels. Great job Playitas Resort!

Beach is nice, clean dark sand. Water gets deep quite fast so maybe not the greatest for small children but good for adult swimmers. Small stones at waterline. Stones are round and doesn't hurt your feet. Anyway, there is two good looking heated pools for children (and adults) in addition of 50m olympic pool. Seats at the pools seem to be full most of the the time. There is no seats at the beach, but I am sure that the seats would ruin the beatiful beach scenery!

Hotel staff is generally very responsive and honestly trying to their best, which is very nice feature. This is not the case in every hotel I have stayed. So I wish all the best to Playitas Resort staff and keep up the good work!

Lot of sport oppoturnities, but mainly aimed for triathlonist (swimming, running, cycling) thus the gym lack some basic equipment for serious strength training. The gym is labeled as fitness center and it is already a telltale. The gym will serve amateurs and endurance sports enthuastics who doesn't require professional level strength training.

Honestly, it looks like the guy responsible for the gym doesn't really know much about training and has been randomly buying equipment. Should have low cable row and lat pulldown, instead of two biceps equipments. Anyway, at least there is four platforms for olympic lifting, deadlifting and squats, which is really good! Some of the bars are bend and bearings are really in bad shape, so olympic weigth lifting may suffer a bit, but there is also some good bars. Most of the people will be happy for this gym and it is far better than any other hotel gym I have seen.

There is stretching and recovery work area with foam rollers. Only really strange thing is that gym is closed 13: 00 - 15: 00 and every time they are closing there is more than ten persons who would like to keep training (I counted!).

Yoga class only at 10: 00 or 11: 00 and cost is 7.5€. I would have really liked free fifteen min or half hour morning yoga at early on the morning to start your day and maybe half hour in the evening to get you ready dor the night's rest. At home, the local gym offers morning yoga before work and is super good and very popular as is the evening late after training yoga (to relax and prepare you to get good sleep)

Breakfast is good value for money, lunch maybe not so much since drinks (not even water) are not included. Anyway, this is (drinks not included) clearly said in all brochures and information, thus plus points for honesty. Dinner seems to be quite good, fresh tuna is cooked on the spot and so on. One of the best hotel food I have had, and best food for the given price. Some might say that some meats, especially chicken is tasteless, but I think it is the Spanish way of cooking not to ruin the (great) taste of meat with large amount of spices. I personally like this approach.

Rooms are quite nice, even in the Annex, no experience from other hotel rooms. Beds are better than average but not luxurius. Anyway, I have problems sleeping in many hotels but this hotel I got good sleep. Good job Playitas Resort!

Cleaning of the rooms is done five times a week and it is good, no problems there. Many thanks to polite and hard working cleaning staff.

The kitchen stuff is little bit lacking but one can manage and hotel will probably provide some stuff if asked, as they are generally very responsive.

Great facilities and location. The only thing I would have liked is a bit more effort on the entertainment front.but I appreciate that the demand might not be there due to the nature of the hotel. Overall great.

It's a fantastic opportunity to relax and enjoy while being active. The facilities are very good and the variety of classes very convenient. Will definitely come again and stay in the apartments once more.

Alles gut es waren auch 2 Fernsehteams da, aber man musste für alle sportlichen Aktivitäten extra zahlen.

Situation is good, near the beach without plenty of other resorts like somewhere else in Fuerteventura. But customer service is this hotel is very poor, rooms very average.
