Hired a car for three days. It was a nice car but had a fault. They sorted it out with no problems.
Because of the fault wasting my time they refunded me a days rental. Lovely lady in the office easy to deal with and not looking to charge you for anything extra.
They do what it says on the tin.

The office is closed, due to Corona (weird excuse
while everything else is is open). So we go to their website to book a car. You get an email back saying thanks for your reservation someone will contact you shortly but no one does! Infuriating.

Excellent car and excellent service. Can personally recommend if you want to hire a car in Lanzarote. All inclusive car hire and very professional service. No excess and no hidden extras. 10/10.

Easy and honest! Just wanted a car for a day and whilst they only had a few to choose from (hence the 4 stars instead of 5) it was really easy to hire and unlike other companies, there were no hidden extras and no charges for cleaning etc afterwards. Thank you.

Alquiler a muy buen precio, te entra el seguro a todo riesgo y el segundo conductor sin pagar extra, el trato muy bueno. Muy recomendable.

Das erste Mal mir einen Leihwagen genommen für 1 Woche und einen super Service erleben dürfen.
Wir wurden genau um die Zeit abgeholt vom Hotel wie vereinbart und zu einer Filiale gebracht wo genau das Auto stand was ich gut 9 Monate zuvor reserviert hätte.
Der Mittarbeiter vor Ort war super nett und alles wurde so unterschrieben wie auch von Seitens des Anbieters angegeben war.
Ich hole nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall mir wieder ein Auto von Pluscar. Daumen hoch für soviel Service.

Aunque el departamento de reservas es un poco disfuncional.
El resto funciona como un reloj, en la entrega y salida de llaves, los coches siempre a punto, impolutos, es mi tercer años con ellos en Lanzarote, alquilo siempre por un mes, este año tuve quizás el mejor utilitario que se puede alquilar en Lanzarote, un Mazda 2, y cuando alquilar por un mes se agradece tener un coche rápido y frugal en consumo, y que no te de fallos y tengas que devolverlo perdiendo tiempo en tus vacaciones. ¡¡¡
