Ben fue muy servicial y proporcionó una selección de rutas decentes. Fue muy receptivo y flexible a la hora de recogerlo y dejarlo.

Fue muy útil con la configuración de nuestras bicicletas y estuvo disponible para cualquier problema que pudiéramos experimentar y, de hecho, regresó para revisar nuestros frenos y cambios el segundo día. Entrega de la bicicleta directamente en la puerta, Ben me puso mi propio sillín, me explicó cómo funciona el alquiler y me puso en contacto con él si tenía algún problema. Me habló de algunas rutas para empezar. Gran comunicación. Altamente recomendado.

Excelente servicio al cliente por parte de Ben. Las bicicletas fueron entregadas y configuradas exactamente como queríamos. Compartió rutas ciclistas adecuadas a través de Strava y se aseguró de que estuviéramos bien atendidos. ¡Además del ciclismo, nos dio consejos sobre caminatas y lugares locales para nadar! Hired a bike for a day trip up Teide. Hired a Medium BH which suited me well, communication was easy and the bike and extra kit was conveniently dropped off at our Hotel. Some great advice given by Benji about cycling on the island and was shown a fantastic (and super challenging) shortcut. Thanks for the great service Pro Bike Hire Tenerife.

We rented bikes from Ben. He was easy to reach, and brought bikes to our location. Did a great job of fitting the bikes for us.
He was easy to reach when we had a flat tire. He was able to give lots of helpful suggestions for our riding plans.
He brought replacement tube for our repair kit early in the morning, so that we would have an extra one on hand for that day's ride.
Ben is a genuinely wonderful person. He has lots of local experience, and a great sense of humor. Within a few minutes of meeting him, I felt like we had been friends for years.

I spontaneously asked in the evening for a bike for the next morning and Benji was able to arrange everything at short notice. Top service, highly recommended.

Wanted a bike for 2 days to do some riding while on Holiday. Benji was great delivered and picked the bike up from the hotel. The bike was set up nicely and apart from a saddle adjustment I was good to go. Easy to deal with and a stress free experience.

Highly recommended - Ben could not do enough for us - airport transfers were very good and Ben was able to be flexible with times and any delays - bike was great and was delivered and picked up from our accomodation which was very convenient. If I had wanted could have swapped for a gravel bike half way through. I was reassured that Ben was on the end of a message or text if I had needed him etc. Routes were supplied - I had plotted some but without knowing the terrain it was easier to ride Ben's suggestions which were a mix of serious climbing and some flatter rolling spins to some nice areas. Would recommend. Ben is intent on making the process easy and stress free - If you know your level and experience/ability make sure you let Ben know and he can advise on right bike for you!

Bike was ok, Be really careful with the deposit, I've lost 200E because of taking a bike off the road. (Bike was not damaged) but Your track will be checked. I had an experience with few other rentals and there was no problem (the same class of road bike). For sure it was my last time with this rental and don't recommend it at all.

Great service from Benji. Arranged to hire two bikes before departure, process was straightforward & Benji delivered the bikes to our hotel exactly as arranged. The bikes themselves were of a high spec and clearly very well maintained. Our deposit was repaid as soon as the bikes were checked on collection. Benji has a great knowledge of the island which will be really useful for when we return. Would highly recommend this company to anyone considering cycling in Tenerife.

Ben was great, my wife and I didn't book bikes before arriving on the island but we made contact via email and were soon contacted by Ben. We needed the bikes for two days and were able to choose which days suited us best. They were delivered to our hotel by Ben in the morning. The bikes were in great condition as were the helmets and shoes we also hired, he also took the time to ensure they were properly set up and fitted for us. We were also given plenty of advice and tips about riding on the island. All in all a positive experience.

Ben was great: I was in Tenerife for a bikepacking holiday with my bike and I realized that my shift was damaged and had to be fixed.

I contacted Ben asking if I could bring him the bike and very gently he came in my city the following day with all the tools, changed the shift cable and the cable housing. In addition I paid a fair (low!) price for such an on demand service.

Great service! We didn’t book our bikes upfront but after 1 phone call and some WhatsApp exchanges all was arranged. The bikes were in great shape so it was a pleasure to climb the Teide with them. I highly recommend Pro Bike Hire!

Ben is very kind, but the bike was not as good as I expected. My Cube had very hard mechanical rim brakes, very difficult to modulate. Moreover, they were mounted the other way round for European (front brake on the right). Ben tried to fix the brakes, but it was not possible.

Pure brakes are pure brakes, no matter what you pay. But the reason for the 2 stars is another: I had an accident riding down the Teide, due, at least partially, to the brakes, because the bike is very difficult to handle down the roads, even when driving slowly (I drive 40k hm a year in the Alps). On top of having to stop bycicling for some days, I had to pay the entire amount of the damages (57 €), which is absolutely inappropriate.
