ProAction Bike Rent Lanzarote

Dos bicis alquiladas durante 5 días, buenos precios y no dieron ningún problema, además de un trato excelente por parte del dueño

We rented two perfectly maintained bikes for 9 days. The quality bikes were delivered and the last day collected for free at our place. Good price. They also came with spare tire, pump, tools and explanation. We were even dropped off at the airport for our returnflight. A bikeshop to return another time!

Un sitio para alquilar super recomendable, alquilamos 2 ebike para una semana, las bicicletas impecables con una puesta a punto perfecta, y nos indico rutas, restaurantes y consejos por toda la isla. A parte nos recogió y nos hizo el transfer desde el Aeropuerto sin coste alguno.

100% recomendable. Javier es un grandísimo profesional. Hemos alquilado durante 1 día unas e-bikes, para hacer ruta por parte de la isla. Nos ha recomendado rutas, paradas, etc. Además, como dudábamos de la medida de las bicicletas, se prestó el día anterior (fuera de horario de apertura) a probar si eran o no de nuestra talla. Bicicletas de calidad inmejorable.

Fast 900 km mit ProAction Bike - ich hatte ein super tolles Carbon Rennrad in technisch einwandfreiem Zustand und bin damit wunderschöne Touren gefahren.

Total nettes und hilfsbereites Team - kompetent, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Hab Tourenvorschläge und Tipps bekommen. Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und sehr gut ausgestattete Station. Freu mich schon auf die März 2020 oder eher! Macht weiter so! Gruss Dieter

Great bikes! I got the alu city bike, my daughter a 24 inch mountainbike. Delivery and pick up at the hotel. On time. All good!

Reservé dos bicicletas de gama media-alta para cinco días con suspensión delantera, las dos bicicletas funcionaban bien salvo una de ellas que tenía la cubierta delantera muy desgastada.

Superb experience with this shop! I fancied a day of cycling whilst on a family holiday, I gave them no notice, just strolled in and they provided me a nice carbon road bike with Ultegra groupset, in the perfect size for my 6'4" frame, mechanically perfect and well maintained. Supplied with two bottle cages and a spare (new) inner tube and a set of tire levers in a small saddle bag. The shop also has an excellent stock of nutrition, bars and gels, and cheap drink bottles.

Reservé con tiempo una bici para competir en el Ironman de Lanzarote el 20/05/2017 en Proaction Bikes. El trato durante la reserva y las semanas posteriores por email, fue excelente. Poco antes de la carrera, envie las medidas para que la preparasen por petición propia. El mismo dia que recogí la bici, despues de darme una vuelta, me avisaron porque tenian otro sillin mejor, y ademas me acerqué para que cambiasen la tija que me quedaba algo grande. Todo perfecto, no solo sin problemas sino que en todo momento se ve que disfrutan muchisimo con lo que hacen. Las bicis que tienen están muy cuidadas y mimadas. Tienen buenas bicis y saben bastante de mecánica, por lo que puedes estar tranquilo si tienes que reservar una bici para un evento o una excursión larga. Ademas, el trato que dan es muy personal, todo un valor añadido. Recomiendo a todo el mundo que vaya a Lanzarote, a la Playa del Carmen, que aprovechen si quieren alquilar una bici y lo hagan en ProAction, de verdad. // I booked with time a bike to compete in the Ironman of Lanzarote on 05/20/2017 at Proaction Bikes. Poorly maintained

Hired 2 biked from them for 10 days during a two week holiday.

Mtb 26 full suspension
Front bearings gone
Clamp to take front wheel off was already snapped
Side walls on both tyres showing the thread of the tyre.

Full carbon road bike
2 big blebs in rear tyre, had to stop and they had to travel an hour to replace
Various cuts in the front tyre
1 water bottle cradle was broken, had u to take it back to shop again to get replaced
Bottom crank bearings noisey

We rented bikes (2 adult and 1 kids mountain bike) for the family and were super happy about the bikes. All of the mountain bikes were in great condition and well serviced - they even brought the bikes to our hotel. Would rent again!
