¡No no no no no! 160€ por 3 horas de quad, calcule 1 hora menos para las explicaciones y al menos 30 minutos para las fotos que intentamos venderle después.así que 1h30 de quad supuestamente en el corazón de los tibios con puesta de sol y comida en el fin. ¡Qué vergüenza! 1h30 de viaje casi recto en fila india a 20 km/h para llegar al costado de la carretera blindada por autobuses turísticos para admirar la puesta de sol sobre una pobre barrera de madera y ¡salir por el mismo camino! Escándalo!

En resumen: ¡aburrido, vergonzoso, decepcionante, deplorable, estafa! No vayas allí en absoluto

El único punto positivo: los facilitadores fueron amables y sonrientes (de ahí la única estrella)

Hice el recorrido al atardecer con Verónica y fue absolutamente increíble y algo que debes hacer si estás en Tenerife. Los quads son muy divertidos de conducir, pero el verdadero placer son las vistas. Ahora se detienen en todas partes para obtener las mejores vistas del volcán Teide y la puesta de sol, no creo que las fotos le hagan justicia. Realmente impresionante

Debido a un accidente inesperado en el Teide, no pudimos ir allí, por lo que el personal improvisó y no ofreció ningún reembolso a pesar de que solo recorrimos unos 2 km fuera de la carretera. Lo positivo fue la amabilidad del personal y el hecho de que ofrecieran chaquetas y chubasqueros. Aunque las chaquetas estaban en muy mal estado. La comida era buena y no había refrescos.

Contras:
- Retraso de tráfico de una hora sin resolución rápida.
- El viaje de 70 km anunciado resultó ser un recorrido de 40 km, con un mínimo de todoterreno.
- Las tapas prometidas fueron muslos de pollo y patatas fritas decepcionantes.
- Las chaquetas proporcionadas estaban todas en mal estado.
- No se tomaron fotografías de todos los participantes.
- No hay lugares de interés ni paradas significativas.
- No se ofrece reembolso ni compensación por la experiencia engañosa.

Ventajas:
- Los quads estaban en buenas condiciones.
- Se agradeció la provisión de equipo climático para la lluvia.

En general, la experiencia no cumplió con las expectativas, con varias decepciones y promesas incumplidas.

La única estrella es únicamente por el estado satisfactorio de los quads.

Hicimos la excursión hace unos días, mi pareja y yo quedamos muy contentos con todo.
Todo el personal italiano fue muy profesional y la chica que actuó como nuestra guía fue muy profesional y muy amable.
Ella fue de gran ayuda en todo.
Recomiendo totalmente esta excursión.

Personal encantador, muy atento y educado. Sin embargo, si ves nubes cubriendo el Teide o una previsión de este, no vayas, ¡es probable que esté lloviendo! Nadie te cuenta esto. Creo que si los Quads estuvieran más cerca del circuito todoterreno sería mucho mejor ya que el 70% de la distancia recorrida es en vías públicas principales con algunos pilotos que nunca lo han hecho antes, en la oscuridad y con lluvia como lo hicimos nosotros, es peligroso. Al final te llevan a un restaurante local para comer pero compras bebidas, luego supongo que te llevan de regreso a la oficina, te interrogan, te animan a comprar fotos y te llevan a casa. Decidimos tomar un taxi a casa desde el escenario del restaurante. Cuesta 40 euros. No es ideal.

¡Acerca los quads a los chicos del todoterreno!

¡Gran excursión! Personal muy amable, simpático y servicial. Muy recomendable hacerlo al atardecer, porque con las luces del atardecer la fotógrafa de la excursión (Sonia) os tomará fotos fantásticas! Ver para creer.

Esta es una de las mejores experiencias que puedas tener. ¡Sonia fue increíble, escuchó el alma del viaje e hizo que el día fuera inolvidable y lleno de recuerdos para toda la vida!

We had a lovely time on this excursion! We both had never driven a quad before and felt comfortable with the guides and what they taught us. It was the perfect way to see Tiede and the park. It is the perfect choice if you are a beginner and want an interesting tour and fun experience! (If you're looking for high speed off roading this is not the right excursion for you) The food at the end varies (we expected pizza and cava but it was a variety of bean stews/bread/cheese) so you might want to pack a snack just in case! If you do not have loads of sand and dust spraying in the face and breathing it in, bring a face covering of some sort! Expect to get fully covered in dust! Overall I would absolutely recommend it and would do it again!

Bellissima esperienza, peccato non aver fatto nemmeno un tratto di fuoristarda e aver guidato su strada al freddo.onestamente si poteva andare anche in macchina e vedere le stesse cose.però c'era il fascino di guidare verso il vulcano con paesaggi incredibili.

Overall a good experience but some things that were not great. Asked for an extra optional €15 for insurance incase you fall off - someone did fall off and hadnt paid the $15 euro - the quad did not look damaged but they charged them for a "damaged" quad. They also charge you for goggles (on other tours in the past they have been included), again on other tours photos have just been emailed across for free - they were $25 here.

We booked a trip and it was awesome! The guys are wonderful and so funny! We booked the 2pm trip, they are three a day a think. We also paid the 15€ insurance for the quad in case of anything, or you could choose not to pay the amount.
Recommandation if you want to go on a quad trip: bring dark clothes and dark shoes as well, they will get super dusty so no possiblity to wear them afterwards until washed. You will get to wear a bandana and a helmet and if you have long hair it will become quite messy and dusty.
It would be preferably to bring also a jacket that you can easily remove, because it will be either cold, either warm. When we started it was warm, it become quickly cold until the first stop where it was quite hot again. From the first stop until the second was warm, and then from the second in the forest to the restaurant very chilly. At the restaurant there was a meal served, tasty one (we were quite famished).
The trip was safe, the guys were explaining different interesting facts. They also took pictures. Lovely atmosphere and lovely team!

From the timely hotel pick up (and drop off) to the relaxed and friendly guides this is a great all round experience. We did the sunset Teide tour which is a great way to see the national park with more beautiful lighting. Very powerful motors but still easy to drive and handle. If you are doing the sunset tour take as many warm clothes as possible no matter how warm it is when you are being picked up! The only down side is you spend about 30 minutes doing photos taken by the guides, and 30 minutes going through the photos to buy when you get back to the garage, however, these photos were popular with the other guests (families and couples) so I can't fault them for offering the service.

Staff was rude the quads were just dangerous my brake was broken… and my girlfriends wheel was loose 3 bolt where enough they said unproffesional the only positive thing was the vieuw

Unsafe, brakes not working and wheel was loose. Staff was rude and restaurant we stopped by was just disgusting. The forests are beautiful so do the tour but not with this organization.

Un auténtico tongo. Solo pillas quad por la carretera y se paran mucho tiempo para que gastes poca gasolina. Por caminos de tierra solo te meten un poco para hacerte fotos que, al fin y al cabo, es lo que persiguen, sacar pasta a los turistas con el postureo. No subes casi nada al Teide (de poca vergüenza vamos). Ya está bien de engañar a la gente hombre, de verdad. En vez de preocuparse en dar calidad a los clientes, se les engaña para sacarles el máximo dinero posible. Lo peor es que estamos dispuestas a pagar por calidad, que la vendéis y no la dais. Patético. NO recomendable, por supuesto

Loved its great scenery good all round trip. Got some nice photos and the guys who took us out for the morning we're all good guys. All good can't fault all round great time. Snacks at the end was all good too. Thanks a lot once again.

El dinero mas tirado de todo el viaje a Tenerife, expectativas super altas con esta excursión y dejó muchísimas cosas que desear. Se coge el 95% del trayecto por zonas de carretera y pasan por una zona de tierra que es donde hacen las fotos (segunda parte del negocio, como si fuera barato). Luego llegamos a la mitad de la carretera del Teide, dejando alrededor de 15km de ascenso posible y la cena de "pizzas y champán ", para morirse de la risa.en fin, no lo recomiendo.

Would not recommend riding quads with this company. Our quad broke down after being 20 minutes on the road and it could not be fixed. Off course this can happen, but after the ride we would get our money back but they had a very unprofessional attitude. First we had to wait for the owner who arrived late and he clearly did not feel any sorrow, and then he directed us to another person on whom we had to wait again. After a long time they finally gave back the money. Also a big part of the tour is just a photo shoot, and they are asking 25 euro's for those pictures.

Expérience catastrophique, nous devions faire du hors piste mais nous avons fais exclusivement de la route. Nous avons fait la remarque et on nous a sortie l'excuse du "les pistes sont fermés depuis hier", les commentaires prouvent que c'est une arnaque monté de toute pièce. Le guide à prétendu nous l'avoir dit: Que Nenni! Pourtant l'agence nous avait bien mentionner qu'il y aurait du hors piste! Inutile de payer des quads pour faire de la route!
Ils promettent des tapas.pas du tout, c'est des minis pizza margarita avec une petite bouteille d'eau pour 2!
Vous n'arriverez jamais en haut du volcan.vous ne verrez que des zones capable d'être atteinte en voiture! Alors prenez votre voiture vous payerez moins cher!
On ne peut même pas prendre de photo au risque de se faire confisquer le téléphone comme au collège.
Les quads sont en mauvaise état, inconfortable et bridés à 45 alors aucun moyen d'accélérer.
Il n'y a aucunes libertés de manœuvres, nous devions se suivre comme des moutons.
De plus, l'équipe est très irrespectueuse, hautaine, et ne considère pas du tout les clients! Lorsqu'on à évoquer notre mécontentement ils se sont mis à nous insulter en espagnol en pensant que l'on ne comprenait pas!

Dernier point: ils devaient nous ramener chez nous, sauf qu'ils ont fait partir le mini bus qui devait nous ramener et nous ont laissé rentrer à pied sans aucun moyen de locomotion sous prétexte que l'on a exprimer leur mécontentement!

Toute l'équipe à été déçu de cette excursion. à ne plus refaire!

Bref, je déconseille!

Je répond à votre commentaire: nous avons essayer de parler avec vous de façon correcte cependant vous nous avez pris de haut! Déjà en revenant vous avez attraper l'un de mes coéquipiers par le casque pour le secouer!
les garçons n'ont mis personne en danger, si vous étiez un minimum honnête vous auriez mis l'option pour que l'on puisse vous répondre et démentir vos paroles!
Je ne suis pas la seule qui me plaint, j'ai aussi des témoins!
Cessez de raconter des calomnies, aucun quad n'a été emporté puisque tout le monde est rentré avec son quad.pour ma part ça sera la dernière réponse car vous ne mérité pas autant d'attention.

Avis au personne extérieur: je déconseille cette compagnie.

La experiencia ha sido muy buena, fuimos mi pareja y yo, nunca habíamos conducido un Quad y nos llevamos una muy buena experiencia. Los chicos muy majos y nos hicieron unas foros muy bonitas. Sin duda lo recomendaríamos.

Questa Gita è stata molto carina, I ragazzi sono stati molto friendly, ci hanno spiegato delle cose sul vulcano e sulle rocce. Dopo aver scattato qualche foto (25€per chi le volesse acquistare) abbiamo bevuto un piccolo bicchiere di prosecco e qualche pizzetta.
Lungo il tragitto abbiamo avuto piu volte problemi con il quad purtroppo, quindi il nostro rientro è stato lungo.
Il prezzo secondo me è comunque alto per quello che abbiamo fatto, pero' è stata una Bella esperienza

Great fun for beginners but I guess for advanced riders too. A well thought route, visiting El Teide and seeing off the sunset. A very devoted crew. You will surely wish to belong to their world at some point

First of all i’d like to state that the staff is very nice and they do their best but don’t expect an adventure. You sit on the quad for hours in a line like sheep, and there is no sense of adventure or much fun at all.
This is still not the issue because the scenery is beautiful, but what left a bad taste is that they make you stop all the time in order to take cringy photos that thew will try to sell you az the end for €25.

You’re driving on some dirt tracks for 1/4 of the time, the rest is photo taking and tarmac road in traffic.

The photo taking excercises waste a lot of time when what you signed up for is quad action. The tour is mis-sold by the agencies.

There are hickups too. One of the escorting jeeps didn’t have enough fuel in it, so we had to wait until another car delivered some diesel.

It should be called a motorway trail only a very very short time spent in the forest on the 'forest trail', the staff are nice but the actual activity is not great as an off road experience, the quads themselves are a bit worse for wear one broke down. Just have to give the 1 star because of the price for what it is.

Great excursion and a brilliant way to tour Mount Teide via quad!
Fun and exciting, my only criticism is that i would of liked to had more offroad time rather than 20minutes on a 4hour trip.

However other than that it was absolutely brilliant

Partiamo dall'inizio, si prenota ovunque nei posti in spiaggia la visita che si vuole: foresta, El teide (vulcano) e altro. Una navetta vi verrà a recuperare all'hotel o in un punto fissato nel caso abbiate l'appartamento. La navetta vi porterà al luogo di partenza, dove vi vestiranno e vi spiegheranno il percorso e le regole da seguire. Si parte seguendo la guida e via. Purtroppo io ho beccato brutto tempo ma è stato lo stesso emozionante e un po' all'avventura. Personale cordiale che ci ha fatto concludere l'escursione con le classiche tapas in un bar. Da provare
