Quick Tickets and Bike Rental Fariones Playa

Got 2 electric scooters at 30 Euros each for the full day. Got what I paid for and both staff I interacted with had been polite and professional.

Hired three electric bikes for the day during our week’s holiday at fairly short notice and Llarissa was amazing! Fantastic customer service and she went above and beyond to get us three bikes for the next morning. Andreea also helped by collecting one of the bikes for us so a super team effort which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend without any hesitation. Llarissa also arranged our return private transfer back to the airport using first minute travel which again she arranged for us in a very professional manner whilst we waited and it all went very smoothly. The driver was on time and all went well. Thank you very much. We’ve recommended you to a few friends who are coming out to puerto del carmen so we hope they come and see you!

Rip off merchants, took our money and no tour bus arrived as promised. Refused refund. Swore at. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

When we first arrived in Lanzarote a couple of weeks ago we knew we wanted to do lots of excursions so set about finding somewhere to book them. We came across quick tickets and the man that we spoke to (Sam) was very helpful and informative about all the different excursions they offered. We went away and had a think about what we’d like to do, came back and ended up booking six excursions with them. We thought the excursions were all fairly priced. Sam was fab and told us exactly where we would get picked up for each excursion. Every time we walked past quick tickets we always got a friendly hello from him. One of the other guys who works there was also very friendly (didn’t catch his name) and spoke to us about our boat trip and told us some tips on how to make the most of it. We didn’t get a chance to rent any of the bikes even though we wanted to and Sam kindly said he would do us a deal on them as we had booked so many excursions. If we go back to Lanzarote we will definitely be back to book our excursions through quick tickets!

My partner and I booked a trip to The Teguise Market through Quick Tickets and they organised transfers there and back. The price was really good and the service was exceptional. The tour guide Mike was very friendly and gave us a thorough introduction to Lanzarote. Larrisa and Jordon was especially helpful because my partner left his phone on the bus and they helped return it to us. We are truly grateful and overall pleased with our whole experience. We would definitely recommend!

Great! Went in for trip to Rancho Texas for 4 of us, ended up using them for our whole stay. Excursions explained well, got what we expected and was welcomed back, staff remembered our names! Brand new bikes, all to suit each of us, and a great price. Highly recommended. See you next year!

Staff are friendly and helpful. We had a good laugh with the funny looking skinny fella who shares my name and bikes were the best quality around that area after we shopped around. Ended up booking the catlanza boat trip here and was very well informed and had an amazing time of I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks for making our holiday special again.
