Contraté nuevamente 2 bicicletas eléctricas a estos muchachos. Nuevamente, excelente servicio, excelente precio y excelente personal.

Hemos utilizado este lugar dos veces mientras estábamos de vacaciones en Lanzarote. En ambas ocasiones se comunican con los proveedores de tours y obtienen la información para reservar. Pagas una pequeña tarifa allí y el resto cuando realizas el recorrido. Recomendaría usarlos, ya que le quita el trabajo de piernas al cazar por su cuenta. También proporcionan folletos sobre los tours para llevar y reflexionar.

Terrible lugar, las bicicletas eran viejas e inseguras, el sillín se desprendió de una bicicleta y un perno de la segunda bicicleta.
Devolví 3 bicicletas en 2 horas porque no eran seguras y me negaron un reembolso, actitud impactante por parte de una supuesta gerente Lucy, ella me dijo que una silla que se caía era lo mismo que un pinchazo en un automóvil.

Excelente servicio, el joven más agradable que he conocido, su nombre es Ben, muy amable y servicial, no puedo esperar para volver.

El servicio que recibimos aquí fue increíble, no solo el joven que nos atendió aquí nos ayudó tanto a reservar todas nuestras excursiones que realmente queríamos hacer en una semana, sino que vino a vernos a la noche de rancho texas para ver cómo estábamos.llevándose bien en su propio tiempo, lo que pensé que era encantador, un joven tan encantador y genuino.no podría haber sido más útil. Tenía muchas ganas de nadar con delfines y lo hizo posible en un día que se adaptó a todos la experiencia que tuve.aquí fue brillante, aunque pudimos reservar dentro del hotel, el servicio que recibimos de Ben fue más que útil, un gran servicio al cliente y un hombre realmente agradable, mi familia y yo no podemos agradecerle lo suficiente, gracias de nuevo, Ben por hacer de nuestras vacaciones unas vacaciones para recordar.y también tomarse el tiempo de su propio tiempo en la noche de rancho texas para venir a vernos que dice mucho por sí solo.

Servicio increíble, personal muy amable, especialmente Ben, que fue muy profesional y muy educado conmigo y con toda mi familia.

Siempre alquile un scooter de movilidad desde aquí cuando vayamos a PDC por el día. El chico es muy servicial y cuando tuvimos que cambiar nuestros planes debido a una enfermedad, fue muy servicial. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar y siempre los usaremos cuando necesitemos alquilar un scooter. Un tipo encantador y amable, un servicio excelente, no puedo criticarlos. Los recomiendo mucho gracias por ser siempre tan útiles.

Worst company I have ever dealt with! Dishonest and made myself and my wife out to be liars.
We wanted to book a buggy tour but neither of us had our driving license with us, when we went to the shop we made this clear from the start as they asked if we had a picture of it, and I only had a picture of my previous expired license, the guy in the shop said “it was fine, once they know you can drive”.
We paid our deposit and the bus collected us 2 days later to do the tour, when we got to the buggy tour starting point said that we can’t let you go ahead without a license.
So we had to order a taxi back into town, we went straight back to this shop and the girl there said we couldn’t get our deposit back and that it was our fault for not having a driving license.
I went back the next day when the guy who told us it was ok was working, firstly he pretended he didn’t know us and then said it wasn’t his job to check our license and refused to get our deposit.
So we are now down 50€ deposit and 15€ taxi and lost 3 hours of our day plus they really ruined our day. Stay away from them!
Reply to comment below- it was made very clear and we also showed you a picture, very dishonest of you! You basically stole €50 from us, great way to run a business!
-2nd response- we told you the only picture we had was of my expired one and showed you the picture, that seemed pretty clear to me.
You’re memory is very poor when you can’t remember the fact you rang somebody when we were to check if the expired pic was ok!
Don’t make us out to be liars, we are very honest people and I have never ever written a bad review about any business, but the dishonesty of your business needs to be highlighted. So stop responding with nonsense replies.

Aside from all that, I got no product or service from you so you shouldn’t just take my deposit and not return it. Why do you deserve to keep my money?

¡La peor empresa con la que he tratado! Deshonesto y nos hizo a mí y a mi esposa mentirosos.
Queríamos reservar un tour en buggy pero ninguno de los dos tenía nuestro permiso de conducir, cuando fuimos a la tienda lo dejamos claro desde el principio ya que nos preguntaron si teníamos una foto, y yo solo tenía una foto de mi Licencia anterior vencida, el chico de la tienda dijo "estuvo bien, una vez que sepan que puedes conducir".
Pagamos nuestro depósito y el autobús nos recogió 2 días después para hacer el recorrido, cuando llegamos al punto de partida del recorrido en buggy nos dijeron que no podíamos dejarlo continuar sin una licencia.
Así que tuvimos que pedir un taxi de regreso a la ciudad, volvimos directamente a esta tienda y la chica de allí dijo que no podíamos recuperar el depósito y que era culpa nuestra por no tener permiso de conducir.
Regresé al día siguiente cuando el tipo que nos dijo que estaba bien estaba trabajando, primero fingió que no nos conocía y luego dijo que no era su trabajo verificar nuestra licencia y se negó a recibir nuestro depósito.
Así que ahora tenemos un depósito de 50 € y un taxi de 15 € y perdimos 3 horas de nuestro día, además realmente arruinaron nuestro día. ¡¡¡Aléjate de ellos!
Responda al comentario a continuación: quedó muy claro y también le mostramos una imagen, ¡muy deshonesto de su parte! Básicamente nos robaste 50 €, ¡¡¡una excelente manera de administrar un negocio!

¡¡Tu memoria es muy pobre cuando no recuerdas el hecho de que llamaste a alguien cuando íbamos a comprobar si la foto caducada estaba bien!
No nos hagas pasar por mentirosos, somos personas muy honestas y nunca he escrito una mala crítica sobre ningún negocio, pero es necesario resaltar la deshonestidad de tu negocio. Así que deja de responder con respuestas sin sentido.

Aparte de todo eso, no recibí ningún producto o servicio tuyo, por lo que no deberías aceptar mi depósito y no devolverlo. ¿Por qué mereces quedarte con mi dinero?

We ordered two good bikes but we had from the start problems with them (low battery after ten minutes of use) (going in tilt the computer) and we asked them to stop out contract. 2 days rent instead of 5 days
They didn't want to give us any money back: - (

Don't you trust this company, and try to rent your bikes somewhere else.

Liars! What started off as really bad service, is turning into a complete rip-off. Fraudulant company. Promised us new bikes and send us off with 2 old electric bikes without working gears and battery went from 100 to 90% in 1 minute so we went back immediately and lady started accusing us of damaging the bikes and as there were no new or other good bikes present at that time, we did not want anything else then our money back. But they would not give refund.
So we were stuck without bikes and no refund.
Office says we used the bikes the previous day but that is a lie.
The girl started changing all facts
Therefore we called the police to come in and confirm the rental days and help out.
The bikes were only collected on the 27th! So why are you saying we rented the bikes a day before? Check your administration please!
So this was all day 1, and we used the bikes only for a test run before we noticed the malfunctions. And we realised that those bikes were not the bikes that Keith promised us 2 days prior, when we came in to inform about the possibilities. The 1 exchange bike that you quickly arranged minutes before the police came in for your malpractice and also of of holding on to our passports, was simply not good enough. You already wasted 3 hours of our morning because you made a hassle of not wanting to swap the bikes in the first place, and we had 2 bad old bikes, not 1!
It would have been so simple if you gave us 2 good bikes, as agreed upon, or exchange them quicly after we complained.
I don't understand why you try so hard ruining a perfect holiday while trying to rip a family off for €99 euro's.
It's very easy to reply the things that we say are not true and we really regret choosing your shop thinking it was a reliable one. The bikes were old and damaged and its even easier to blame the children of your shortcomings. I hope people are warned not to go here. Save yourself the headache.

Great place to book all your tours from cycling, diving, jet skiing, tours round island and more. Staff really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on all things to make your sightseeing a great experience.

Rented 4 bikes from this shop with the intention of only needing them for the day, however, something came up and I said I'd chance ringing them to keep the bikes until the next day. This change of plans was accommodated with absolutely no problem and we were able to just settle up with them once we dropped the bikes back off the next day. I spoke to 4 different staff members between everything and all 4 were brilliant. Couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and I'll most definitely be popping in to them again if I'm back on the island. Highly recommend!

Perfect experience. Stumbled accidentally across this place after seeing “FreeMotion” bike rental prices. The man working was super chill but also very polite and tactical offering a perfect price for the bike for 4 days. I wasn’t sure whether to take the bike for 2,3 or 4 days but the price was just so good I rented bike for 4 whole days and had the best time cycling around Lanzarote. Deposit was reasonable and payed in cash upon a check. And return of the bike and deposit was quick and easy. No problems with bike during use, smooth cycling, felt like freshly serviced. 10/10 experience, absolutely recommended.

Bought tickets for MHT show last night. Tickets included transfers to show but bus never turned up. Contacted quick ticket agent who was extremely rude to me.
Was told to find my own way to show and I would be reimbursed. Made my way to quick ticket office where they called the police on us. No reimbursement and police advised me to fill in complaint form but there were no complaints form on premises

Have used this company on several trips to Lanzarote and always get fantastic service there, the staff are brilliant and always happy to help when planing your excursions to fit in around your holiday! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Puerto del Carmen

I would recommend the service provided by the staff I had a electric bike for 6 days and was allowed to book to have the bike on alternate days the bike was in good condition and I used it to tour the island over the 6 days ie. El golfo/ timanfaya/ Fennes/ Tequise/Arrecife etc. The bike did everything the staff said it would do battery wise

Loads of bikes to choose from, all are clean and well maintained. There's plenty of trips, shows and excursions to book and the staff have great knowledge and information about them all.

Hired out two bikes, one electric. Very reasonable rates. Lovely staff who were most helpful. We cycled to Arriecife and it was amazing.

Fatastic service, i booked catalanza and the grand tour, i was given lots of information and had a brilliant time on both trips. Afterwards i decided to rent a bike and they gave me a discount as i booked trips with them. I Cycled as far as the gran hotel in arrecife, and visisted the 17th floor. What amazing views. The staff are very friendly and helpful

This place is brilliant, me & my husband booked the rancho texas for our little boy, the staff in the shop were very helpful. The zoo was even better than explained to us & even got to see dolphins & penguins because we booked the tickets at the shop we were able to hire bikes the following day for a discounted price which was brilliant.
