Genial experiencia con ellos en Costa Adeje, haciendo moto de agua por primera vez con mi hijo de 13 años. Material de primera, buena relación calidad-precio y puedes comprar las fotografías que toman a un precio razonable. Si es primera vez que practicas motos de agua, su opción de 40 minutos es perfecta.

No me ha gustado. Por que en la página web ponía que vamos a tener un viaje y podemos hacer snorkeling. Cuando paramos en medio del mar, ni nos han avisado de que podemos darnos un baño y hacer este snorkeling que esperábamos, nos hicieron fotos y estábamos parados unos 15 min. Para mi es una pérdida de tiempo, cuando has pagado 140 euros. Si te has montado en motos acuáticos antes, no lo recomiendo. Por que hay sitios mucho mejor que esto. Y no te dejan coger tu propio móvil para hacer fotos. Luego te venden fotos que hizo el acompañante. Me parece una locura por que pagas mucho dinero
A de más motos acuáticas están en mal estado.

Nosotros hicimos la excursión de una hora para dos, reservamos por internet y toda la información que nos dieron fue clara para una experiencia completamente segura. No es necesaria licencia de barco, es mejor ir sin haber comido poco antes para no enfermarse al saltar sobre las olas y poder disfrutar al máximo de esta fantástica experiencia! ¡Nicolò, el patrón, fue servicial y agradable! Súper recomendado!

The staff was aggressive, uncoordinated and unprofessional. We ordered online but when we came the staff said our order wasn’t good enough, so we needed to upgrade… They did everything in their power to lure us out of as much money as possible. The boats was bad quality. This was a bad experience and I would recommend to use any other company.

A very personable team that makes the tour an amazing experience. I had a lot of fun and can wholeheartedly recommend it. Booking is easy. If you wish, you can then purchase photos of yourself.

We did the 40 minute tour, overall very nice experience! All the staff were very friendly, made jokes with us and made us feel comfortable as we were first timers and explained well how to use the jetskis. We got a good price for the pic received, and this was definitely worth the experience! Definitely reccomend:)

Bellissima esperienza… molto professionali, simpatici e parlano italiano. Moto d’acqua perfette!

No los recomiendo, son unos mentirosos. Contratamos 13 motos para una hora cada uno y mientras te llevan en la zodiac fuera del puerto y vuelves a la zodiac solo disfrutas 45 min escasos. Quedamos con ellos que nos regalan las fotos a cambio de buenas reseñas por el dinero que nos hemos gastado y habia sido menos tiempo y solo nos dan fotos de 8, los 5 restantes nada. Despues de 1 semana insistiendo nada de nada. Se han reido de los que no tenemos fotos. Y que decir de las motos la espuma del asiento muy fina para las olas que habia y no marcaban ni la velocidad. Para colmo te cobran 2€ por la taquilla para dejar alli la mochila

C’était une superbe expérience. Les membres de Radikal Jetski sont très gentils, ils parlent plusieurs langues ce qui aide pour les explications. Le conducteur du bateau a pris beaucoup de photos, ce qui laisse un super souvenirs. Lors de la balade, chacun va à son rythme, ce qui est vraiment très bien.

Great jetski's which are well maintained and the guidance is fine. They bring you with a boat from area 4 in the harbor. Then you get on a jetski outside the busy area which can be a bit tricky with the waves. They also speak a lot of la languages.

Loved this experience definitely worth doing and the photos they take come out amazing! Highly recommended the photographer manager is really nice and kind as well! I’ll be back when I visit again! X

Great jet ski experience! We had a full 40 minutes of pure riding with going out into the ocean and coming back outside if the 40 minutes. It was an exhilarating experience with great safety instructions and a very professional and funny staff!

Highly recommend this place. They were very flexible in changing our schedule because we were running late. The guys working there are also very friendly people that want you to enjoy the experience. And the experience was awesome, you get to make a large unforgettable tour on the jetski.

We did the 1 hour Jet Ski Safari. It was great fun. The staff were friendly and able to speak lots of different languages. After the trip we were able to view all the photos (and see the ridiculous faces I pull) that were taken and given the opportunity to purchase them as a download. Highly recommend this excursion and in particular this Jet Ski company.

My wife and I did a 2 hour jetski safari on our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! The staff are exceptionally friendly, speak numerous languages, and some have great stories as well if you seek them out. Highly recommend!

It's a mass jet ski, but really well organised and a good coast to do this because of wind and weather conditions. Recommendable.

ESPERIENZA MEMORABILE. LO CONSIGLIO A TUTTI
Durante il mese di febbraio mi sono recato a Tenerife con la mia famiglia per staccare dalla routine quoitidiana, mentre passagiavamo nei pressi dal principale porto della zona di Playa di Las Americas, Puerto Colon, siamo stati fermati da innumerevole venditotori di escursioni, i quali ci proponevano escursioni di tutte le tipologie, sono stato incuriosito dall'escursione in moto d'acqua, condizionato anche dalla voglia dei miei bambini di provare le moto d'acqua, il mio buon fiuto mi ha fatto desitere dal prenotare l'escursione mediante una agenzia, io sono il tipico tipo che cerca di non usare intermediari quando tratto, perche' nel 2020 con le tecnologie che abbiamo a disposizione possiamo cavarcela da soli, valutando le varie offerte proposte e possiamo scegliere dove andare, senza affidarsi al venditore di turno, il quale non pensa altro che a guadagnare la comissione più alta e una volta chiusa la trattativa non si prende più cura dei propri clienti. Avendo deciso quale esperienza volevamo provare, ho fatto una ricerca dal mio telefono cellulare per valutare quale compagnia di escursioni in moto d'acqua scegliere, la mia scelte e' ricaduta su Radikal Jet Ski, non essendo molto distante dal punto in cui mi trovavo, mi sono recato persoalmente presso il loro main office, situato all'nterno del centro commerciale del porto, giunto presso il loro ufficio, giá avevo capito di aver fatto la scelta giusta, Nico uno dei manager della compagnia ci ha accolto in maniera brillante, ci ha illustrato tutte le varie possibilitá che la loro compagnia offre, spiegandoci nel dettaglio dove ci avrebbero portati e cosa avremmo fatto una volta giunti a destinazione.
Su suo consiglio abbiamo prenotato la escursione di una ora, per la mattina seguente, effetuata la prenotazione, sul ticket che viene stampato sono indicate tutte le informazioni necessarie per lo svolgimento della attivitá. La mattina che dovevamo svolgere la nostra attivitá ci siamo presentati trenta minuti prima dell'orario concordato per lo svolgimento della nostra attivita, durante i quali abbiamo sottoscritto il contratto per il noleggio delle moto d'acqua, Nico sempre lui ha tenuto un briefing, sulle norme da osservare durante l'escursione e sulle misure di sicurezza nel caso qualcosa dovesse andare storta, successivamente ci siamo recati presso il porto dove sono parcheggiate le moto d'acqua e qui siamo stati dotati di giubetto salva vita, e successivamnete gli altri membri dello staff hanno tenuto un altro briefing riguardante la moto, illustrandoci le funzione necessarie per la realizzazione dell'escursione, e le norme di sicurezza riguardanti la conduzione della moto. Durante tutta la escursione siamo stati guidati da un monitore che ci ha guidati fino alla nostra destinazione, dove abbiamo fatto una piccola sosta, e un tuffo in mare, durante tutto il tragitto il nostro monitore, ha scattato delle foto, le quali al nostro ritorno nel loro ufficio ci sono state mostrate, e noi abbiamo deciso di acquistarle per avere un ricordo di questa splendida giornata, passata con questa fantastica compagnia.
Voto della mia esperienza: 10 e lode.
A tutti consiglio Radikal Jet Ski, non fermatevi da chi vi propone in strada tour in moto d'acqua, evtate tutti i tipi di mediazione e recatevi diretti da loro e chiedete di Nico, o prenotate direttamente dal loro sito web.

I rented the jet ski for 3 hours. The service was brilliant, nothing but compliments for Radikal.
The Jetski itself was very well looked after not problems at during the ride.
The instructor we had was excellent, patient in the beginning when we were getting used to jet ski and really gave it the beans later when we asked to go faster.
And he showed us everything that was on the brochure and much more!

Great value for money, highly recommended.

I originally was scared of wet skis until last week when I visited here when I overcame my fear of wet skis. Would have been better if we didn't have a speed boat going silly MPH to catch up to as I nearly vomited. Overall great experience and thanks for helping me overcome my fear of wet skis.

Been with these guys 4 times in the last month. I don't leave many reviews but they have been on time and first class trips each time so I thought it worth a mention. Well done guys.we will be back soon. Many thanks

3 HOUR SAFARI IS RADIKAL JET SKI
It is not the first time that I have been on a jet ski excursion for three hours, but this was the first time with this company, I must say that it was my best tour I have ever had, nice guys, very well prepared, and always available, top reception service, with office equipped with room to change, bathroom and lockers, and to finish a dedicated station where you can view your photos taken during the tour, the price is accessible 20 euros for all photos and after only 5 minutes are on your mobile phone.the price of the excursion is the lowest I have found online.

First-timer. Good explanation, lots of freedom on the very fast and agile bikes. Mid-ride "photoshoot" was maybe a little invasive, but didn't seem to take more than 5 minutes per person. Either way, got a lot of great pictures to take home! Got a good view of the whole coast of Adeje. While another tour might prioritize exploration (local sea-caves?), this one prefers speed and adrenaline!

Increíble, experiencia única y super divertida. Buen guía, atento en todo momento. Unico pero que le pongo, cobran 10euros si quieres que te envien las fotos, creo que por un envio deberían ser más coherentes con el precio o bien un obsequio. En definitiva recomendable al 100%

For positive points: welcome perfect, good jet skis with breaks, sympatic coaches
But the 1h tour lasted only 40/45 minutes. (start engine to back on the wharf). 20% discount on the net but 35/30% less time!
And at return I became alone for a while but somewhere it was the best moment of the tour, driving at my speed appreciating the landscape not running full speed.
I was also surprised there's no limitation speed or behavior near thé clift where we stopped

un super gruppo di ragazzi di ogni nazionalità e capaci di parlare ogni lingua. Simpatici e cordiali veramente e non di apparenza per il business. Tantissime moto disponibili ma la loro esperienza rende tutto fluido e semplice la preparazione che sembra di essere gli unici del safari.
Parlo di un Tour safari da 2 h 4 moto massimo.
Il tragitto è bello e la guida (BOSS di campo de fiori) ci ha fatto fare un percorso fantastico per le giuste onde. Ha spiegato molte cose. Bravissimo nel trovare delfini e tartarughe facendoci vivere così un esperienza bellissima!
Due moto con bambini di 6 anni senza problemi.
Moto belle e anche se limitate hanno la giusta potenza e velocità per il massimo divertimento anche se prima esperienza, uomo o donna, con o senza bambini.

Great session today! Was lucky to have an hour to myself with the instructor. Not my first time on jetskis and was impressed with the quality of the jetski and the staff were great. The instructor ls English was very good and made things easy. I am an adrenaline junkie and was aloud go all out! Saw a pod of dolphins! And flying fish! Incredible!

Went whale watching. Saw whales, turtles and Dolphins. Highly recommended experience and good value fot money compared with some of the other tours.

Nous avons fait un tour en bouée UFO et c'était vraiment terrible. Nous étions deux groupes de 3 personnes, donc nous avons profité d'un tour en zodiac pendant que les autres se faisaient tracter. A refaire.

I was a first-timer with jet ski.and can't say my experience with this company was amazing. Stuff was quite welcome, however group rides does not wait for newbies. So we end up struggling alone in a mile away, pretty much alone vs ocean. There were large waves smashing, super hard to drive for the very first time, and no support is not something that you'd expect.
Overall, for someone who had experience with it before should be good, but definitely not for a newbie.

Also they charge 20 EUR (2019 pricing) for sending you some digital photos shot during jet trip via email.

Sin duda no recomiendo nada este sitio! No son de fiar y el servicio es pésimo.
Primero nos ofrecen un precio de 85€ por 2 horas de moto de agua y luego nos dicen que precio es 110€. Tienen precios para extranjeros y otro para españoles.
Le decimos que este precio nos lo ha ofrecido el chico que está fuera y nos mira de mala manera y preguntando por quien os lo ha dado pero finalmente nos hacen el precio acordado.
Al pagar no les funciona el datafono y nos dice que hay un cajero fuera que saque dinero. Le digo que no que me cobrarán y de nuevo de mala manera después de arreglar el datafono nos cobran.
Al Momento de empezar te meten 2€ por usar el Locker incluso habiendo pagado lo que has pagado por usar un armario con llave (me parece ridiculo y esto debería ser un servicio. Todo pensado para sacar dinero de los turistas)
Y por último, mi pareja por asuntos personales no puede continuar el tour de 2 horas y pedimos después de una hora dejar y que nos abonen la diferencia y nos dicen que no. En el momento de decirlo llevábamos 30 minutos y no había ningún problema ya que nos encontrábamos en el punto de encuentro con otros clientes.
Sinceramente deberían de pensar que el negocio se basa en el cliente y no en lo que ellos quieren que sea. Si lo que quieren es engañar a los clientes y sacar el máximo dinero de ellos a costa de un pésimo servicio no llegarán muy lejos.

Very nice experience. They let us go full gaz very often.plus Nice staff. And they have been very accommodating as my flight had been cancelled and I unfortunately had to switch to another, cheaper jet ski experience. They refunded the Safari I couldn't attend to.

I don't normally write reviews for things but this was absolutely amazing. The staff were helpful, informative and funny.

There isn't much you have to do in terms of safety which is good. They tell you how to use the Jet Ski in a short time and bang. You get towed to the sea and you're off. Happy days!

Related to this company, it is extremely negligent, you are given a jetski they say 3 words and then I send you with a guide who is extremely negligent and inattentive. I went and got the best package with 2 hours of jetski and snorkeling included. I was expecting at least a little attention, at one point I fell off the jetski and the guide noticed after some time, finally when he noticed me, he came to me with his boat and told me to keep his boat.pointing me towards the back of the boat, the boat engine is still running.at which point my foot was drawn by the propeller of the boat and I was severely cut.at the moment I did not feel the pain due to adrenaline.but after I got down and reached the shore I realized that I can barely walk with that leg, after I got to the hotel, I called the owner of the company and explained what happened, then he started yelling at me that it was my fault and that the engine had been stopped, which is not true, after some time of screaming.the bad part is that the end of my vacation had to end with stress, nerves and a hurt leg due to careless people

La primera vez que montamos y ya estoy deseando repetir. Son super enrollados y disfrutas de una buena experiencia. Tuvimos suerte y también vimos delfines.
