Al reservar el coche y leer todas las opiniones de esta empresa no sabíamos que esperarnos pero fue una grata sorpresa :).

Desde la puntualidad para recogernos en el aeropuerto; la atención al cliente nada que comentar, personal majo pero no dan mucha info. Se supone que nos dieron un coche de categoría superior (DR 4.0, siempre lo hacen).
El coche tenía algunos arañazos y demás, pero con el seguro a todo riesgo nada que preocuparse.

El día de entregar el coche, todo correcto y nos devolvieron los 100€ del depósito de gasolina al instante, eran las 21:10 y a los 20 minutos nos recogió el bus de cortesía para ir al aeropuerto.

Desde mi experiencia, recomiendo la empresa ya que no he tenido ni un solo problema

Esperienza positiva, la machina era conforme alla richiesta.Non c era coda al banco di accettazione e neanche alla consegna.
Ci ha accolti Diana , molto gentile , disponibile e professionale.

NEVER AGAIN! Nel sito c’era scritto che per chi aveva prenotato direttamente con loro e fatto il check-in, c’era una fila dedicata. Niente di tutto ciò. Un’ora di fila

I will give 5* for the car deal I got it directly from their website, however 1* for the service received and their shuttle bus.

I have rented multiple times from record go in ibiza and mallorca and knew exactly how they work. I always buy the full insurance option, however their staff was either poorly trained or the guy who served me pretended to be unaware. The idea is that when i got there he told me my booking is not full insured. I then had to call their main office and luckily a nice lady helped me out and confirmed my booking is full insured. Then I had a problem with my payment because I only had a revolut and amex card and he refused taking the payment from both. I then explained him that I have a full insurance deal, therefore I should be able to pay with Amex, but he was still insisting it is not a premium insurance I asked to find out a solution to sort this out, however there was no effort of solving this problem from his side insisting that it is not possible. Therefore, I had to call again their main office and luckily the same nice lady picked up and she confirmed me I can pay with Amex and I should pass the phone to his colleague I was dealing with. He was still insisting that they don’t accept Amex, however she sent him the terms and conditions and I finally managed to get my car after a long wait!

I hope they will improve their service at Tenerife branch and their shuttle bus which doesn’t come often at all. If you want to save some time and nerves, better get a taxi which is 15 euro. I had to wait almost an hour for the shuttle bus and as it got full, I then had to wait on a long line for everybody to be served. They guy who served me was also extremely slow - his colleagues served 2 customers already, but he was still with the initial client. And another thing I didn’t understand is why the sales advisors have to go and show the cars too instead of telling where is parked? This adds extra time to the waiting…

Re-car, I got a new SWM- it was a lot bigger then what I needed and although it is a Chinese car designed in Italy- it wasn’t that bad. It stays well on windy roads, however being so big, it is not that powerful to go up the hill- especially if you will have a car full of people and bags.

Experiencia horrible, me fastifidiaron el viaje. Llegamos al aeropuerto y estuvimos exactamente 2 horas recorriendo todas las compañías de renting una por una hasta que descubrimos que era una compañía externa y nos llevó un autobús de "cortesia" a las chafiras.
Y ahora para la devolución nos hemos venido con 2 horas de antelación porque ya no me daba buena espina, , ha pasado una hora y todavía estamos esperando do el autobús para ir al aeropuerto. Si no llega en 10 minutos tendremos que coger un taxi.

Fast 1 Stunde Wartezeit bis man das Auto endlich hatte, auto war beschädigt und schmutzig, Firma liegt ausserhalb des Flughafens. Wird nirgends erwähnt. 2 Sterne für die nette Dame an der Anmeldung

Molo bravi!
In particolare un feedback positivissimo per Diana che ci ha seguiti con cura e professionalità.
La machina ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative, all aeroporto ci ha aspettato una persona che ci ha indirizzati per il pullman che poi ci ha portati all noleggio,
Noi abbiamo viaggiato a gennaio ed è stato tutto ok.

TEMPS D’ATTENTE ÉNORME POUR AU FINAL ÊTRE ESCROQUÉ! Atterris à 19h, reçus les clefs à 23h30! Ça commence directement avec de mauvaises indications qui dit:   «  rdv de la navette à droite avec affiché dessus Record Go »FAUX! C’est tout l’opposé! Nous avons cherché une heure le point de rdv de la navette qui est en fait tout au bout à gauche. Une fois le point de rdv trouvé, nous avons encore attendu 1 heure la venue de la navette (sans nom)! Arrivés au bureau, nous sommes une 20 aines, ceux sans enfants courent pour être les premiers servis (on ne peut pas leur en vouloir). 50m d’attente entre chaque clients. 3 ou 4 chaises dans le bureau, pas d’eau. Une fois notre tour, l’employée nous mets la pression pour souscrire toutes leurs assurances et pour prendre leur modèle de voiture (plus chers) (qui ne convient pas pour les montagnes). Celui qui a commandé la voiture en ligne doit payer avec SA MEME VISA pas d’autres cartes, pas de cash! Il demande une garantie de 1400€ ou simule un bugg sur le pc. Si ça ne passe pas l’employée (Berta) s’excite, s’énerve, elle claque les dossiers! Fait des remarques désagréables! Sous la pression et la fatigue et la faim des enfants ; quel autre choix avons nous que de souscrire toutes leurs assurances? Du coup on paie le double du prix de départ! Elle nous a bousillé notre début de vacances car tous les supermarchés étaient fermés quand nous sommes sortis de la et le lendemain c’était férié! Avec 3 enfants à nourrir nous avons galéré! Faites gaffe au retour de ne pas rater votre avion car bcp d’embouteillages malgré les 5kms qui les sépare de l’aéroport! PLUS JAMAIS!

There's no indication where the shuttle bus should be. Description on the voucher simply wrong. (It was on E05, in the area of Salidas, on the right side if you are leaving the airport building, as we saw when we got back there. And there is no indication on the van, so how should anyone know, this is the right van?) After searching almost 2 hours and asking about 8 persons we finally took a taxi to the office. The car we rented should have been kind of a Jeep Renegade, in reality it was a very strange vehicle called DR, dirty inside, no power, bad to drive.
Today my husband noted that they took 100 € deposit from him without explanation. As we booked over Check 24, he thinks he's getting it back. Don't rent your car here!

Das Personal ist freundlich, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ebenfalls ok. Am Südflughafen befindet sich bei dem Stand des E06 Schalter ein Shuttle das alle 15-20 min die Mieter abholt und sie nach dem Drop off des Mietwagens wieder zurück bringt.

A FUIR! ESCROCS, pas de "navette"ni à l aller ni au retour. Locaux difficilement identifiables dans une zone commerciale à 10km de l'aéroport. Payé le double de ce qui était convenu. Rien de prévu en cas de retour du véhicule quand le bureau est fermé. Véhicule non révisé. Voyants allumés au tableau de bord. Menteurs professionnels! N'y allez surtout pas!

One of the cheapiet rent a car in Tenerife. Service is good, but the rules is just for “thinking “. I trying to pay with my phone contaces, but they want only plastic!? So my wife is paying with plastic, she was a main driver, and I was a second. It’s OK, but it’s costing me 50 euro! The car, which is for “upgrade” me from “Fiseta” to very strange “GF” is totally gap! This Chinese car, they say “it’s Italian”, is absolutely junk! Big, good looking, but the engine is absolutely faults! Still the company is good cheap solution for rent a car in Tenerife.

WORST service! If you don’t wanna spoil your holiday- don’t use this company.

- Information about pick up / shuttle from the airport that was send on email was wrong. You need to look for a Shuttle (no people in red T-shirts) on the very LEFT from airport entrance.
- Shuttle Bus has no sign, no name (on the pic)
- If you call, nobody pick up the phone. Only automatic reply
- You can’t drop the key / car during night/early morning, because Office open only at 10am. Plan your timing accordingly if you have night or early morning flight. That’s totally inconvenient.
- Money that was blocked for fuel still on hold. However the Company agent promised to release it as soon as the car will be returned with full tank.
- Overall experience - Big No and not recommended

What started bad, ended well:)
There is a totally wrong direction from Booking "Turn right after exiting arrivals". We lost 1.5 hours in which we tried to call the contact line, Tenerife is not in the list of options the auto operator gives! I discussed with Gran Canarias operator which told me that they announce Tenerife colleagues.
We took the bus and after 2 hours from our landing we finally arrived at the rental office.
At the end of our vacation we found that we should have "turn left and walk to the opposite side of the airport" to find the shuttle bus.

Regarding the personal they offered an upgrade because we lost some time of our vacation. We denied it as we had booked a FIAT 500 cabrio which turned out to be a very good chose.
The car was in good condition and during our 12 days and 1500km there was no problem with it.

The retouring of the car went smooth and we got the shuttle bus to the airport this time:).

I highly recommend avoiding this company. Refused to accept payment of insurance premium (non-refundable) in cash. They did not give me the car.
