Relaxia Olivina Hotel Lanzarote

Un hotel tranquilo, personal encantador, muy buena restauración y muy bien situado en la ciudad, un pequeño inconveniente, la animación que hay que reseñar.

Personal acogedor y muy profesional, la habitación que teníamos necesitaría algunas actualizaciones, muy buena ubicación. Más un 3 estrellas que un 4 estrellas

Para empezar, las habitaciones: espaciosas, pero las camas no son cómodas. No hay aire acondicionado, pero a finales de diciembre no sentimos la necesidad, hay un ventilador en el techo de la habitación. La entrevista fue perfecta, las amas de llaves fueron muy agradables. El agua estaba caliente y había presión.
En cuanto a la comida, muy normalita. Siempre lo mismo, ningún tema, muy pocas verduras pero la carne muy buena (pescado, pollo). La ubicación era muy buena, a 3 minutos de la playa, a 5 minutos de calles muy comerciales (bares, restaurantes, tiendas de souvenirs).
La piscina central está ligeramente climatizada, las otras dos no.
El hotel está dividido en 3 urbanizaciones y cada una tiene piscina y zona de copas.
El desayuno antes de la salida fue muy ligero.
En general, satisfecho con la estancia.

Actualmente hospedarse en este hotel es una pesadilla, invasión de CUCARACHAS por todas partes, ya sea en las habitaciones, en el hall de recepción, en el bar principal, pululando alrededor de las máquinas de bebidas, etc. Está sucio y la respuesta que nos dio la recepcionista es normal, es porque hace calor.el hotel merece un buen lavado de cara, es bastante viejo.habría que cambiar la ropa de cama no es nada cómodo dormimos mal, más cuando Pensemos en la cucaracha que nos podría haber visitado durante la noche.en cuanto a la animación no es muy buena, se ofrecen pocas cosas. Por otro lado, en cuanto a comida y bebidas no nos decepcionó, solo nos gustaría el buffet del almuerzo.cambiar un poco porque cada hora del almuerzo durante 1 semana fue lo mismo. Nos pareció que faltaba una pequeña bandeja de bienvenida en las habitaciones con hervidor, té y café solo para tomar algo cuando estábamos en nuestras habitaciones… no había aire acondicionado en nuestras habitaciones y dado el calor que hace No es muy agradable sabiendo que hace buen tiempo prácticamente todo el año y a veces temperaturas bastante altas. ¡Sería cómodo tener aire acondicionado en las habitaciones! Este hotel no merece en absoluto un 4 estrellas.

Acabo de regresar a Irlanda y tengo que decir que cuando regresemos a Porto del Carmen, solo iríamos allí si Relaxia olivina estuviera disponible. Todos pasamos unas estupendas vacaciones gracias a este hotel.

En vacaciones, un lugar muy hermoso, recomiendo a todos los buffets ilimitados que cambian todos los días.

Acabo de llegar a casa después de una semana aquí, era más un hotel de 3 estrellas, habitaciones muy anticuadas, el personal amable, las habitaciones están limpias, pero necesitan atención adicional, tuvimos que cambiar de habitación, ya que había hormigas en nuestra cama, por lo que no son camas brillantes, muy duras para las familias, la piscina es agradable, el personal se mantuvo ocupado intentando con actividades

Bonito hotel todo incluido. Habitaciones anticuadas pero espaciosas y limpias. Tenga en cuenta que en las dependencias (habitaciones familiares) no hay aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador de techo en el dormitorio. Se alquila aire acondicionado móvil por 50€ la semana.
La comida está bien. Amplia variedad de ensaladas todos los días. Hay carne y pescado. Bebe bien.
En temporada alta es difícil encontrar un lugar para comer o en una de las piscinas.
Un inconveniente, no hay sombrillas en la terraza.
A unos 5 a 10 minutos andando de la playa y bulevar con terrazas y tiendas.
Centros comerciales cercanos. Parada de autobús a 5 minutos.

Todo depende de que habitacion tengas y son buenas y malas nos llego una cal terrible (fotos) con un catre y durmiendo en un sofa, cambiamos el Surcharge por otro y esta genial, algunas habitaciones estan completamente fuera del hotel ahi no hay wifi.en general el hotel es agradable, el servicio es muy agradable, las habitaciones son limpias, los animadores son geniales, el hotel es para gente corriente, las habitaciones hay que devolverlas a las 11, el traslado es a las 15, a pesar de esto, tener acceso a la habitación para esconder las maletas y seguir usando todo hasta el final, eso está muy bien por parte del hotel, incluso se pueden imprimir boletos de avión, en general estamos muy contentos y si tuviera que volver aquí, seria a este hotel

Location is great the accommodation was basic rooms did not have tea making facilities. The food was really hit and miss so we ate out. More of a European hotel with regards the food and if u love salads and pasta. We wont return for all inclusive

Ok lack of public toilets around the hotel, and especially a disabled toilet had to go back to my room every time I needed to go. But apart from that good food and clean rooms.

Kurze Transferzeit vom Flughafen. Direkt im Zentrum/ an der Promenade. 300 Meter bis zum Strand. (Flugschneise), Freundlicher Service, Zimmer relativ alt, teilweise abgewohnt. Essen ok bis gut!

Muy buena situación, personal muy amable, buena comida y limpieza bien, le falta una reforma a los apartamentos, por lo demás todo genial, recomendable

Ran out of vodka for 2 days paid 4 thousand + for 2 weeks all inclusive for 3 people. Been 3 times. Used to love this hotel but its went downhill since change of owners. Entertainment terrible now. Used to be really good. Staff are really nice tho and work hard. Animation team good too. Won't be back tho. Also its doubled in price in 2 years

Me & the wife spent our first Christmas away staying here for around 8 nights was due to be more but due to the fiasco with the drones at gatwick we lost a couple of days, we can only but praise the hotel and the staff here as they made us feel very welcome.
Our room (1247) was very clean & tidy and
overlooking the pool all by the parm trees being part in the way, the twin beds in our room was ok and the room being plenty big enough for us two, meals we found to be plentiful and a good choice at breakfast & dinner we did not do lunch as was at beach or out and about, the only downside we found at meal times was that with everyone rushing around you for seating and to get their meals which are served buffet style we found it hard to settle at the table together as the wife got up for her meal then i went after her return for of fear of losing your table.
Entertainment appeared to be ok but as we always went out in evening i can not really comment on that.
Pool area was good with what looked like plenty of sun beds to go around all being the weather was not to fantastic everyday during our stay, towels are provided for a small deposit.
There is a dress code for meal times but it appears no one takes any notice of it.
All in all though we had a very good stay here and would book again to stay if we had to.
PS to the manament, sorry to say the Christmas day evening meals could have been done better it felt like a cattle market.

Réservation via Neckermann Belgique, l'hôtesse ne se déplace pas à l'hôtel.nous devons nous rendre dans un autre hôtel pour la rencontrer. Nous sommes seulement 2 belges parmi toute cette population d'allemands, anglais et d'hollandais, pour qui tout est en leur faveur, animation, boisson, nourriture. Ils se ruent sur les boissons, qui sont imbuvables, l'eau à disposition est infecte, les alcools dilués, les jus sont composés de sirop, les en-cas, des tartines "jambon et fromage" sans rien toutes séchées chaque jours la même chose.pitoyable! Les buffets sont gras hypers salés et de seconde qualité. Bref minable est l'adjectif qui convient pour cette hôtel. Rien ne se perd ici, les restes de midi et du soir sont transformés et réservis le jour suivant. À fuir!

L'hotel è situato vicinissimo al centro di Puerto del Carmen si può andare tranquillamente a piedi l'hotel è vecchiotto però le stanze sono pulite il bagno non ha la doccia ma la vasca da bagno con tenda, cibo abbastanza, buono, vi sono tre piscine in ogni piscina è presente un bar, nelle due più piccole è a self-service chiude alle 18: 00 noi non abbiamo trovato animazione italiana non che ce ne importasse qualcosa d'animazione prettamente dedicata a inglesi e tedeschi ogni sera o quasi c'è il bingo dedicato alla maggioranza degli ospiti ultrasessantenni se dovessi descrivere l'esperienza in questo hotel direi rilassante noi eravamo in tanti quindi ci siamo divertiti lo stesso lo sconsiglio a coppie giovani troppo monotono e pieno di persone avanti con l'età alle 10: 00 sono praticamente tutti a letto.

Me and my partner's 1st holiday abroad together, we went all inclusive due to being our first time abroad. I was dubious of the quality of food before arriving, im used to eating at restraunts every night on previous holidays.

What I can say is that the food was always fresh and was always been cooked. A good selection of meats, soups, pizza and fish. I myself love fish and can say it was always fantastic. Can recommend highly.

Would highly recommend staying in the separate part of the hotel across the road as it's much quieter. Was similar to a villa with a shared pool. Only down side was you had to cross the road to the bar but it was only 30 seconds away.

Cons
WiFi did not connect in our apartment, but did connect in the main hotel and was strong signal.

Occasionally difficult to get tables but we're cleared very fast never had to wait to long.

The beer is slightly watered down but the bar isn't so recommend grabbing drinks for meals at the bar first.

Hotel has the premises arranged cleverly so that rooms are rather quiet (most of them at least). A couple of pool areas to choose from, lovely gardens and really tasty meals, good veriety of fish and sea food included. Convenient location, at a short walking distance from both the ocean and seaside promenade with shops, but nicely at the end of it, thus staying calm and quiet.
