Rent a Car Las Rosas Tenerife

Recomiendo totalmente Las Rosas para alquilar un coche en Tenerife. ¡El proceso es fácil y rápido, los autos están bien cuidados y la comunicación con ellos siempre es excelente!

Alquilé un coche en un punto cercano a Playa Arena. El punto de alquiler se encuentra en la tienda. Todo salió muy bien. Los precios están bien. No se necesita tarjeta de débito/crédito. Pago íntegro al entregar el coche. Verificamos en el sitio web qué tipo de auto nos interesaba, así que vinimos por un vehículo específico, pero el caballero tenía una lista de autos disponibles. El coche lo dejaron en el hotel y lo recogieron por allí.

El coche estaba bien, lo único que faltaba era un soporte para teléfono, que debería ser estándar en un coche hoy en día. Le doy 4 estrellas porque no estoy seguro si el auto se llenó con 4/8 de combustible según lo acordado. Después de recorrer unos pocos kilómetros, el indicador ya marcaba 3/8. Cuando íbamos, recorrimos una media de 80 km en esa línea (1/8), y a los pocos kilómetros se cayó. Este hecho también lo confirma la pantalla del ordenador situada en la zona de autonomía del vehículo. Cuando lo recogí y supuestamente estaba lleno a 4/8, marcaba 160 km, y cuando lo devolví con 4/8 lleno, eran 230 km.

La situación anterior me deja mal sabor de boca. Aparte de eso, todo está bien.

Empresa muy profesional. Pagas la tarifa completa por adelantado al recoger el coche y la explicación que te dan sobre el aparcamiento y la entrega del coche fue clara. La comunicación se realiza a través de Whatsapp y es muy rápida y amigable. ¡Definitivamente lo recomendaría!

Excelente servicio, la reserva fue fácil y el equipo de Las Rosas fue de gran apoyo. Contratamos un mini convertible para 4 pasajeros, durante 3 días, nos encantó explorar la isla con el techo abierto, día y noche, definitivamente lo recomendaría y espero volver en el futuro.

Muy buen servicio! Muy amables y cumplieron todo lo pactado con nota muy alta. He tenido malas experiencias con otras empresas de alquiler de coches que te acaban metiendo cargos extra por cualquier excusa. Con Las Rosas todo muy transparente y sin sorpresas. Yo los usaré de nuevo.

Fácil proceso de reserva, excelentes comunicaciones. Coche de primera calidad dejado y recogido en el hotel. 100% recomendable!

¡Nosotros recomendamos! Nos llevaron el coche al hotel y por la noche solo tuvimos que entregar las llaves en la recepción del hotel. Como la gasolinera estaba cerrada tarde en la noche, llenaron el auto sin costo adicional. El contacto fue vía WhatsApp y también nos envió una foto del recibo de combustible.

Son muy profesionales y amables. El coche está genial y por un buen precio. Sin letra pequeña ni cargos ocultos. Cuando vuelva a Tenerife repetiré con ellos sin duda. Esperemos que sigan así. Muy recomendado.

Car was new and fine for the slightly hairy tenerife tourist routes. Excellent service including pick up and we just dropped the car off at our hotel when we had finished with it and they collected it. The wife managed to lose her phone under the seat (only realising once the car had been returned.) Despite our best efforts to get the phone back it only was found after our return to the uk. Perfekte Organisation. Auto in Deutschland online gebucht. Bekam dann eine Mail, Auto steht morgen um xx Uhr am Hotel und wird mir übergeben. Kommunikation perfekt. Auto war super. Sauber und gepflegt. Schlüssel gab ich dann an der Rezeption ab. Fertig. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Great Service! They do work on Sundays, picked me up from hotel, totally seamless experience. Car was clean and in great shape, on the last day lady on petrol station put Pb95 in instead of diesel, that were greatly supportive and whole situation was resolved easily. Could not been happier with their service. Definitely recommend using Them!

Probably one of our best car rental experiences. We were able to book in a week before notice (with many car choices still available) for a nice price compared to concurrents (with much more limited availablity at that time). Quick and easy pick-up & drop-off at hotel. Got exactly what we booked. The car was almost new (~53k mileage) and clean. The staff was very friendly and flexible, even though we had no problems with the car rental, we felt covered in case anything should happen.

Professional attitude, no delays, no hidden costs, very good English communication skills. Absolutely satisfied my expectations and we enjoyed the family vacation to the fullest.

One comment from the child - 3y.o. Was occasionally complaining about the comfort of the seat child seat, but he enjoyed the trips anyway.

Trying to get a rental car in Tenerife at the moment (Nov 2021) is incredibly difficult but we managed to get one at short notice with Rosas car rental. The service we received was excellent they dropped the car off at the Hotel left the keys at reception everything they did for us was professional nice modern clean economical and very high spec Renault Clio. We honestly cannot recommend them more when staying at Los Gigantes Tenerife.

I returned car with full tank while picked up with 3/4. Owners said laughing at me he will not return me the difference. Moreover yelled at me because I returned car just 10 minutes before time said in contract, justifying that I picked up the car 15 minutes earlier than contract. So mind real time of pick up, they don't care about what is in contract.
Also check insurance criteria: damage to suspension, tires, wheels, glasses, clutch, bottom of a car are excluded. So what is included? !
Hired a car 4 times there and this was the last.

It was my third car rental company in Tenerife and I preferred the previous one (CICAR). The car was really nice and clean, but the customer service was really bad. The men was disapointed that I rent only for 1 day and misinformed me about the offer. He gave me zero instruction about the car, because he was in a hurry. 3 of 5 in my opinion it's fair for that rental)

Good service and easy communication in eng and spanish. Can ask questions via whats app also. Got a clean car practically new. At the end of the rental i just left the keys at the hotel reception. Recommend

This is a great place to rent a car and I am really happy to gove this opinion. We rented two diffrent cars and both were clean and almost brand new. There were nothing hidden in the contracts and you are fully safe by their insurance option. They are very responsive and the communication was great. I could have rent a car again here!

Loueur extrêmement sympathique et tres arrangeant.
Les véhicules (le notre au moins) sont en bon état. Tarifs plus que corrects et sans surprise: tout est compris (26€/j dans notre cas), au contraire de la majorité des loueurs de l'île qui pratiquent des prix attractifs mais imposent en supplément des assurances et cautions à des prix prohibitifs voire malhonnêtes.
Loueur vivement recommandé.

Excellent company! They were very flexible in meeting our needs and always responded to our communication immediately. We chose to pick up and drop off the car by the airport and it was super easy and convenient. Las Rosas really went out of their way to help us with everything and anything we asked for. The car was perfect, good price. They even sent the iPhone we forgot in the rental car all the way to Sweden without any cost! Would definitely use Las Rosas services again!

New cars for good price. We took Renault Megane III and we were very satisfied. No deposit needed and all paperwork took like 5 minutes.

After having bad experiences at the airport with the rentals that still had cars to offer on the spot (the good ones were all out), we found Las Rosas in Puerto de Santiago and they sorted us out immediately. The process of renting was quick and both employees and manager/owner were very accommodating and polite. Paying was very straightforward and there were no deposits or extra levels of insurance. They also didn't seem to care about the age of the driver as most other companies do.

Muy Bien! We were lucky to get a nearly brand new car with free drop off to out hotel. Very reasonable price. Kind staff both on phone and Isidro in person. They will pick up without hassle and very good communication by both text and phone. Best decision we made rather than the local hotel place! You need drivers license and passport. 5 STARS!

Really kind and nice staff! We needed to print our boarding passes, but all of the printing centers were closed that time on Los Gigantes. We asked for help about the staff from official center Rent a Car Las Rosas that was situated close to us, and these people spent the time with us and helped us despite of their direct job! Wу did not rent a car in this rental center, but I'm sure if any difficult situation was happen with you or your car, you really can expect you will not be left in need.
