Rent A Car Piñero

Son unos estafadores, a través de su página web reservas el coche y cuando llegas al aeropuerto dicen que no la han recibido cuando tengo un correo que lo corrobora, después al llegar te dicen que solo les queda un coche y que es el más caro. Además para dejar el vehículo en el aeropuerto no hay nadie, tienes que dejar las llaves en la guantera, vergonzoso. Poco serio. No lo recomiendo

Muy mala experiencia. Si pueden evitarlo no usen esta compañía.
Nos dieron un coche de gama inferior al reservado que nos dejó tirados en mitad de la nada porque tenía estropeada la batería. No obtuvimos respuesta al llamar al teléfono que nos proporcionaron, perdiendo así más de 8 horas de nuestro viaje. Cuando entregamos el coche no sólo se nos trato de malas formas con una actitud prepotente y desagradable sino que se negaron a proporcionarnos una hoja de reclamaciones, llegando a expulsarnos del mismo local por pedirla además de unas formas horrible.
Una vergüenza todo lo ocurrido

NO RESERVAR CON ESTA AGENCIA. Hicimos una reserva online el diciembre pasado. No contratamos el vehículo de menor categoría. Sin embargo, el día de la recogida, no tenían el vehículo disponible a la hora de entrega establecida. Tuvimos que esperar 1h en la oficina para que nos lo entregasen, porque decían que los clientes estaban tardando en devolverlos. Finalmente nos entregaron un coche de categoría bastante inferior a la contratada y pagada (más de 70€ de diferencia) y encima sucio y con mal olor. Reclamamos en la propia oficina en el momento y nos dijeron que nos devolverían la diferencia. Sin embargo, después de muchos emails y llamadas, aún no tenemos respuesta ni nos han realizado el reembolso. Lamentable experiencia y servicio. Este tipo de empresarios no hacen ningún favor a la imagen de las islas.

Mala atención telefonica, nada amables, y solo se puede reservar a través de la web, bastante desagradable la señora que me atendió, nada recomendable.

A truly terrible experience. When I arrived to pick up the car the manager of the San Sebastian office said it was not yet available and still with another client. When I pressed him for details he said he would "never" rent the car to me, because he does not like me. This was despite the fact that I had a voucher for the booking through Economy Car Rentals. When I asked for written confirmation of his refusal to rent the car he ignored me and at one point he threatened to hit me when I refused to leave his office. Fortunately I have a video of his antics which I will use to obtain a refund.

RENTE UN COCHE A LAS 2: 00, DE LA TARDE Y COLOCARON EL EL CONTRATO QUE ME LO DIERON A LA 1: 00

ME DICEN QUE NO HAY PROBLEMA DE ENTREGARLO AL DIA SIGUIENTE CON DOS HORAS DE ATRASO, ES DECIR A LA 4: 00 Y TE COBRAN UN DIA MAS, INDICANDO CUANDO TE LO ENTREGAN QUE NO HAY PROBLEMA.

ENGAÑAN, CON TRAMPAS, NO VALORAN LO QUE DICEN Y DOCUEMNTOS SIN CONDICIONES. (Y LUEGO TE DICEN QUE LO FIRMASTES) Y NO HAY NADA EN SU REVERSO. HACEN LO QUE LES DA LA HAGA.

Dont book! What a guy! He didnt want us to give a car, because he dont like me!
We where traveling for filming around the Island for our Channel!
30.04.22 around 9: 00 clock. Maybe his boss can say to him that he isnt able to run this office! Zero Stars!

Do not use this company. We hired a car through Pinero at Valle Gran Rey, next to the hotel. The woman in charge is very rude and aggressive. On the first day she gave us a Skoda Citigo. The problem with this car is that the alert for under inflated tyres kept coming on. On closer inspection we discovered that the back tyres were practically bald and certainly illegal. See the pictures. We took the car back the same day and she said she would change the tyres ready for the next day. We went back the next morning only to find that the tyres had not been changed as promised. In the end we insisted on getting a different car. A lot of time wasted. Do not use this company.

Three days after booking a car on their website, and just days before our planned arrival on La Gomera, they simply sent an email saying that they don't have cars anymore. Don't trust the website for booking here. Better to check Cicar.

Muy agradables y profesionales, nos han dejado recoger el coche en el Puerto y devolverlo en el aeropuerto sin problema. Muy fiables.

He was the only one who had some cars left. Easy pick up and return Service. Friendly Employee. Very good experience at all. I can totally recommend this Rent a Car.

No recomendable.
Un trato espantoso, nos cancelaron la reserva sin avisar y sin querer asumir responsabilidades. Previamente ya nos la habían confirmado pero el personal fue maleducado y desagradable sin motivo. Finalmente tuvimos que escoger otra agencia. Se aprovechan de que la gente tiene como prioridad sus vacaciones para evadirse libremente de sus compromisos como empresa.

An affordable, low-fuss rental experience. If you're just after a set of wheels within the normal working day then these guys could be just the ticket.

Terrible experience!
We arrived to the island and we discovered that we did not have a car although we have received an email with the following object "Estado de la Orden: Completado".
They did not have any remaining car and they just told us "you can take the bus".
I really do not recommend this rental car.

A fuir. Réservation faite 2 semaines avant notre arrivée sur le site internet. L'homme présent à l'aéroport a eu un comportement exécrable. Après avoir patienté avec deux enfants de 4 et 6ans il fini par dire tout en rigolant qu'il a cédé la dernière voiture aux personnes devant nous.
J'étais dépitée devant un tel comportement.
Il n'y a plus aucune voiture sur l'île a louer.
A vos risques et périls.

El chico que limpia los coches esta loco haciendo derrapes al lado del colegio con los coches abiendo niños a los alrrededores. Esta todo el dia fumado y no respeta las normas de circulacion. Tengo dos niños por la calle que el pasa a diario con sus coches al fugo o ponen remedio ustedes o lo pongo yo
