Made a booking on this companys website where it was stated that no prepayment was needed and free delivery of car to hotel. This was not the case after online booking confirmation. Extra payment for delivery and instant payment needed to secure the booking. The impression of service and administration was low and even lower when the emails seems to have its origin from foreign servers on the other side of the planet. The ”booking” was cancelled after 3 remind email to make online payment via an unknown link.
