Una empresa familiar muy amigable que realmente busca que usted tenga la mejor experiencia posible. También tienen una buena variedad de bicicletas para elegir. El servicio al cliente es excelente, por eso solo contrato con ellos cuando estoy en Gran Canaria.

Servicio excelente y amable y las bicicletas de carretera alquiladas son nuevas y casi sin uso. Di las medidas con antelación y las bicicletas estaban esperando correctamente ajustadas y listas con los componentes deseados. Se proporcionaron neumáticos de repuesto y cartuchos/bombas de dióxido de carbono en caso de pinchazo.te lo recomiendo mucho

¡Muy recomendable! Hizo un recorrido privado con Leonardo. Durante el recorrido, Leonardo había cambiado el horario consultando un circuito adicional con metros de elevación adicionales. Todo para una experiencia superior adaptada a tu nivel personal. Se nota que tienen pura pasión por las bicicletas de carreras. El perfecto estado de las bicicletas de carreras complementado con experiencias y conocimientos lo hace completo.saludos juan

7 de octubre de 2023 Reservamos 2 bicicletas eléctricas por teléfono. Se discutió todo lo necesario. Al día siguiente las bicicletas estaban preparadas, cargadas, listas para circular y en buen estado. Los propietarios muy amables y competentes nos proporcionaron un mapa y consejos para la ruta. Nuestro recorrido por Playa Inglés a 37 grados nos mostró otras facetas de GC. Estuvimos en el camino durante 6 horas con breves descansos.
Así que todo fue genial y una recomendación para esta estación de bicicletas en Meloneras.

El personal es muy servicial y amable, no podía hacer más por ti. Incluye todo lo necesario en el precio, casco, candado, soporte para mi teléfono móvil y agua. Nos dio un número por si teníamos algún problema, pero no lo necesitábamos. Alquilé 2 bicicletas eléctricas muy rápidas y fue un placer montarlas, y bien cuidadas. Podrías seguir algunos paseos en Strava, todos bastante largos para nosotros con una temperatura de 40°, así que hicimos lo nuestro. Definitivamente lo recomendaría y lo usaría nuevamente, excelente servicio, muchas gracias x

Hired roads bikes for three days whilst on holiday. The hand over and return was seamless, this is a well organised family run company.

The service was really good - bikes were properly fitted for us, helmet and 2 water bottles provided. Very friendly people, who were keen to ensure our bikes were comfortable and had no problems. Lovely light Colnago carbon bikes with reasonable gearing made the mountains easily accessible. Great rides to Soria and St Bartholeme. We stayed in Maspalomas - a taxi to the bike shop was €7.50, and we walked back along the beach which was 4 miles and took 1 hour.

Recently hired 2 bikes from rentbike Meloneras. I have to say dealing with Leonardo was a really easy pleasant experience. He replies quickly to e mails and makes sure the bike will fit you as close as possible to your own bike. I have issues with my back so visited the store 2 days before picking the bikes up to speak with Leonardo. I explained my issue to him and he took some more measurements and set the bike up to fit me. He has a superb selection of bikes to suit everyone. If you are in Gran Canaria near Maspalomas/Meloneras and wish to hire a bike this is the store to go too. When we return in the future we will again hire our bikes from Leonardo. Thank you once again Leonardo!

Very good bikes, we rented for the week. No deposit, helmets locks and lights all included in the price. Friendly service.

We rented 2 race bikes for 1 week. Everything was more then okay.
Bikes where setup and waiting for us, with pedals, garmin mount and lights.
We both got even 2 bottles of water.
When in the mountains I noticed I had an issue with the lowest gear when putting force on it. Went back to the shop and was fixed on the spot. All next days we did not have any issues.
When dropping off the bikes, we got again bottles of water.

I can highly recommend this shop!

Fue un placer encontrar Rent Bike Playa Meloneras, aunque tengo que reconocer que fue por casualidad cuando buscaba una tienda de alquiler por la zona de Meloneras. Pero la satisfacción por el resultado, por el trato y por el servicio es la mejor experiencia. Alquilé la bicicleta del 16 al 19 de noviembre y fueron tres días sin contratiempos y de disfrute.
Leonardo y su padre Angelo son dos grandes amantes del ciclismo que vuelcan su pasión en los clientes que se acercan a su establecimiento. Te toman las medidas y te indican la talla correcta (mientras que en otros establecimientos se limitan a preguntarte la altura) y te proporcionan aquello que les pides y, además, con una excelente relación calidad/precio. En mi caso les pedí que la bici tuviese frenos de disco y me proporcionaron una Specialized Tarmac en perfecto estado que limpiaron, ajustaron e incorporaron los accesorios necesarios (bomba, cartuchos.).
No tengo ninguna duda de que en mis próximas vacaciones en Gran Canaria volveré a contar con estos grandes profesionales.

Son Leo will use his finely crafted riding skills to consult your riding requirements and ambitions before guiding you on one of the many routes throughout the island. There are other bike rental shops, some with fancy decor and advertising, but if you want authentic service from people with honesty and humility, give RentBike Playa Meloneras a go. Already planning a return trip in March and will certainly be using Angelo and Leo’s services again.

Amazing service, very easy renting and affordable bikes. Owners are amazing, gave water bottles, packbags and lights. Owner promised to come and help if you get a flat tyre. Wonderful experience!

Couldn’t fault the excellent service we got. Took four bikes for three days on a variety of routes in the hills including 100km the summit of the Pico and back.
Service was excellent with all the quality Colnago bikes set up the day before and water provided for us. We left the bikes at the shop daily which worked well. The owner and his family were just brilliant.

Totally no problems! We got a nice mashines, a bottle of water, helmets, locks, repair set in case we got a puncture and they asked us if we needed a backpack.

Ho noleggiato presso il loro negozio una bici da strada, ho trovato il personale italiano competente e molto disponibile. Hanno usato molta attenzione nel consegnarmi la bici più adatta, avendo cura di regolare l'altezza sella, distanza manubrio e pronti a esaudire qualsiasi richiesta. Io ho noleggiato la bici in completa autonomia ma se necessario vi possono seguire e organizzare tour sia su strada che in mtb.
Hanno a disposizione bici da strada e mtb di alto livello. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.
