Alquilamos allí la scooter SH300 durante 2 días. El propietario, que por cierto es alemán, fue muy amable y servicial. Allí también podrás conseguir bicicletas de montaña, de carreras y eléctricas. Todo bien mantenido en nuestro propio taller. Sentí que estaba en buenas manos.

El jefe es un buen tipo. Las bicicletas estaban completamente bien y eran fáciles de manejar. Podemos llegar rápidamente al casco antiguo y aún más rápido regresar por el puerto.

Estupenda tienda de alquiler de bicicletas.
Las bicis están muy bien regladas y de buena calidad.
Con el alquiler te dan Casco, Cámara y Bomba.
Además tenía soporte para el móvil que me vino fenomenal.
El año que viene volveré a alquilarles una Bici.

La peor dama que he conocido, una estúpida pelea. ¡¡¡NO VAYAS AQUÍ! Hay mucho mejor, ella sólo habla algo de alemánpanchenglisiiiich. Advertencia no vayas si quieres tener un buen día, ella lo destruye.

Alquilé una bicicleta de carreras KTM durante 3 días. Todo fue muy bien, llegué por la noche y encontré la bicicleta adecuada. El pago fue posible con tarjeta de crédito con un depósito de 50 €. Quedé totalmente satisfecho con el servicio y la bicicleta. Casco, candado y herramientas incluidos.

Alquilé una bicicleta de carreras KTM durante 3 días. Esto fue espontáneo y muy sencillo con pago con tarjeta y un depósito de 50€. Quedé muy satisfecho con el servicio y la moto, sobre todo porque el servicio fue en alemán. Incluye casco, candado y kit de reparación.

Excelente lugar para alquilar bicicletas y scooters, así como para comprar repuestos. Propietario muy amable y servicial, fácil de comunicar y organizar todo a precios razonables. ¡Gracias!

El proceso fue un poco caótico, pero al final todo salió bien.

Les alquilé una escooter, muy buen precio para alquiler de 24 horas. Hay un depósito de 80€ por el alquiler que se devuelve a la vuelta, y se requiere pasaporte (se llevan copia).

Visité el casco antiguo yendo desde el lado del puerto deportivo por el camino que se dirige hacia el sur por la carretera principal. Los usuarios de bicicletas o scooters tienen una sección separada para montar, por lo que se convierte en una ruta muy fácil de recorrer, con impresionantes vistas.

Excelente servicio, excelentes bicicletas, propietarios súper amables, ¡lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

El dueño es muy amable y la bicicleta eléctrica que me dio estaba en buenas condiciones. Me gustó el hecho de que el casco y el candado están incluidos en el precio, que no es lo mismo para otros alquileres. Recomendado.

Una tienda donde aparte de la profesionalidad destaca el buen trato al cliente, te ofrecen lo que realmente te hace falta. Altamente recomendable con productos de muy buena calidad. Con todas las medidas sanitarias. Con unos precios muy competitivos. Una de las mejores tiendas de reparación de patinetes y alquiler de motos, la recomiendo.

El peor sitio donde alquilar una bici, son bicicletas viejas, NO ESTÁN REVISADAS AUNQUE TE DICEN QUE SÍ, si se te ocurre alquilar una bici aquí, COSA QUE TE DESACONSEJO TOTALMENTE, asegúrate de probarla antes muy bien, todos los cambios, frenos y todo, porque ellos mienten y las bicicletas no están revisadas. Yo alquilé una, le pregunté si estaba revisada y me dijo que sí, cuando la fui a probar a la bici no le entraba el plato grande y cuando la llevé no me querían devolver el dinero, ni siquiera la mitad, porque ya habían pasado 4 horas. Dicen que me dijeron que la probara fuera y no es verdad, no me dijeron nada, me dijeron adios y se pusieron a hablar con otro cliente directamente.
Lo desaconsejo totalmente, las bicis están viejas y costaría la mitad de lo que piden, pero es por lo mentirosos que son que no los reconmiendo en absoluto.

Some women came to complain about a bike I tested it and the spokes were open the bottom bracket was loose and the front hub was loose also rear brake did not work. Very dangeeous and not road worthy but the owner did not return their money would not recommend under any surcomstances

Rented a road bike twice for a day and I was very happy with the process. Good price for the bike with the equipment.

The mechanic and staff are friendly and I would recommend this place because of the promptness and early expedition when I rented an Ultegra road bike for just 19 euros a day.

I've left my bike for back brake bleeding. It came along with cleaning of the brake disc, refilling of the fluid. They also regulated my fork, just because they felt it was off. Great service for a very affordable price. And the man taking the bike and fixing it was really nice and spoke perfect English. Would recommend, cheers!

We rented a scooter and everything was smooth and without any problems. Friendly shop, scooters in good condition and fair prices. Totaly recommendable

Nunca he estado en este sitio; estaba buscando un sitio para alquilar patinetes electricos, pero viendo como responde a los comentarios negativos, perdiendo las formas e insultando, la verdad que dice mucho sobre su profesionalidad y educacion. Posiblemente o no, algunas valoraciones seran ciertas o no, y exageradas.pero la manera de contestar ya le resta en todo. Un consejo: no entre al trapo de esa manera tan visceral y ganará en credibilidad.

Here is my honest review:

We found this place because it was close to where we stay. We talked the (i think) owner of the shop that we would like to rent a scooter. He gave opinions about renting a scooter and places that we can see, thanks for that.

We left our phone number and he told that a scooter will be that evening returning or the next morning can be available. Also he can text when it comes back. No messages came from him ever. (that's ok, i am an optimist person)

We decided to visit the shop in the morning if there returned the scooter. We found a woman instead of him, who is clueless about our presence, and refusing to get in touch with the previous man and she only can speak spanish and german - that's totally ok too).

Finally,

We figured out that we don't exist as a customer -> that's totally NOT OK

Because of this I put here 3 stars. We felt disrespected.
(A fallacy no shops should get into)

Next, after we understood that we cannot rent from this shop, I checked reviews here. Oh my god, repeatedly owner is insulting the customers!

My mind was blown. I have never seen such rude and irritating behaviours like humiliating and insulting all the negative multi-national, non-anonymous reviewers.

This is not ethical.

And I was revealed that I did not rent that scooter.

If this review is turned to 1 star the you can be sure that I am also insulted and this shop does not deserve that 3 star even.

At first i thought i found a cheap place to rent mid size motorbikes, I even changed my accommodation so i could spend more time riding, but then he stopped replying, just left me on read. I had to find different place to rent from, they had bikes available only from the next day, but my accommodation is outside of city so I will have to take buses or pay cancellation fee. It's just annoying.

Buenas, aporto esta calificación puesto que llamé y no me quedó muy claro el tema de alquilar las bicicletas (costo por día u hora), y también no entiendo porque no admitían el alquiler a repartidores ya que me presto a su servicio. Si fueran amables de contestarme estaría conforme muchas gracias

I rented a Honda sh300 here for 4 days, and extended with 2 more days. This scooter has enought power for discovering the whole island. No complication whit the paperwork and the payment in the beginning and neither in the end. Good value service for my money. A satisfied customer.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The bikes are also well maintained and found them the cheapest for the bike i was hiring in Gran Canaria!

Turned up looking for 3 mountain bikes and the nice guy sorted us right out and even said if we get lost or have any mechanical issues, to give him a call and he would come and rescue us. Going back again in a few weeks and I'm sure we will be renting the bikes from here again. Very reasonable prices as well.

Great service, I’ve rented a mountain bike, the owner is very nice and helpful, he helped me with an App and added a very nice trail mountain and city that I could follow with the GPS, price is reasonable the bike was in great condition.

Great experience, good customer service. We rented two bikes, the mountain bike could have been a bit better maintained but given the use it must have on daily basis I didn't complain to the owner.

Horrible experience with this rental service. I reserved two scooters two weeks in advance for 5 days and got a confirmation via mail. On the agreed starting day there was only one scooter in the shop, referring to the owner because the other was currently in the workshop. But he promised that the next day a second one will arrive for us. Wasn't a problem for us so we decided to wait. As we checked the next day in the morning not even one scooter was there for us. Again they promised there would be two till midday, so we waited but they weren't there when we went to the shop. Again they said we should wait till 2pm, but again there wasn't a scooter for us. So finally we went to another rental service (lencar) which we would recommend, there everything was easy and setup fast for us.
In total we wasted 1 and a half day of our holidays due to the missorganisation of this shop and the ongoing promise we will get what we want.

Encontré una buena moto, Honda 500, a un precio por debajo de la media de lo que había visto. El dueño fue muy amable y flexible. El alquiler fue rápido y sin sorpresas desagradables.
No sé cuándo podré volver a la isla, pero sin duda repetiré, tanto por la buena experiencia con el alquiler, como por lo complicado del tráfico y el aparcamiento en la ciudad.

Me encanta cada vez que vengo a las palmas me pilló la bicicleta y me recorro todo me encanta muy barato y muy buen atendimiento.

We got four city bikes for half a day. Everything went well and the people are kind, but they told us we should keep a constant eye on the bikes (even when locked!) because they were likely to get stolen and they weren't insured - and if they did get stolen we'd have to pay for them.
