Conned out of £700. The office staff are terrible. Owe us money and refused to give us it. Pretended several times to bank transfer and never did. The place was run down. Avoid - they will keep your deposit and scam you.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Rented an apartment for several months, paid all my rent, deposit etc. Refusing to return deposit, has been several months now. The apartment was dated, walls scraped, tap doesn't work, TV wouldn't work. Ants all over bedroom. Had to kill the ants daily. The staff in the office are a waste of time. I constantly have to chase the funds every single day! Every day they come up with an excuse not to return the funds they owe us over 700 euro! Very unfair. Extremely unprofessional. Do not waste your time. Avoid Avoid Avoid. My friends recently left the complex also and they agreed the place was a disgrace.

The only good thing is the location, everything else is horrific.

Experiencia para olvidar, teníamos reserva en este establecimiento para entrar el día 13 de marzo, un día antes de comenzar el estado de alarma y con toda la situación del COVID 19 en expansión, se trato de arreglar con el establecimiento una cancelación, incluso dimos la opción de que nos dieran un bono para poder volver mas adelante cuando el virus hubiera pasado, pero desde el primer momento y con una total irresponsabilidad por parte del establecimiento se nos invito a viajar a Canarias desde Madrid pues no se nos devolvería el dinero y allí no pasaba nada pues "el calor mataba al virus. " Meses después Residencial las viñas no da señales de vida, se habla con la empresa a través de la cual hicimos la reserva y se ponen en contacto ellos con residencial las viñas para finalmente decir que no, se amparan en la ley y solo devolverán el dinero a las reservas del día 14 en adelante. Desde luego cuando volvamos a Canarias que sera pronto pues es una región preciosa este hotel y otros que hayan actuado con igual irresponsabilidad no entraran en nuestros planes.

Remonty przy budynku, hałas, BRUD, niemiły właściciel, Zimna woda, lokalizacja przy ruchliwej ulicy I szpitalu - głośno przez całą dobę.
NOISE, mess, impolite owner. Renovation in the building, the noise at 7: 50 a.m, and during the night (The apartment is close to the busy street and hospital). The problems with hot water. Ruido, OBRAS, sucio, problemas con agua caliente

Location and host are great however the apartment had flaws needed fixing. Few risk factors as I had children with me.

Muy abandonado y muy viejo. Y la piscina 2semanas cerradas. Por que los cliente vacacional meten alos niños sin pañales ala piscina. Un cero patatero

Got conned into staying here. Renter was obviously sub letting a long term let. Place has a lot of high wire fences. Not a friendly feel to it. Obviously it's home to many but felt like complete strangers
