Stayed here for 1 week with a friend in an apartment with 2 bedrooms.
We had a rental car and there was for us a parking spot in the garage underneath the building. We got a door key to get in and out of it.
When we were inside the building the apartment letter J was not seen, only when we got outside and walking alongside the swimmingpool.
Kinda confusing.
Instructions how to get in the building and apartment are going by WhatsApp with the owner between 9am and 9pm.
The apartment had a terrace with table and 4 chairs. 2 of the chars were already broken.
Inside we find a livingroom/dining room with open kitchen.
The kitchen has an electric stove, electric oven, fridge and freezer, washing machine, little combi microwave, nescafé dolce gusto machine, a toaster and everything to cook.
In the livingroom a TV and there is WiFi, but connection with WiFi ends at the bedrooms.
Both bedrooms have there own bathroom and balcony.
The mattresses were kinda hard. When we arrived only 1 bedroom had mattress covers on them and we also had no duvet covers.
Next day we let the owner know and he delivered the covers the same day.
In the reservation was mentioned that there would be airconditioning in the apartment, but we had NONE.
In the bathroom upstairs there is a natural light tube, but when it rains water drips alongside it and there will be a wet spot on the floor.
Also the innerside of the bathroom door is letting go of the paint.
In the middle of the complex there is a swimming pool with some beds around it for everyone to use.
Nearby the appartement is a supermarket, some stores, ATM machine and done restaurants.
The beach Tejita is also nearby around 10 minutes walk.
