Restaurante Cantina Mexicana

Muy, muy mal servicio, estábamos sentados allí, el tipo tiró el menú en la mesa y enseguida estaba tirando con las sillas.

La comida es deliciosa, ¡recomiendo especialmente el vino tinto de la casa!:) El personal y el servicio son neutrales.

Los nachos y las fajitas de pollo son deliciosos, pero no recomiendo el burrito, no tiene nada más, solo toneladas de carne. Gran cerveza local. Parece que este restaurante y los dos siguientes de derecha e izquierda son operados por el mismo personal. No estoy seguro si alguna vez se intercambian. Si lo hacen, eso significa que tienes la oportunidad de tener una experiencia muy desagradable con 2 camareros no profesionales de Robinson a la izquierda.

Este restaurante y yo tenemos algo en común: no tenemos nada de mexicano. El burrito horrible, servicio más lento que una SEAT sin gasolina - mejor pasar por delante e ir al McDonalds al lado

Prueba de que no se puede esperar buena comida tan cerca de la playa. Hacía frío y no estaba bien condimentado.

I ordered a cheeseburger and the meat was pink and it looked like it wasn't cooked at all. The waitress was rude and just walked right past us when we wanted to order. There was no menu for the drinks so we couldn't even see the prices and an orange juice cost 5€. Do not go to this restaurant.

Comida mexicana promedio en Los Cristianos. Vista muy bonita a la playa y al agua. Las bebidas estaban bien.

Es triste gastar dinero aquí, así que puedes ocupar el siguiente lugar.
Tuve que pagar extra por la albahaca para mi ensalada caprese. También dijo que no se come la albahaca porque es sólo una guarnición.

Por cercanía a la playa y porque había poca gente decidimos comer aquí y realmente fue un acierto. La comida nos gustó y el servicio fue bastante rápido. Me sorprendió la ensalada en torta, muy buena! La única pega es que repetimos a los dos días y me vino un mosquito en ella que me hizo que no la disfrutase tanto… por lo demás bien, excepto el café con hielo, literalmente nos pusieron dos gotas de cafe.

Worst service experience ever! My boyfriend and me wanted to have a nice evening and eat some Mexican food. Then we found this good located restaurant, sat down and the blonde waitress came to us. She didn’t say hello, she was rude and didn’t answer our questions. The worst thing is that she brought the starter and the main course at once and put the fault on us, although we mentioned that we want the starter before the main course. I have never left a bad review and I was thinking even to not write this one, but our dinner experience and our evening was not really good. So we would recommend to just pick another restaurant in the near surrounding. Even McDonalds was better and much cheaper…

Worst service I have ever experienced.
Food was just OK. My partner nearly chocked on a piece of plastic he found in his food, waitress literally accused us of lying! Won't be revisiting.

Cualquier cosa llaman ya mexicano. Comida horrible, el servicio malo. No vayan, ahorrense la comida basura.

Hit and miss. The appretizers menu lists tacos at 4.95. I wasn't sure what we were going to get at this price, and it was two very large tacos with plenty of filling - worked well as a child's meal. On the other hand, an order of spare ribs consists of 3 dry-ish ribs (plus a baked potato and a salad). My partner was very happy with his vegetarian fajitas though. All food was served hot and tasted OK. We could not find soft drinks on the menu, ordered Fanta, and ended up being charged 4 euros for it - most places of this type would charge you 2.50 or less. Service on the slow side, and the waiter was very impatient with us when my partner hesitated over his drinks order.

The food was divine, but the waitress who served us was very frowning and ruined all the pleasure of our lunch. And when it came time to pay, we had to wait half an hour to pay.

El peor servicio de todo tenerife, ahorrense el mal trato, 10 minutos para recoger los platos de la mesa, la mesera de rumania con malisima actitud, cuando le preguntamos de donde era (curiosidad x su acento), nos respondio. "porque preguntas"comida mala, cervezas que no estaban a su temperatura adecuada.no lo recomiendo a nadie

Shocking customer service here. Sat down and waitress simply came over and said, what do you want. No hello, welcome, or can I get you a menu. I replied with, "a menu please". From there the service was no better and even when paying had to wait 10 minutes before my change was brought over. A "tip" learn customer service.

Great Mexican food and friendly helpful staff. Occasionally the service can be a touch slow but they always are happy to accommodate alternatives to the menu. The restaurant is never packed so you can always get a table. The starters and main courses are typical Mexican with the deserts being premade ice cream based fare. Overall a very good Mexican and we always come here on our yearly visit to Tenerife.

We visited this restaurant on New Year’s Day 2019. I could tell something was off as soon as we arrived as the waiter was very obviously intoxicated. However, we went with it as it was New Year’s Day and thought that maybe the new year spirit was carrying through. We ordered food and a bottle of fizz. When the waiter came with the wine and proceeded to pour it it became obvious that he should not have been working in the state that he was in. He overfilled the glass which went all over the table but carried on pouring so wine was going everywhere whilst laughing. My partner and I were in dis belief. My partner asked him to change the table cloth and bring a fresh bottle. I felt extremely uncomfortable and told my partner that I wanted to leave at which point the waiter overheard us and got very aggressive saying’you want to leave then leave’ over and over again. He stood over me as I sat in my chair and I actually felt very threatened. We left the restaurant. I have never experienced anything like it in my life and I was actually quite shaken by the whole experience which felt extremely disrespectful and intentionally intimidating. I’m all for people enjoying themselves but this was by far a completely unacceptable way for a restaurant to treat its customers.

Ok place with friendly staff & reasonable priced food. It took longer than avarage to get the food but I don't mind that. It's really close to the beach (literally 15 meters) and have both indoors and outdoors seating. I ordered nachos and what I got neither looked or tasted as expected. I got a plate with microwaved chicken & cheese that tasted nothing. I don't recommend this place, go to Robinson instead

Serveurs peu aimables, erreur lors des commandes en plus de plats décongelés et peu authentiques.

Horrible food, really horrible. Taco's are old, food eas cold, out of a microwave, served for the second time.
