Muy, muy buen servicio, buen ambiente, en el centro de la ciudad. ¡La comida fue excelente! Un piropo muy grande y un saludo para Gabi. Realmente nos impresionó, estuvo extremadamente comprometido y dejó una gran impresión. Grandes felicitaciones a todos los camareros, ¡nos sentimos muy cómodos!

Un lugar verdaderamente encantador y acogedor. Todos los camareros son súper amables y se aseguran de hacerte sentir bienvenido sin ser molesto. La comida también es estupenda, sabrosa y bien presentada. Vinimos aquí 3 veces durante nuestras vacaciones porque no pudimos tener suficiente. Muy recomendable

I don't know if the chef had a bad day but myself or my friends will not return. It looked posh, it was pretty expensive but the food was a total let down. The croquettes were average, the pork raw and tough as old boots and the fillet steak, which was supposed to be cooked medium rare was rare, almost bleu. Sent the first dish back, I have ate a quarter of the steak but I have paid for everything and not even an apology. The mojito, average at best! Appalling customer service not just here but in the Canary Islands in general! They will make you pay even for the poor quality food.

I can’t recommend them highly enough, it is such a good place for an evening dinner & cocktails testing.

First of all I’d like to say huge thanks to the chefs as they are an amazing, food as always served fresh! The combination’s of the food get in sequence as the 5 start restaurant.

Cocktails are I’d say always important with good meal you want to drink some nice margaritas or after the meal you want to relax yourself and enjoy the warm evening with cold cocktail. Bartender presented very well - made cocktails. They also using only premium alcohol to do the cocktails, other places uses one of the cheapest options. Prices are genuinely reasonable and compare to other bars quite inexpensive. (5€ per cocktail)

We were in Tenerife 9 days (6 of the evenings was spend on this bar / restaurant)

We always tried different food and drinks never been disappointed.

All the staff speaks perfect English, they are also very good and professionals on what they do.

Comida realmente deliciosa en este local con terraza agradable en pleno centro de Puerto d la Cruz. Varios camareros súper atentos que hablan varios idiomas y te explican cada plato y sus recomendaciones. Nosotros en los dos días que estuvimos pedimos: bruscetta, parrillada de pescado y mariscos, coulant, nachos y champiñones con almogrote. Todo súper bueno y a un precio razonable. Para repetir y para recomendar a los amigos

Grandiose Auswahl an Cocktails, super lecker auch das Essen. Wir hatten Ziegenkäse vom Grill und Rinderfilet mit Pommes frites. Sehr lecker

Great place to eat. Staff fluently speak several languages and are very friendly. Tried the local blood sausage which was excellent. Wife had a fish soup which while good, was a bit bland in her opinion. Sangria and a black mojito were very good. All food was well presented. The place was clean and the toilets reasonably good. Would definitely recommend a stop here if you are in the area.

Great place both families and friends meetings. Super tasty food with many interesting local dishes and great cocktails. Plus the stuff is super friendly.

El servicio muy bueno, pero la comida cara, escasa y de baja calidad. Nos pedimos una parrillada de marisco y pescado, que era todo congelado y nada sabroso por 20 euros, unas gambas al ajillo congeladas (8 piezas) también 10 euros.una timada. No recomendable.

Très belle surprise! Accueil chaleureux et personnel très agréable. On y mange vraiment très bien, c'est frais, c'est beau et c'est bon. Le petit plus.on y parle français, et le digestif nous est offert par le patron. On reviendra très vite.

Visit this place if you are in the area! For the price, this place is solid 5 stars. Its not a high end 5 star place, but higher middle class 5 stars. The staff is very good, helpful but not pushy. The food itself is very good. Seafood is exellent and beef also very nice. The staff clearly takes pride in the way they work and serve the customer, not in a stiff, but friendly and kind way. One of the best dining experiences I had in Puerto de la Cruz.

We only called for a drink but we found it a nice place friendly staff and reasonable prices will call in again

I don't know if the food was good my husbant got his soup and lasagna on the same time. After some time when he was finishing his main course my salt arrived think there was some soup an few shrimps in it. So I asked to take it bacause it was impossible to eat it. Furthermore I newer recieved my main course though I asked waiters when it will be raedy. Newer again

Very good service, the staff was super nice and very knowledgeable.
The meet paella was one of the best I've ever had, so we ate it twice on our one week stay.

The staff are great. The location pleasant. My boyfriend's meal was excellent. I had the pizza and it was not great. But when the staff asked, I told the truth. It was way too much cheese. They then gave me a discount. I thought that was really nice. Overall, I would come back but just not for pizza. Everyone else, from what I could see had amazing meals. I say give it a go!

El peor cocktail de mi vida, un daikiri que era un agua de limón concentrado de botella con azúcar que casi me mata de la acides à pesar de que al 2do trago decidí no tomar más
