Restaurante Tex-Mex La Hacienda

El servicio fue muy servicial. No nos decidimos por un plato tan rápido y los camareros nos preguntaron varias veces a intervalos cortos si lo habíamos decidido. Eso fue muy bueno porque no nos olvidaron. También tomamos un aperitivo que compartimos. Se repartieron dos pares de cubiertos a todos. La comida llegó muy rápido. Comí tacos, estaban suaves y el relleno tibio. Las especias estaban buenas.
En definitiva, una velada exitosa.

Un gran restaurante tex-mex con muchas opciones que incluyen opciones sin gluten, tacos, wraps, fajitas, etc.

El servicio fue excelente y el camarero que tomó nuestro pedido estaba muy bien informado sobre las opciones sin gluten para alguien de nuestro grupo.

Incluso nos dieron unas toallitas para manos que vienen en un paquete que se presiona e hidrata una toalla mojada para la cara y las manos.

Personal muy amable y atento con detalles de higiene que muestran buena formación y supervisión.
La comida sabrosa y bien servida, comimos tacos y fajitas. Los margaritas de limón buenísimos.
Ambiente muy agradable y con la música al volumen perfecto.

El trato inmejorable por parte de todos los camareros. A pesar de estar lleno siempre de turistas, es parada obligatoria si quieres comer comida mexicana de gran calidad.
Pedimos los nachos Sonora, las quesadillas majorera (brutales) y las fajitas de pollo y camarones. Las raciones eran abundantes.
Seguimos las recomendaciones de Alexis y fue todo un acierto, sobre todo con las cervezas (pacífica y rubia).

Visité hoy siendo de Manchester, la Hacienda tiene un significado especial para una generación de personas, pero lamentablemente esta Hacienda no estuvo a la altura, el lugar se veía bien, así que nos sentamos con nuestros hijos y esperamos a que nos sirvieran y esperamos, y esperamos, el personal de espera sabía que estábamos allí mientras servían comida en las mesas que nos rodeaban, pero no nos saludaron ni dijeron estar con ustedes en breve. Al final nos levantamos y salimos y encontramos otro lugar para comer.

Promedio a bueno Tex-Mex. Estaba muy ocupado, así que deben estar haciendo algo bien. Platos habituales esperados, sabrosos y buenas raciones.

Terrible bistec mal cocinado, sobre brocheta de pollo cocido, servicio extremadamente apresurado, muy decepcionante, no volveré.

Deliciosa comida de muy buena calidad y se nota es un gran chef! Excelente calidad precio tex-mex y el personal amabilisimo! Hay que probar el margarita president! Los tacos de langostino deliciosos
Eso si, la musica podrían actualizarla

Muy buen ambiente. No me gustaron mucho los tacos, pero las margaritas deliciosas y sobre todo el personal. Solo por el buen trato ya merece la pena volver

Great meal at La Hacienda! Service was good considering how busy it was. Starter was nachos and they were heaped up and definitely enough for 2. I had fajitas and there was too much for my very healthy appetite. My husband had a burrito and he said it was beautiful and very filling. Everyone was given a small glass of bubbly on entry and the atmosphere was good. A varied mix of clients from babies to oldies like us!

We've been coming here for over ten years and it's been the worst welcome we've experienced and the food took an age to be delivered to our table

Great tasting food and plenty of it at a very reasonable price. Staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Even gave us a free bottle of plonk to take home. Been at this resort three weeks and just discovered this place on our last night. We'll recommended.

Sitio genial! Gran trato y excelente calidad-precio en todos sus platos.
Fuimos especialmente a ese sitio desde playa blanca y mereció la pena.
El trato de Alexis fue de 10. Muy atento en todo momento y nos recomendó él todos los platos y bebidas. Gran detalle con el regalo de una botella de vino al final de la cena.
Muy recomendable, volveremos sin lugar a dudas.

Lo recomiendo ya que todo estaba buenísimo y muy buena atención por parte de los camareros. Los margaritas buenísimos.

Fuimos a cenar por la noche y no nos gustó. La carne de la fajita no estaba muy tierna. El picante parecía no picante y los cócteles dejaron mucho que desear. Calidad precio cara. No repetiremos. Los camareros atentos y agradables aunque la comida ni los cócteles y aún menos el precio exagerado de 56 euros dos personas con dos fajitas Hacienda una coronita una cerveza 00 limón y un mojito y un Margarita de fresas. Las dos fajitas solo 34 euros. A ver señores, hemos ido una vez y no repetiremos. Muy mal por vuestra parte que cobréis estos precios y no deis la calidad que toca.

La atención, de primera. La comida, más normal, rica pero sin ser algo excepcional. Casi que sería conveniente reservar dado que tiene muchísima afluencia.

El mejor restaurante de comida mexicana que he probado. Las nachos sonora y los tacos al pastor son una verdadera delicia.

Truely enjoyed my tacos pastor (see photo for last piece) and the boyfriend loved his pork belly with mango chutney. Highly recommend this place for its typical Mexican flavors!

Disappointed. I asked the waiter how big the food would be before ordering, but the actual size of the food that came out was about the half of the size he showed with his hands. I politely told the waiter that I have no intention to offend or disrespect, but was very disapointed that he exaggerated the size, then he started to reply aggressively.
For the price, the taste isn't that great, the size is not satisfying so I would not recommend going.

This was the best meal of our stay. 16 of us went for a 60th birthday and had a fab time staff and food was amazing

Meat pieces in the vegetarian fajitas! Menu clearly labelled with vegetarian options but evidence shows mixed meat/veg cooking behind the scenes.

Ordered three vegetarian meals and served chicken tapas "courtesy of the house" before the food arrived even though we explained our diet beforehand.

Wanted a nice meal to end our holiday but the experience was a let down from start to finish.

The manager tried his best to help but not the type of service expected at 12 euros a main course.

Haben Nachos, Burrito und Schweinerippchen gegessen. Sind nur zu empfehlen.

Disappointing. When there with a few lads, quite thrilled actually, waiters were rude and disrespectful, also didnt know what to recommend, took their time. The food served is not very much, you will still be hungry if youre a normal guy like me. Pretty expensive too, I'm used to way better mexican food so if you want to spend quite some money and still remain hungry and dissatisfied this is the place to go!

Had lunch and dinner here on our holiday. Ate the best steak I've had in years. Was beautifully cooked and lovely mushroom sauce too. Waiters are welcoming and playful with our two young boys. Didn't have to wait long for our food to be served and the restaurant was quiet full at the time. Great dinner enjoyed by all. Would 100% recommend.

Mala atención, la comida dejaba que desear, y parecía que quien manejaba la música vivia en otro siglo

One of our regular resteraunts when in lanzarote. Had the chicken fajitas. Over priced and the portion was way to big. Fries are awful (same in all of their chain resteraunts). Dessert was v nice and nice larger (Stella).

Average food. While it calls itself a Mexican restaurant the food hardly had any real mexican flavors. Prawn tempura salad lacked proper dressing. Only good thing was the spicy salsa sauce. Even guacamole on salsa lacked real taste. I would not recommend this restaurant unless you have no other option.

Really delicious starters but main courses I would rate as 3 stars as my pasta was overcooked. Good pizza. It was really nice when we got shashlik when we were waiting fot our order and then after we finished our food waitres brought small mexican drinks for free

We had the prawn burrito and the chicken burrito. They come with black beans and rice and cost €14.99 and €13.99. Both were plenty enough for lunch. Will be visiting again.

El peor restaurante mejicano (por llamarle de alguna manera) en el que he estado en mi vida. Una cochinita pibil que nada tiene que ver con la auténtica, ni la carne de cerdo está deshilachada ni el sabor se parece lo más mínimo, venía con unas tortillas de maíz completamente secas y duras. Unas enchiladas llenas de tomate frito de bote, que no picaban en absoluto y que no nos pudimos ni comer. En fin, 42 € tirados por el retrete.

Depends on the waiter as to how pleasant the service is. Some are great, some are disinterested.

It was not busy, but service very slow. Food a bit expensive end not of good quality. Not impressed.

No me gustó nada, el sitio es muy bonito, pero el tamal de cochinita pibil que probé estaba difícil de comer, no le parecía nada a la cochinita pibil auténtica, y el sabor era desagradable

Das Essen ist super, der Service ist gut doch wenig „liebevoll“.
Dezente Hintergrundmusik und eine offene Küche machen einen Besuch zu einem entspannten Abend.

Food very good, had the pork belly x2 and the hollywood chicken x1, but the service was very, very poor. Had to ask for the menu. We were on the verge of walking out. Upgraded to a 4 star. Gave this restaurant a second chance food was just as good and serve was much better. We could have easily been put off by the first visits service.
