¡Enormes porciones aquí! Comida para niños masiva también. Sabroso atún y el bistec era tan grande. Personal amigable

Probamos este restaurante esta noche mientras estábamos en Lanzarote. Nos habían recomendado probar el bistec. Teníamos bistecs T Bone del menú de especialidades y una pizza vegetariana de cuatro quesos.
El personal era atento y amable y la comida era absolutamente deliciosa. Los bistecs T Bone eran enormes y las verduras y papas fritas y la salsa de pimienta eran abundantes.
La pizza estaba cargada con cobertura y recién cocinada.
Un restaurante muy agradable que atiende a todas las edades. Muy limpio y muy eficiente.

Hier war es mal lecker, aber jetzt nur noch Tourifraß. Service hat sehr nachgelassen. Schade wo es immer unser Stammlokal war.

Pizza quite average (although looks nice on arrival to the table)
Cheese poor quality, lacks in taste and seasoning.
A totally no no! - pizza base not cooked though too parts are raw dough.
It’s just only just “ eatable” so sorry - only just a pass.

My husband had the steak, which he loved, and I had half roast chicken both amazing great value for money definitely going again.

Top quality, taste, value and above all service.
First time to visit but it definitely not be our last!

Brilliant sirloin steak and fries here all for €11.50! Cooked to your liking to perfection, also the lasagne was fantastic for €8.50, gets very busy but worth the wait.

Could not believe how great the food was here. Gorgeous steaks, lovely location and superb staff. Bit of a wait for food but that was okay, as you knew it was being prepared freshly. And the prices were so so reasonable, cannot fault our experience:) 10/10!

Ensaladas muy ricas. Calidad-precio genial. Camareros majísimos. Repetimos un par de días en la zona.

Ordered chicken curry, was served chicken stroganoff, then they tried to tell me it was chicken curry? A coke 4 euro, wait time very long.
Disappointed long time customer, won't be back.

Enjoyed it here. Our first meal out and the sirloin was top quality, not any fat and cooked to perfection. Recommended

We were a family group of ten we used this place three times in our two week stay. Although there was nothing we found particularly outstanding this was one of the best a bit more choice good service good food came pretty much together definitely worth a visit.

The best restaurants overall we've visited for our two weeks stay in Lanzarote. Food fabulous and very reasonable. Top drawer.

Dined here a few times good food.try the lamb delicious in gravey, they even had mint sauce

We have been to Puerto Del Carmen twice now. It is absolutely the best restaurant to eat out at. Fillet Steak is a.m. A.z. I.n. G!

Tried universo twice while on a weeks holiday and on both occasions both the meal and staff were outstanding. I'd highly recommend the Oklahoma chicken.

Great food! Had the Chilli con Carne. Also spicy meatballs in awesome sauce! Could eat here everyday.

Standard kind of food and a little dated. Whilst I would normally give this kind of place a 2 or 3 star review, what it lacks in splendor it makes up on service and price. The food is what it is, not spectacular but it is cheap and the service is great. I would go back.

Had one of there most expensive offerings. T-bone steak. Asking for it to be medium rare upon receiving it was well done and didn't look anything like a t-bone, and the smell was a bit rancid. Sending it back I received a rare one, tried my best to try some of this meat but couldn't. I did mention this concern of cut of beef given and taste, and he just took it off the bill. Wouldn't go back as dont trust it.

Avoid steak at this "steak house". The worst chateaubriand I've had.the fish was good

We ate here twice. A very extensive menu and food and service was excellent and at a good price. Would go back (in fact we did)!

Rubbish service. Food delivered at different times due to order being wrong. Never asked if we wanted drinks dessert etc. Lots of excuses. Would give it a miss.

Had English breakfast here, sufficient about covers it, not really any more I can add. Service was ok, food was ok. Just ok

Stayed on the island 4 times and this restaurant is by far the BEST.food excellent staff friendly n professional.heading to puerto del carmen in the near future. You really really nd to try it out.

Had lovely meal hear, roast leg of lamb, vegetables and mash. We come the other but they had sold of the so had, wait until to night it was absolutely gorgeous. Will recommend this place all. Very good friendly staff.

Good food but slow service. Waiters avoid eye contact. Took 20 minutes to get the change from our bill.

The restaurant itself was clean But when we ordered the food it took 25minutes to get to us And they were 4 simple dishes What topped it off was two of the dinners were cold in the middle Wouldn't be going back there

Everything here was standard, food, drinks and service. Nothing bad to say about the place nor do i have a point of excellence. 3 stars suits the place

Lo que mas cabe a destacar es la impecable atencion de los camareros y el dueño, precio muy bueno aun que la comida quizas podria estar mejor, pero buen restaurante si lo que quieres es no comer comida basura de los alrededores.

Food is lovely would highly recommend a visit. Staff are friendly and very helpful. My favourite restaurant

We've been eating in Universo for years, every time we come to Lanzarote. The food had always been excellent and the staff are super friendly. They love kids and treat them like royalty. I can't recommend them enough.

Good breakfast enjoyed the white pudding you don't get that in many places it was on the day of the Ironman challenge but they had steps on the TV and not coverage of Ironman?

It would have made sense to put Ironman on the TV on this particular day as everyone there was there for Ironman, other than that all good

Price in Menu is a joke! You almost dont feel that money get out from a wallet!
