Rhodos Palace

Mossaka estaba congelado y tuvieron que devolverlo recalentado, no tenía sabor y estaba descuidado, por lo que conseguí el pollo con salsa de champiñones, en lugar de eso, el pollo estaba seco y no podía comerlo.

La comida era excelente aquí, pero lo mejor fue el servicio, todo el personal fue encantador y atento. También aprecio que no intenten persuadirte para que comas allí cuando pasas, siempre me parece muy desagradable.

También podríamos darle 10 estrellas… ¡no pasan vacaciones sin estar aquí al menos una vez! ¡Una anfitriona encantadora con un personal fantástico!

Soy celíaco, así que necesito buscar opciones de GF. El camarero me dijo que ninguna de las salsas era adecuada, pero que quería el souvlaki de pollo de todos modos. Lo pedí con arroz, pero también podría tener una patata asada. Lo disfruté mucho, sin embargo, mi madre pidió giroscopios y esperaba giroscopios como los que tenemos en el Reino Unido: pollo, ensalada, papas fritas envueltas en un pan plano. Se lo sirvieron sin el pan, así que estaba un poco decepcionada.

Increíble! No me esperaba algo así. La moussaka está a otro nivel. El tzatziki, ni te cuento. La carne.

El mejor lugar para comer en Gran Canaria. Me encantó la comida. El restaurante tiene vistas al mar y hay un gran ambiente mientras comes. 10/10.

El lugar se ve bien con vista a la bahía. Pero esas son todas las noticias positivas que hay.

El plato de Rhodes que teníamos estaba seco, suave y todo sabía igual. La carne se cocinó durante tanto tiempo que las suelas de mis zapatos probablemente saben mejor y probablemente estén menos secas. Las papas fritas estaban empapadas, no crujientes y demasiado saladas.

La supuesta chuleta de cordero era un trozo de hueso y algo de grasa. Nada de carne.

Al principio, cuando llegó la comida, nos dijimos wow, eso es un poco de comida, pero al final eso fue quizás lo único positivo, ya que la comida no era buena en absoluto.

Indicamos que la comida estaba seca, sosa y que la chuleta de cordero tampoco se encontraba por ninguna parte. No dijeron nada al respecto, pero nos dieron un descuento en nuestra comida como, creo, una especie de compensación. Es obvio que no volveremos aquí nunca más.

Everything was OK in the beginning. They took our order, gave us drinks and starters. My hummus was the highlight of the meal, and tasted quite nice with bread. We got our main course an hour and forty minutes after we came, and an hour after the starters. They actually asked us 10 minutes before we got our main course if we wanted to see the dessert-map - so clearly a lack of control from the restaurants side. The main course, chicken souvlaki, was dry beyond any previous experience in my life. It felt like it was freezed for two years before getting overcooked by the staff. I could do much better my self, and 32 euros for the whole meal felt like a robbery. Most of our party didnt eat up. I tasted some of the other dishes from my friends, but most of the dishes was as overcooked as mine. Next time il just make the dish myself!

La comida espectacular, nosotros llevamos yendo cerca de 13 años, y siempre nos sorprenden como si fuera la primera vez. El trato de su dueña es magnífico y sus camareros son la amabilidad personificada. Si te gusta la auténtica comida griega este es tu sitio.

Waited 1.5 hours for main course. The waiter asked if we wanted to see the dessert menu before we got our food. Even he was surprised that we hadn’t received our food yet. Felt like they had forgotten us and only remembered once we asked if the food was coming soon.

Food was also terrible when it arrived. Very salty and dry even through everyone had ordered different dishes.

Mega leckeres Essen, und super freundlicher Service. Absolut zu empfehlen wenn man in der Gegend ist.

Beautiful restaurant with great views over the harbour and back up over the lights of Puerto Rico by night. The food was amazing with a great range of dishes, all perfectly cooked. The service was great and the prices were very reasonable.

We had a very disappointing experience. For an authentic Greek restaurant why would they run out of Greek potatoes early evening? It was busy, but the starters were literally dumped on the table with no explanation of what was what and one starter was completely missing. By the time it arrived the main meals arrived too. The manager was apologetic but it was too little too late.

Excellent food here tonight! 1st time but not the last! Service really good even though very busy.

We tried this resturant on our first night and agreed we'd come again on our last. The food was absolutely delicious! We even nipped in for our dessert mid week lol.

Ayer comimos en este restaurante griego que desconocíamos, fue pura casualidad que terminamos comiendo ahí, así más sorprendidas nos quedamos no haber dado antes con este lugar.

La comida super buena, el personal y la dueña - griega - muy amables, muy atentos, buen ambiente, buen vino, y precios adecuados.
Mi amiga que no conocía la comida griega, se quedó encantada, y yo también, echaba de menos una buena cocina griega.
Vamos, repetiremos seguro.

This is a lovely place. As a lone diner I was welcomed and given a table overlooking the harbour (after being ignored at the Italian just up the way). The waiters are friendly and attentive and the food is divine. Not expensive either. I had the baked feta and tuna salad, served with delicious home made pitta.
Next time I go I'm going to order a selection of starters and make sure I have room for dessert

The starter was great. Nice taste and mix of flavors. Main dish was gyros, bit to undercooked for my taste (red meat). Patatas where a bit to sloppy (not stif like normaly fries) and also tasted a bit short fried. The potatoe was Nice and tasted great. Overall friendly staff and avarage meal. Tho for me not worth the price.

Sentirsi in Grecia a parte che a casa.
Siamo stati davvero benissimo sia sotto l'aspetto gastronomico che sotto l'aspetto di ospitalità. Sia la proprietaria che il personale, in particolare Patrick, ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Speriamo di tornare e lo consigliamo al 100%.

Loved this place, we've been in previous years & it never fails to impress with it's gorgeous food & friendly service. We will definitely be back

Whilst over for a family holiday, we booked here for a meal on our last night. The food was brilliant and the service was fab too, a real family feel to it. The kids meals had a good choice, and generous size! I am coeliac but our host explained that there was quite a few things I could eat, albeit without the lovely sauces which I was a little disappointed about as it all looked delicious, and I felt the meals wouldn't be the same without the sauces/marinades. But all in all, it was a really nice find, we would definitely go back.

Nada más entrar la mujer nos acribilló a sentarnos ya que lo tenía vacío y nosotros mirando la carta y ella nada más intentando ponernos mesa, creo q no hace falta decir que a todo esto nos hablaba sin mascarilla y ninguno llevaba, así que decidimos que para que hicieran nuestra comida sin medidas de seguridad cambiar de sitio. La verdad es que fuimos recomendados pero no creo ni que nos sentemos

Es ist wirklich das beste Griechische Restaurant, indem ich jemals gegessen habe.

Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend.

Das Essen ist exzellent und man merkt, dass alles mit Liebe zubereitet wird.

Mezze was mainly fried and house wine was pretty rank. A few good flavours but not really comparable with fresh, vibrant meals in Greece. The staff were attentive and welcoming.

Gutes Restaurant mit freundlicher Bedienung. Ich hatte die Grillplatte mit reichlich Fleisch und meine Freundin einen griechischen Salat. Beide Gerichte sind zu empfehlen.

Most amazing food i have ever eat, staff are funny and friendly. Complementry drink before you leave, and amazing view of the bay while you eat, i couldnt recommend this place enough. It is top qaulity.

Excellent food and service absolutely authentic Greek food. Had lamb kleftiko and would definitely recommend to anyone.

The food was max.average. Not very good taste and quality. But the people were nice and courteous and therefore it was very pleasant.

If you want traditional Greek food, served by one of the greatest, non-pushy waiter, you should definitely consider this restaurant. Super friendly, good price and good food. The house wine was really simple but enjoyable, a bit accidity and some hints of fruity notes, paired well with a variety of the food we had. But again, the star of the show was the waiter. Go there!

Friendly family run place, lovely food although different from any Greek I've been before. A bit pricey compared to others in the area but the quality is very good.

Really nice greek restaurant with a great view on puerto Rico beach. The family who runs this place are such nice and welcoming people. A big plus is that they have homemade desserts.

We always visit Rhodos Palace at least twice during our stay in Gran Canaria each year. Never disappointed with food and always impeccable service. By far the best restaurant in Puerto Rico! See you next year xxx

Visited Rhodos Palace twice on are holiday to Gran Canaria. First impressions were the welcoming staff and perfect view of Puerto Rico de Gran Canaria beach. The menu is traditional greek, the food and staff were so good on are first visit we returned on are last night. If you enjoy Greek food I would highly recommend a visit.

Excellent home made food including puddings! Also amazing nice and helpful family that owns it.
