Bicicletas de grava de gran calidad, entregadas a nosotros, cumpliendo con nuestro cronograma. Alberto nos envió algunos viajes geniales desde nuestra puerta.

Alquilamos 6 bicicletas durante 3 días. Alberto fue muy servicial y amable. Las bicicletas eran de muy alta calidad y andaban muy bien. Lo recomendaría altamente.

Excelentes bicicletas, gente encantadora. Éramos un grupo de personas que alquilamos bicicletas de carretera; las entregaron en nuestra villa y las instalaron bien. Las bicicletas eran de buena calidad y estaban bien mantenidas (Basso carbon ultegra / force). Hice algunos descensos divertidos y el mío se sintió bien y estable.

Alberto fue increíblemente servicial: cuando tuvimos problemas con la bicicleta y el ciclista, hizo todo lo posible para solucionarlos. La próxima vez que vaya en bicicleta a Tenerife sin duda volveré a esta empresa.

Escogí un maillot de ciclismo fantástico en la tienda y estoy más que contento con él. Aunque llegamos poco antes de que cerrara la tienda, el dueño estuvo dispuesto a darnos consejos detallados e incluso me permitieron probarme la camiseta. En general muy servicial y amigable.

Mi esposo estaba encantado con su recorrido personalizado por Alberto, tan profesional y experimentado, lo sacó del hotel, lo preparó para una bicicleta y lo entretuvo subiendo y bajando la montaña durante aproximadamente 6 horas. Disfrutó cada minuto, excelente relación calidad-precio.

Tenía muy poco tiempo en Tenerife y subí al Teide. Gracias a la eficiencia de Ride Base Tenerife. Alberto me reservó una bici que recogí por la tarde.además de prestarme muy buena atención, darme consejos e flexibilidad máxima para entregarla.la bici de carretera que alquilé estupenda.aluminio pero muy rigida, me dejó bote y herramientas.y ni un ruido ni avería, talla 54, para mí perfecta y además.regulable en altura sin herramientas.mejor, cambios mecánicos y regulados perfectamente, ni un fallo.frenos perfectos (pastillas nuevas). 40 km bajando el Teide lloviendo y ni un fallo de frenada.y para mí sensación de seguridad 100 %. Todo lo que puedo decir que lo recomiendo 100% y sin duda vuelvo a alquilar bici cuando valla otra vez al Puerto de la Cruz.que viendo los cuestones y zonas increibles que hay en Tenerife.volveré! Todo un paraiso para el ciclismo.

Although I have not used the service of Ride Base Tenerife, I have to admit that Alberto is a great person. His passion for cycling is evident. I had a serious bike crash; Alberto stopped when he was driving his van around, helped me, and stored my bike (all the parts) in the shop until I left the hospital after surgery.
I am looking forward to returning to Tenerife and using Alberto's service.

RIDE BASE provided us the e-mountain bikes for our individual two weeks island trip to the islands of Tenerife and La Palma. Alberto, Rob and all of the team knew exactly what we reqired sich a trip: 2 fully floated e-mountain bikes by the italian brand FANTIC that are in good condition with new tyres and brake pads and spare parts along with the battery chargers. They mounted also our prooven saddles we brought from home! The bikes did not let us down throughout the whole trip that also included some rougher single trail downhill descents. The batteries where in good condition so we could easily climb 1400 meters up the slopes of the islands. On the last day Alberto was kind to meet us near the Tenerife south airport and pick up the bikes and drive us to the airport. Thank you all for the perfect service)

We arrived at Tenerife with our not-well repared bike. Luckily we could rent a very good bike at the Ride Base without reservation for 5 days. Good brakes, good gears, chain with wax, friendly staff. Thanks to them my husband could have the planned rides on the beautiful island. Thank you guys!

We had some nice tours with our guide Jesper. The tracks are great. Jesper gave us some helpful hints and insights also about the life on the Island.

The bikes have a good quality and are maintained.

As a single individual holidaying with my non-cycling wife, I was pleased to enjoy two separate days of road riding with this outfit. Good communication in getting it to happen with someone else to join in. Knowledgeable guide giving clear direction, warning when road conditions might be hazardous, and encouraging me. Good quality carbon Basso cycle with discs.

Very cool and friendly staff! Had an awesome day with good equipment.

I had an amazing 2 days of riding with Ride Base Tenerife. It was really the highlight of my time in Tenerife. Rob, my guide knew the trails like the back of his hand and took us on some incredible singletrack; some of the best riding i have ever done. And what an amazing landscape! I was very impressed with Ride Base Tenerife, their professionalism, the great quality bikes they rent out and the value for money. I'll definitely be back!

Me and my wife went on a tour with Ride Base Tenerife. This was a great experience, Alberto our guide was fantastic and very friendly. He had a wealth of information's about the vegetation and the nature in Tenerife, it was very interesting and enjoyable trip. Bikes were in good condition.
We will definitely go again.

Alberto was very helpful, had our bikes set up and ready. We needed a different size and he sorted it out in a few minutes. He then guided our tour like an expert, pushing the more experienced riders and being very patient with my girlfriend who was trying mountain bikes for the first time. The bikes were all top spec and meticulously cared for. Highly recommended.

Our family did the Enduro trip with Ride Base while visiting Puerto del la Cruz this past week. It was one of the highlights of our whole vacation and I would fully recommend this adventure to any mountain biker. Our guide Rob was super rad, the bikes we rented were fully capable and the trails down all the different layers of the island were definitely unforgettable. 10/10

We rented two fullsuspesion MTB for one day. For 35 EUR each MTB. We got nice recommendations where to go and how to get to El Teide. We took the public Bus to El Teide and rode down through the stunning Landscape. You have to experience it!

I had rented a road bike for an independent tour, I received a suitable tour by email from Alberto as a GPX
file, which I could load onto my bike computer. I was able to try out the bike the evening before.

Another day I had a guided mountain bike tour in a small group. Here, too, I was able to test the bike beforehand and it was adjusted to my needs, e.g. The brakes were adjusted. The tour was with Rob as a guide and we four participants had a lot of fun! The tour started at about 1500m altitude and we rode up to about 2300m. From there it was downhill)

Thanks to the whole team, I hope to be back in Tenerife soon to do more tours with you!

Alberto hat einen richtig tollen Laden!

Ich hatte ein Rennrad für eine eigenständige Tour geliehen, eine passende Tour bekam ich per email von Alberto als GPX
Datei, die ich auf meinen Radcomputer laden konnte. Das Rad konnte ich am Vorabend ausprobieren.

Einen anderen Tag hatte ich eine geführte Mountainbike-Tour in kleiner Gruppe. Auch hier konnte ich das Rad vorher testen und es wurde noch etwas für meine Bedürfnisse angepasst, zB die Bremsen eingestellt. Die Tour war mit Rob als Guide und wir vier Teilnehmer hatten richtig viel Spaß! Die Tour ging ca.ab ca. 1500m Höhe los und wir fuhren hoch auf ca. 2300m. Ab da ging es bergab)

Danke an das gesamte Team, ich hoffe ich bin bald wieder auf Teneriffa um weitere Touren mit euch zu fahren!

Un gran acierto haber elegido Ride Base Tenerife para nuestra ruta por la Isla. Cinco de nuestro grupo alquilaron bicicletas de carretera para subir al Teide y no tuvieron ningún problema con ellas.
Otros cinco hicimos una ruta guiada por un sendero que atravesaba una zona boscosa cercana a la base del Teide (a unos 2300 metros de altitud), por zonas de vegetación baja y finalmente por zona de tierra volcánica.
En la zona de vegetación baja había retama y violetas del Teide en flor lo cual le daban un colorido alucinante a esta parte de la ruta.
Las cinco bicicletas que nos dejaron para el tour (tres eléctricas y dos de doble suspensión) estaban en buen estado y no tuvimos ninguna incidencia.
Y finalmente nuestro guía, Alberto, nos hizo un gran reportaje fotográfico, nos acompañó en todo momento y tuvo una paciencia infinita con nuestro grupo.
Magnífica experiencia que espero poder repetir en un futuro próximo.

Chose this company because of the email correspondence before we left home. Answered all our quesrltion quickly and accurately. On arrive they were very friendly. We chose the half day ride warning wifey was slow up hill. Alberto was our guide and did a great job looking after her. At the same time giving us information about the island. He was very cautious about safety information about the downhills, you could feel his panic when he realised we're both descenders.
The bikes were capable of any assents/decents thrown at them.
Day 2 I went up the volcano without wifey. I used a lower spec bike than day 1, it was a little heavier but I actually found it really comfortable.

Would I use them again.you bet I would, very enthusiastic. Pretty sure they can cater for several languages between them.

Wow! If you’re into mountain biking, this is not to be missed. The best day on a bike I ever had period. There’s quite a few options when it comes to trails, but if you take the harder ones, expect things to get rough and steep. The guys run an amazing business and I can only recommend them! The trail from near Teide all the way to the beach is EPIC! Over 2000m of pure gold. The whole team is also super friendly and accommodating.

I was originally just going to hire the bike from Ride Base and tackle the Teide climb on my own. However I'm really glad I opted to choose the guided option!
Jesper was professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. Which took all the guess work out of pacing the ride, and made it far more enjoyable.
The bike itself was perfectly set up, and the guys were more than happy to swap over my saddle.
I look forward to going back to Tenerife to tackle Masca and some of the MTB trails, and I'll definitely use Ride Base again!

My husband and I have rented bikes 4 times with Ride Base Tenerife, he has had a very good and well-maintained road bike, while I took a very convenient and also well-maintained e-moutain bike. First day on our own, with kind explanations and advices in advance by the team. Then the 3 other days guided by Jesper, who took us to beautiful areas, adapted completely the rides to our expectations, and was very smiling, kind and caring! We scored over 330km and 8450m D+ (!) in so beautiful areas and lanscapes, thanks to Jesper, it almost fell like nothing ;)

The whole team has been very kind and friendly to us, thank you all! We will certainly come back and see you again!

I had specific needs, and RideBaseTenerife were extremely accomodating. Its probably the best customer service I’ve received, ever! They really went ‘the extra mile’ to make sure I had a bike that fit me and was suitable for my planned terrain. Thanks again to Jesper and Alberto.

I did a brilliant mountain biking tour with Ride Base this week, and it was just amazing. Great route, great guides, looked out for everyone, really helpful in terms of gear for the tour etc. Would 100% recommend these guys - a wonderful way to explore this lovely part of the island.

Had a great day up on the caldera at 2300m with 2 e-bikes from Ride Base. The guys were very helpful in showing us the trail down to the coast at Puerto de la Cruz. Bikes were almost brand new 700 watt Italian full suspension models. Thanks again guys and see you next year.
