Hemos utilizado Rocauto Tenerife y nunca antes habíamos experimentado un mejor servicio.
El coche fue entregado en nuestro apartamento a tiempo y recogido en nuestro apartamento a tiempo.
Una hora después de la recogida volvieron a nuestro apartamento para entregarnos una foto que habíamos dejado en el coche!
El educado conductor rechazó cualquier propina.
Toda cortesía y buen servicio en todo momento, sin cargos extras de ningún tipo.
Calidad superior.

Servicio muy sencillo. El coche fue entregado en el hotel y al devolverlo sólo hubo que entregar la llave en recepción. Precio/rendimiento absolutamente bueno. El coche estaba en buenas condiciones y técnicamente perfecto.

Buen servicio de alquiler de coches. Económico y sin franquicia (10 días 305€ un Panda con aire acondicionado)

¡Fantástica empresa de alquiler de coches! El auto se entregó a tiempo y el chico fue amable y profesional y me dijo lo que necesitaba saber. Estaba limpio y proporcionaron un asiento para el automóvil (según lo solicitado). ¡Definitivamente lo recomendaría!

Am fost foarte multumiți de masina și de doamna ce ne-a oferit-o spre închiriere. Recomand! Am avut un KIA RIO, o masina curată, aproape noua la un preț bun in comparație cu celelalte oferte de pe piața.

Having visited Tenerife for leasure, we decided to rent a car for one day to check out the rest of the island. We contacted Rocauto and were helped very fast over whatsapp and phone call. The pickup and return went very smooth, the car we received was a nice Kia vehicle with A/C, and barely any km on it. It was so nice to drive a fresh new car, it definitely made our visit to Tenerife more enjoyable. Thank you!

Pros: the car was delivered on time and it was clean. Not much paper work- 5 minutes and that was all.
Cons: the car was a piece of junk. It had 12 years old tires on that was falling apart. Really risky to drive. The car vibrated att all speeds.
The suspension was gone. Noisy and far away from safe. Driving it on a uneven road gave you a unforgotten experience. Car handling in the curves was really bad. Why I did't refuse to take the car? It's a good question. The delivery guy walked away and when I noticed the car was a peace of junk I had two options: ring the company, give the car back and try to get another one. But my holliday on the island was short and I didn't wan't to lose another day finding a new car. I'm a really experienced driver and I took a chance.
The pricing was not attractive, it matched all other companies.
A hint to you all- when you get your car delivered, take a short ride with the guy who delivered the car to check if all is OK and don't forget to check the tires!
It is very pitty that they don't care about safety of their coustomers.

They promissed us a nissan, but we got an opel. The car did not sound good & was not in a perfect condition.

Una empresa muy seria y responsable. Los coches son muy cuidados. Le recomendamos sin duda. Gracias a jefe, y su empleado.

Muy buena experiencia, el coche el último modelo de hyundai automático, el chico Tony super amable, profesional nos explicó todo muy claro como evitar malas experiencias en el tráfico, precio excepcional! Volveremos sin duda!

The car was delivered to our hotel on time, but they gave us a really old and bad car. We are very dissapointed.

Bon accueil mais on nous avait promis une voiture récente et impeccable, or lors de la réception celle-ci avait été accidentée au niveau d'une portière avant que l'on ne pouvait ouvrir qu'à moitié. Ceci est inacceptable. Devant mon refus il m'a été proposé un autre véhicule de catégorie supérieure mais heureusement sans supplément

Empresa de alquiler de coches muy eficientes y profesionales.me entregaron un vehículo muy bueno y puntual en la puerta de mi hotel.repartiré este rent a car. RECOMENDADO 100%.
