1 star only as you can't save without giving at least a star.
We hired a double mobility scooter, was ok for 10 minutes then the trouble started it had no power even though fully charged so we took it back and they gave us another one which was also ok for 10 minutes then the power was getting worse and worse and we got to the stage where people were walking faster than us and any incline we had to get off and push it, we ended up pushing it back from adeje. We had no apology or offer of a new one or refund. This was a waste of a day and I'm very disappointed in the service.
