Scootydoo Tenerife - Mobility Scooter

Me gustaría aprovechar esta oportunidad para agradecer enormemente a Scootydoo Mobility Scooter por su servicio de 5 estrellas durante mis vacaciones en Tenerife. Hice los arreglos para que me dejaran un scooter. Me sorprendió mucho ver un nuevo y encantador scooter al pagar. Para el scooter, me dieron todas las instrucciones y datos de contacto. Si alguna vez hubo un problema, nunca tuve un problema, pero conduciendo vi algunos scooters de otras compañías en el camino con las camionetas de la compañía al lado. En el momento de devolverles el Scooter Decidí quedarme con el scooter por unos días más, eso no fue ningún problema. Me dieron una tarifa diaria con la que estaba muy contento. No me preocuparía volver a contactar a Scootydoo. No tendría ningún problema en verificar mi declaración gracias de nuevo.

Scootydo delivered scooter to our hotel and showed me controls etc, but it wasn't till they had gone that I realised how tatty the scooter was. The lights were smashed and stuck together with sticky tape. The speedometer cover was smashed too. I discovered why as I used the machine. Despite being able bodied I found the control difficult to use. It went from static to jerking forward or backwards unless I was very careful. Anybody disabled would have struggled. Even I crashed into a wall and another scooter once. Also as it had one motor bike type wheel at the front it had a tendency to swerve off to the side if there were any bumps on the pavement. All the other scooters we saw looked much more stable with their two wheels at the front. They offered another scooter, but I had kind of got used to it by then and manoeuvred it into parking spaces with the electricity switched off. It did let us get about but I was glad to give it back at the end of the week. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Alquilamos 2 scooters dobles por el día. Muy divertido. La próxima vez que esté en Adeje contrataré por una semana. Genial para hacer turismo.
Recogimos de la tienda y regresamos. Fácil de organizar y el dueño del negocio fue amable.

We rented a scooter for my mum from this company. We got fabulous service scooter arrived when requested and when we got a puncture we contacted them and within an hour we got a new scooter delivered at no extra cost.
Staff all very helpful and friendly would definitely recommend

I booked a scooter a few months in advance. Had great communication from the company, who got back within minutes via WhatsApp.

They delivered the mobility scooter to our hotel on time as requested, and picked it up on the day of departure. Great service if you have mobility problems you can't really go and collect it yourself like some other companies make you do.

The battery lasted ages, we went a good 6 or 7 miles one day and the battery was still nearly fully charged when we got back to the hotel.

We changed the reservation to pick Up the scooter earlier, he confirmed by email, then he brought It almost 1h later and did not even apologize or give an explanation at least. When we told him about it, he started to act rude with us. Very non-professional not service-minded. I do not recommend this company.

Reservé una scooter con unos meses de antelación. Tuve una excelente comunicación por parte de la empresa, que respondió en cuestión de minutos a través de WhatsApp.

Entregaron el scooter de movilidad a nuestro hotel a tiempo según lo solicitado y lo recogieron el día de salida. Gran servicio si tienes problemas de movilidad, no puedes ir a recogerlo tú mismo como te obligan otras empresas.

La batería duró muchísimo, recorrimos unas buenas 6 o 7 millas un día y la batería todavía estaba casi completamente cargada cuando regresamos al hotel.

Alquilamos una scooter para mi madre en esta empresa. Recibimos un servicio fabuloso. El scooter llegó cuando lo solicitamos y cuando sufrimos un pinchazo nos comunicamos con ellos y en una hora recibimos un scooter nuevo sin costo adicional.
Todo el personal es muy servicial y amable, definitivamente lo recomendaría.

Hired from this place to make the holiday a little easier for some of our party. Day 1 we went out in the rain on the way down the hill towards the town the scooters kept cutting out meaning it was stop start the whole way, well I say the whole way we got to a cafe and had to stop. Called the company after them saying if there are any problems to contact them. They became argumentative and asked what we wanted them to do about it. We said we would like them to pick up the scooters and refund us the money we had paid. We was then met with hostility and told that they are not obliged to refund us any money. Eventually we received a partial refund and charged drop off and collection fee for both scooters which was not mentioned at any point of contact. Stay well away from these cowboys and fraudsters. We are not happy to say the least.

A week before my holiday My prothsetic leg was having issues. I had hoped it would sort it self out before the holiday unfortunatly that wasn't the case and a day before I left I made a order for a scooter.

Scoobydoo were very accomidating and got me the scooter for when I arrived at the hotel and allowed me to choose the pickup time and location. They explained everything about the scooter and how to operate it. Even had knowledge on where in the hotel to charge it.

The scooter was great for getting around the city. The battery pretty much never went down. I had to keep up with my family and friends so didn't push it with the speed but it kept good pace with everyone and could out run them easily if i fell behind.

The chair was comfy and the basket helped with carrying things. You do have to mind where you park the scooter just because the seat gets hot in direct sunlight. Other than that a big thank you to scootydoo for helping me salvage my holiday: D

Spot on and fair price, well communicated texts and accurate meeting times for drop off and pick up right at hotel reception, Alex was perfect and efficient and whenever in Tenerife will be using this company again my mam was so happy and the quality if the scooters and battery life etc was perfect!

We rented a scooter for 1 week. One month in advance I contacted Scooty-Doo via WhatsApp, I explained what I needed and when. All went fluently. The scooter arrived spot on the time we agreed on. It was an excellent scooter. They picked it up and returned the deposit amount without any problem.
I strongly advice Scooty-Doo. Well done!

I injured my knee and i was really lucky that scootydoo offered me a scooter for a whole month for a very fair price.salvatore is a very friendly guy, explaining me everything of the scoooter. I got a brand new scooter, with good brakes, which was important for me! If you want a mobilty scooter - you have to check out scootydoo!:)
