Voy a explicar porque puse una mala valoración. El hotel es una fachada muy bonito por fuera pero por dentro deja mucho que desear! Las cocinas están en un estado lamentable, si las he visto menudo ambiente para cocinar. Las mujeres de limpieza tienen un mal carácter que vamooos (creo que las puedo entender por las duras condiciones de trabajo que ellas tienen que aguantar) he estado trabajando como camarero de piso y se muy bien las exigencias que los jefes imponen pero te dan muy pocas herramientas y casi todas en un estado lamentable! Dicho eso que creo ese hotel necesita un repaso a fondo de limpieza profunda, una mejor gestión, y una mejor organización! Hay que decir las cosas como son!

Lugar paradisíaco para unas vacaciones de ensueño, totalmente recomendable tanto instalaciones como el personal al servicio. Inmejorable experiencia en este hotel, repetiremos sin duda.

Los camareros, los socorristas…estupendos. La directora del hotel deja mucho que desear con su preferencia hacia clientes determinados. En la piscina una señora vino amenazándonos por usar unas tumbonas en concreto. Habló con la directora del hotel y nos reubicaron. Cuando tratamos de hablar con la directora nos dijo que esa señora reserva estancias de 6 meses desde hace 40 años y tiene cierta preferencia sobre los demás. Si vienes a este hotel tienes que tener presente que la dirección no considera a sus clientes del mismo modo y hay diferencias aunque paguemos lo mismo

Wir sind das 4 x hier immer gut gewesen bei freier Zimmer Wahl. Aber diesmal muß man bezahlen pro Person 6 Euro wenn man ein Zimmer in Innen Raum mit Blick sie Pool haben möchte, nicht nachvollziehbar. Sonst freundliches Personal und Zimmer immer sauber

Mehr als 5 Sterne Wert überzeugt euch selber Essen mehr wie 5 Sterne Service Standort Ambiente genauso einfach wunderschön alles.

Visited for a week at the end of September. This hotel is under German management and the clientele are also predominantly German. Staff are mainly Spanish. The service is 5 star and by that I mean old school, genuine 5 star service. The hotel is situated in a relatively commercial part of Maspalomas with mid to high end shops within walking distance.
The hotel itself has a 1970s theme, which for those of a certain age is fab. Relaxed and understated vibe.
What I believe makes this hotel special is the staff and management of the hotel. Although the rooms are not state of the art, they are clean and comfortable. The food is 5 star, dinner varies between Al a carte and BBQ evenings, with prime cuts of all meat and fish available with a accompanying salads, veg etc.
Most residents are older (50 plus) and although it is a family hotel, may not have enough to keep teenage kids satisfied.
Some areas have mobile phone free areas (by the pools) and staff do not tolerate people shouting into their phones.

If you want a quiet holiday away from your fellow Brits (see paragraph above re phones) then this is a great option.

Excellent hôtel.très bien situé. Service extra, souriant, Buffet de petit déjeuner bien garni.dîner buffet/repas servi à table une fois sur deux: excellents.juste… envie d’y retourner malgré une salle de bain un peu petite.

Trato exquisito y sitio tranquilo para descansar. Muy cerca de la playa. Comida estupenda y todo muy cuidado. Confortable y limpio. Y posibilidad de recibir clases de tenis con muy buenos profesores! Recomiendo el hotel️

Excelente hotel, servicios 5* a destacar socorristas y personal recepcion (srta Karina). Comida muy buena, instalaciones geniales. Negativo la moqueta en las habitaciones y el baño muy pequeño en la standar. Volveré seguro

Tolle Lage. Wunderschöne Einrichtung der zimmer, jedoch auch on den allgemeinen Bereichen. Eine Direktion. Die immer präsent ist. Freundliche MitarbeiterInnen. Insgesamt Sensationell

Direkt am Strand. Toller Service und phänomenales Essen (Frühstück, Buffet und Menü). Gute Anbindung da der Busbahnhof um die Ecke ist.
Zimmer, Pool und alles andere ist auch top. Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Good music amazing food very tropical with nice pools. The salt shakers and the pepper shakers were a bit dodgy and the sofers in the lobby were uncomfortable. Also your not allowed inflatables in big pool which is annoying but it is really good overall so you should come here.

Me aloje recientemente en el hotel, y sinceramente en la habitación vi varios desperfectos que no deberían ser propios de un hotel cinco estrellas. Lo primero que note nada más entrar a la habitación fue la puerta, se veía que estaba dañada, como si la hubieran forzado para entrar. En el baño habían restos de pintura en la pared alrededor de la puerta, y manchas de humedad en el techo y esquinas, y ya lo peor fue la papelera de la habitación, teníamos la papelera llena así que decidí sacar la bolsa, y al sacar la bolsa el interior de la papelera estaba sucio con restos de basura, entre ellos una chapa de una botella de agua! Como es posible que vean una chapa al cambiar la bolsa y la dejen debajo. Sinceramente no me quejo del hotel ni la experiencia, pero sí que no son dignas de 5 estrellas

I stayed at this lovely hotel 4 nights in june-22 and loved every minute of it. I will in particular praise the staff who without exception were superb. I found out that the management were mostly women, maybe that has something to do with it Our room had a beautiful view towards the garden and pool area. If you are sensitive to noise, you might want to book a room with views towards the dunes/sea. There are several different room categories so make sure you choose the one perfect for you (AND the design….) We had half board and the kitchen is great. All in all this was like going back in time, a real nostalgia trip. 10 out of 10. We will be back!

Llegue aquí porque el hotel que había reservado con 3 mese de antelación y mucha ilusión nos hicieron overbookin.
Y te mandan a un hotel muy diferente al que has elegido.

Solo puedo decir después del disgusto inicial gracias.
Todo fantástico, personal, instalaciones, servicio.

Si vuelvo a la isla no dudaré en volver a este hotel directamente.

This is the fourth time we have stayed in the hotel and we will certainly be coming back because everything is absolutely lovely and perfect! Firstly and most importantly, the staff is extremely friendly and always goes the extra mile. Secondly, the food is absolutely amazing. Thirdly, the rooms are very clean and offer a great view on the perfectly kept garden. Different members of the staff speak fluent English, French, German, Dutch, Spanish and maybe even more languages. 4 stays, 4 perfect holidays! Muchissimas gracias!

Es sencillamente espectacular. Decoración clásica y elegante, desayuno 1000% recomendable, servicio de hamacas maravilloso y muy cómodo. A destacar el trato de Alekcey en desayunos que siempre te atiende con una sonrisa, y Gregorio en el Bar que es muy servicial y agradable. Volvemos pronto

Lovely looking hotel, great position near the beach. BUT. My wife was ill after eating in the hotel pool bar, we believe it was the chicken. The Manager was dismissive and suggested my wife may have COVID and gave me a test which was negative. They would not accept responsibility when we had only eaten at the hotel that day. At breakfast hygiene is an issue as birds fly over and eat the open food for the buffet breakfast and the staff do not seem to care. The pool area is lovely.
The maid who services the room in a pain and let's herself in when we are in the room getting ready to go out.
I would not stay at this hotel again.
