Profesores muy buenos y amables que realmente saben de lo que hablan. El alquiler de tablas de surf era asequible y el material era de buena calidad. También alquilé una tabla y podía cambiarla día a día para probar diferentes tamaños.

Una experiencia increíble y un instructor increíble. Si quieres comenzar tu aventura a través de las olas oceánicas de Tenerife, debes seguir a Ciro, fue amable, preciso y amigable. Lo mejor en el sector.

El personal es profesional y muy paciente ya que mis padres no hablan inglés ni español.

Evite esta empresa si desea realizar el viaje en kayak. Al principio, nuestro guía parecía bastante amigable, pero luego comenzó a hablar mal de otros clientes que se le acercaban. Esta debería haber sido la primera señal de alerta. Éramos mi esposo y yo junto con otras 2 parejas que no conocíamos. Una vez que nos pusimos en marcha, después de unos 10 minutos, se detuvo y dijo que si alguien quiere regresar, puede hacerlo. No fue fácil pero nos sentíamos bien así que decidimos seguir adelante. Esta era la primera vez que hacíamos kayak, así que, naturalmente, íbamos bastante lentos, lo que pareció enojar a nuestro guía. En pocas palabras, el guía reprendió a mi esposo todo el tiempo, lo llamó "pollo", dijo que estábamos arruinando todo el viaje para todos y nos dijo que nunca deberíamos haber hecho este viaje. Nos dijo que es amable, pero que si te enojas con él, mostrará su lado malo. Es algo tranquilizador escuchar cuando estás en aguas profundas lejos de la costa. Parecía absolutamente desconcertado de que una pareja que nunca antes había navegado en kayak fuera lenta en el kayak.
Cuando llegamos al área de snorkel nos quedamos en el kayak ya que no nos sentíamos cómodos para entrar, mientras tanto, el guía estaba hablando por teléfono con su jefe hablando mal de nosotros en español justo frente a nosotros pensando que no podíamos.entenderlo.
Una vez que regresamos a la orilla, continuó hablándome mal de mi esposo como si yo estuviera feliz por esto. Extraño y poco profesional.

Luego regresamos al stand donde compramos la excursión para contarle nuestra experiencia a la vendedora, sin esperar nada. Ella pareció totalmente sorprendida por esto y llamó al jefe, quien le dijo que nos diera un reembolso del 50% y confirmó que el guía llamó al jefe en medio del viaje para quejarse de nosotros.

Las capturas de pantalla muestran los mensajes que recibimos después de la experiencia del guía. La “actitud” de mi esposo era pedirle más descansos al guía cuando se sentía enfermo.

¡Fuimos a la escuela de shakasurf por primera vez guiados por las excelentes críticas! ¡Las expectativas se cumplieron plenamente! Aunque era nuestra primera vez en la tabla de surf, ¡Ciro y Gabriele resultaron ser instructores impecables y muy competentes y profesionales! ¡Nos hicieron sentir como en casa! Experiencia súper recomendada, para repetir!

Quería agradecer al equipo de Shana por su profesionalidad y a nuestro instructor de surf italiano, que habla perfectamente francés y nos inició en el surf.

Excelente escuela para aprender a surfear, excelentes y amables instructores, especialmente Kaja con una buena explicación de cómo hacer todo. Me lo pasé genial y me divertí mucho. También se incluyen fotografías profesionales por el precio asequible de una lección básica, fue perfecta y nos vemos la próxima vez

Hicimos kayak + snorkeling. Fue genial! Tuvimos la suerte de ver tortugas, delfines y hasta rayas! El guía nos contaba muchas curiosidades de la fauna del lugar, sabe muchísimo!

Shaka Surf School Tenerife es un gran lugar para comenzar tu viaje de surf. Los profesores son amigables y amables, pero aún así profesionales. He trabajado principalmente con Kaja, ella es una instructora increíble, te da consejos adicionales y te ayuda a alcanzar tus objetivos de surf. Definitivamente regresaré para mejorar mis conocimientos.

Super experience at Shaka Surf! Ciro explained to us the theory for the first 20 mins then we move to the beach with Marco who helped us to catch the waves giving some useful suggestions! Ciro and Marco both super friendly and nice! I strongly suggest this school ‍️

What a good experience. They were recommended to me so I had no idea what to expect. Ciro was a fantastic instructor. I have had 4 lessons before in different places but still struggled to stand. Ciro quickly identified the problem and helped and encouraged me so much in the water - with the 3 others in our group. So friendly, so kind, so patient. The hardest thing is getting to and from the water over the rocks carrying a surfboard.

I had my very first surfing lesson on 13.04 as birthday surprise and it was more then perfect! I had the lesson with Marcos and he guided me through everything and made me feel comfortable. We prepared each other before, he explained everything and then we went to the waves. He was very supportive, super friendly and had a high energy. Really loved to be trained by him and I directly made it on standing some waves. I directly felt, that this could be one of my next favorite hobbys! Thank you so much! When I come back to tenerife, I will visit you and your school again!

How often can you see dolfins and swim with turtles in their natural habitat?
It was magical! What I liked is that we got to enjoy it while respecting the animals at the same time. Daniele was also an awesome guide! Go for it!

I've tried different surf schools in Tenerife but no one could be compared to this one. Marco is really the BEST surf instructor. He pushes you to improve, he makes you feel safe with every tipe of wave and he shows you different types of spot. I had my best surfing session of my life with him. Ever. I completely recommend this school to both beginner and intermediate levels. SHAKA ROCKS! ‍️

I feel so lucky to have found these guys. Incredibly helpful both in and out of the water. Hooked me up with accommodation at the surf house, lent me equipment to practice on, gave me really useful feedback in terms of my technique and ensured the sessions were always aimed at improving my surfing whilst having a tonne of fun. 10 out of 10, love them to bits:)

It was my first time surfing and went for 3 lessons.
They explained every single step very calmly and motivated you when it was a little tough and helped you through that learning curve.

Ciro and the others were nothing but awesome. Great vibe and they did not care about the time.

Fell in love with surfing, would 100% recommend.

The team at Shaka Surf are absolutely amazing. After taking a group lesson and seeing improvement right away, I signed up for 5 private lessons. Marco and Ciro were amazing instructors that ensured I was having an amazing time while teaching me about techniques and theory. Seriously, they were one of the best parts of my time in Tenerife.

I (50+) had never surfed before. After two 2 hour lessons with Ciro and Marcos I've learned how to stand up and catch the wave. It's tons of fun! They are very dedicated and experienced instructors who love what they do. Come see and learn for yourself ‍️

Realicé varias clases de surf, tanto con Ciro como con Marco, los dos súper majos, cercanos y buenos profesionales. Se interesan mucho por saber tu nivel y darte la clase lo más personalizada posible para dar un pasito más. También hice con ellos la excursión para ver tortugas y delfines en kayak.

I had a fantastic time with Marco. I’m a beginner and had had a bad experience the day before with other surf schools around and with Shaka Surf it changed everything. Marco was nice, friendly and empathetic! I highly recommend this school.
