I love it, room was clean, they use heater as well, massage was okay, what i love the most is they listen to my request. I like it when therapist listen to where she should mainly focused on. Also in the end of massage, they wipe my oily body with hot towels, that's really pleasant feeling.

The most disappointing massage of my life. I booked 75 minutes, they did 60, made my pay 80€
So I booked 45 hours of traditional Balinese and 30 minutes foot massage. Appointment 12.30 I came to the place 12.18 (looked on my phone before entering to switch it to flight mode.) then waiting for the Masseuse about 5 minutes. Before the massage I went to the bathroom, so it probably started a minute before 12.30.we were finished by 13.30.when I asked about the foot massage she said she’d already done it while I was sleeping.
Thinking there could have been a mixup and they told her just one hour. When I said at the Rezeption that it was fine but actually lasted just one hour, the guy got annoyed right away „but You came early. “ as if that was a Bad thing to come 10 minutes early to an appointment.it was just so obvious. He was the one who sent me to wait at 12.20 and we were having the conversation at 13.40.then I thought maybe they already count the time where you prepare yourself. He was like „the massage starts when she puts her hands on you“ then it certainly was 60 minutes and not more. He just told me she said she did the full time - totally ignoring that that would have meant I jumped right out of my clothes when entering the place.
The one thing was the short time but the worst one the completely unfriendly and harsh reaction. I really did my best to stay friendly (and I could address the issue in Spanish). He didn’t even try to find a compromise just insisting that somehow I was counting time wrong. So I ended up paying 80€ for 60 minutes of massage. Definetely the most expensive and unpleasant experience I ever had
