La pizza estaba bien.

Llegamos aquí el primer día de nuestras vacaciones solo para tomar una copa y el personal fue muy grosero, pero pensamos que intentaríamos comer y fue una experiencia horrible. El personal fue grosero. La comida estaba fría, los cócteles estaban aguados y mi esposo pidió pollo al curry y dijo que estaba muy seco.toba desearía que leyéramos las reseñas como una pérdida de dinero

Recientemente cené en Sirocco y quedé impresionado por el delicioso equilibrio de platos deliciosos y precios razonables. La ubicación central contribuyó a la experiencia general, convirtiéndola en una opción fantástica tanto para los entusiastas de la comida como para aquellos que cuidan su presupuesto. Gran opción para una fiesta de comida y bebida.

La familia comió aquí anoche, no se puede criticar el bistec de Diane. El servicio estuvo bien y el pedido se tomó de inmediato. Hermosas vistas al mar.

He estado aquí antes y por lo general es genial, pero cuando digo que esta vez fue horrible, quiero decir que se podría decir que no solo fue malo para nosotros. Comenzó tomando años para sentarse ya que no había servidores alrededor. Nos tomó más de 20 minutos que nos pidieran una bebida (algunos otros también tuvieron este problema y terminaron yéndose). Cuando finalmente comenzamos, había un hueso grande en mi sopa que no se preocupó, simplemente lo saqué y seguí comiendo porque además de eso estaba delicioso. Nos sentamos a esperar 50 minutos para nuestros platos principales, que salieron fríos y nunca terminamos tomando una de nuestras bebidas a pesar de que la pedimos tres veces. Los camareros apenas reconocían las mesas exteriores. Absolutamente vergonzoso en comparación con tiempos anteriores.

Esperaron más de una hora para que los meseros de comida fueran groseros, mal servicio, no aceptarían descuentos por no entregar comida

Very rude staff, serve you with an attitude and we witnessed one snapping at a customer for moving a table 1 foot today.

Second visit, this time had rack of baby back ribs and half litre of very nice sangria. Bill came to around €23. Ribs tasty with a lot of meat.
Previous time had their lasagna, thoroughly recommend at €9 was excellent house speciality.
Classy air to the place e.g. Cloth table cloths and napkins. Plenty of seating inside and out with good view of bay.
Service good and food came surprisingly quickly even given I was there early evening.

Good food is served in this busy restaurant. But when it is very busy the staff don't always have time to look after the guests properly.

Unfortunetely the food was not good at all. Lacking taste and quality of the ingredients. Steak was tasteless, fries were half raw, vegetables were made from frozen, watery, tasteless.

Interesting how people say the restaurant look nice while it's really old, dirty and the decoration on the table are some horrible plastic flowers ‍️

Came back after several years as it was our favourite restaurant.
The prawn cocktail was good. The lamb chops were a disgrace so thin and mainly fat. Sprinkle of chips and a spoonful of veg. Well overpriced.
Will never go back there again.
Should be ashamed.

Service nothing to write home about. Gave my brother food poisoning. My steak was clearly reheated and not fresh. Safety hazard.

Sehr unfreundlicher und langweiliger Service. Das Essen lässt auch zu wünschen übrig.

Wonderful setting, good service. My husband had a very tasty fish dish, I ordered a Caesar Salad. It was very poorly presented, breaded chicken sliced, a LOT of lettuce, a few cherry tomatoes and a few slices of cheese, no dressing. I would be surprised if it was put together by a chef.

The location and staff cannot be faulted. The food was great too. Matagorda is a "Go to" location for us. Frontline position in the Commercial Center. Recommended!

We arrived about 21: 15 for dinner and wasn’t made very welcome. Older man took our order and was abrupt and rude 2 of the ladies were lovely. We wouldn’t eat here again not even due to the food but the service and atmosphere

Staff at first were hopeless it took 20 minutes just to get a drink and they got the order wrong
Later 2 different staff appeared Asian fella and a Spanish lady
She turned the experience around very friendly and chatty the new fella was similar and on the ball

The starters were lovely, garlic prawns and baked cheese which made us look forward to the steaks we ordered.sadly they were terrible.cheap cuts.not cooked as we asked.the mash potato was rubbery.we left most of it because it was in-edible.overpriced forcwhat it was too.cocktails were rubbish too.one of the staff was quite aggressive and moody.slamming drinks on the table and not very friendly, he also allowed a local woman to smoke yet as a tourist I was not allowed. Will NOT be visiting here again on our next holiday. Would not recommend if you have good taste in food and enjoy friendly service

The fillet steak (medium) Roquefort was absolutely beautiful. Volcan pizza was ace too. Highly recommend

Food is absolutly horrible for 5 euros you can get a cab to Puerto del Carmen and go to The American Indian, Cheaper qnd way nice food, plus the sevice is fater and nicer. NEVER AGAIN!

The meal was very poor, chicken curry was dry and thick, paella was dried up and calamari was tough. Only 2 staff on and were busy. When I complained about the food I was laughed at. Definitely won't be going back.

Pizza and glass vino, sun setting, magical, 3 years since I was here and nothing has changed. A delight!

La comida no es muy buena, las costillas con salsa de barbacoa con salsa de tomate muy mal sabor.
No disponen de botiquín de primeros auxilios, un niño pequeño se calló en su restaurante en la entrada y al pedirle al camarero el botiquín su respuesta fue: no se puede tener todo.gracias al supermercado pude comprar desinfección y demás.espero que sanidad se pace por el restaurante y revisé este lugar.

Excellent service very friendly staff, located just across from the beach. We didn't actually order food here just drinks which the staff were fine with.

I've never left an online review before. I feel Sirocco deserves their behaviour to be public. We only came in for an ice cream and some water - staff were completely disinterested. We had to wave at them for any kind of service. Shame as there are lots of good places in Puerto del Carmen.just avoid this one.

Visited for a meal last night, starter of garlic mushrooms was excellent, main courses pretty plain, Pizza and Pork Chops.
Wanted a desert but could not get anyone to come and take our order, there are just not enough waiters to take the orders as it was really busy, so we left and had a waffle in Oceans bar which was excellent.

Has to be the most disappointing meal of our trip, staff we very ignorant and unpleasant, very poor. Great pity as its a fantastic setting.

This was a very poor experience. Had a couple of drinks, some ice creams for the kids - then we ordered a couple more drinks for the grown ups, and kids meals for the children. One chicken nuggets and chips, one childs lasagne.

The service was slow; we had to ask for every menu, and wave through the window to order from them. Food took a while to come as well.

The first issue was the lasagne. It arrived incredibly hot - the kind of hot that can only come from the microwave. The terracotta dish it was in was hotter than the food itself, again a sign its been nuked from cold. The portion itself was tiny even for a kids portion.about 3cm x 2.5cm being generous.

Once it had cooled enough for my son to try it, he took one taste and said he didn't like it. I tried it, and it was incredibly salty.you literally couldn't eat it.

Looking around to return the food, no staff members around. We therefore shared the nuggets and chips that were left between the kids.

When the oldest staff member - possibility by the owner - came to clear the table he asked if everything was OK. I told him (in Spanish) that the lasagne was too salty to eat. He looked a bit disappointed, and cleared the table.

When the bill came, the €6.50 lasagne was still on there. I politely told the waiter - pretty sure this was the earlier guy's son - that I wasn't willing to pay for the lasagne. He was straight out aggressive. Claimed to have only worked there 2 weeks (so what), and his manager wasn't around. This went back and forth for a moment, until he disappeared. Then, table clearing Dad reappears.

This is when it did get nasty. Angry and aggressive the older chap was adamant we should have returned the lasagne straight away. Quite how I do that when the service is practically non-existant I don't know. Only when I said I'd leave without paying at all did he snatch the bill plate from my hand and reappear with the lasagne scrawled out.

We paid and left.

I don't reccomend anyone places their trade here. Very poor indeed. Aggressive, rude and would rather try and intimidate you then take an inedible postage stamp of lasagne off the bill for the huge sum of €6.50 than put their customer's experience first.

Don't be in a hurry if you visit this place. 25 minutes to get 2 coffees. Didn't have any food so can't comment on that.

Great place, just love sitting out on the front having a meal overlooking the sea.
Food is so fresh and they provide a very good service.

Awful! Chicken was questionable to say the least, attitude of staff deplorable, do not risk it, plenty of other places to eat

Glad I gave the sushi a go make sure you order a side I had sea weed my wife had noodles or else you will leave hungary.

Probably the most needed shade and an ice cold Magners on the walk back from the airport back to Puerto Del Carmen. Great views of the planes coming in too!

Fantastic place we ate there every night. Waiters are superb, great Spanish music and wonderful food.

We was 2 times visit this restaurant. First we order pizza and was no taste at all. Hard to call that was pizza. Second time we order tbone steak we ask for well well done and we get medium done. Not recomended. There is more better restaurat then this one.

Waiters always in a mad rush even though it didn't appear that busy. They didn't listen and so we had a pizza with uncooked peppers and GREEN uncooked or de-stoned olives on top. We had to go ask for a drink as they hadn't ordered it. We had one course and were there for an hour and a half. Very slow, except when we paid the bill, food wasn't good. Unfriendly staff

Visited here a few times when we were last in matagorda and it was great, however made a point of revisiting last year when staying in Costa tequise and it took forever for our food, went tonight sat for about 10 minutes and totally ignored so walked out, not good, has it really gone back that much

Food is decent, but the service is dire. Waited ages for each course and even longer for the bill. Decided to give it another try and we were totally ignored for about 15 minutes, when we got up and decided to go next door to O'Shea's which is great.

Really enjoyed the food after popping in as we were staying nearby. Basic menu, quite English (typical of the area) but decent pizza (much better than a supposedly 'top' Italian down the road) and chips and breaded mushrooms were also good. Nice sea views, overall a good, tasty and relaxing experience. If anything, the cheap looking "kebab house" signage outside probably undersells it!

I Love the food here and there's a nice friendly atmosphere. I had the calzone pizza and for desert the warm apple pie with icecream, cream and chocolate sauce and a nice hot cup of tea. It's was all delicious.

Great view, nice relaxing spot, especially during the day. Service was hit & miss, but the staff were friendly.

Just popped in for a quick pint with the boy. Reasonably priced for an ocean view table and it tasted great. He had a bottled water, it was cold and wet. Lanzarote is a great place if you haven't been I highly recommend it if you can get here.

We had two very nice meals here and the service was very good each time. Plenty of selection on the menu for all the family.

Sorry only giving it a 4 as the portion size wasn't satisfactory. Chicken a bit dry needed more sauce.quick service though.staff were very nice

Wir waren hier mit Kleinkind abends essen. Bestellt haben wir Pizza. Leider haben wir so lange warten müssen, bis wir entschieden, die Pizza mitzunehmen, weil eine dreiviertel Stunde warten für das Kind zu lange waren und alle nach Hause wollten.
Das Knoblaubrot ist eine 15 Cent Schrippe mit Lnoblauchöl. Das schmeckt zwar gut, kommt einem für ein Restaurant aber billig vor. Die Pizza war dann okay und für den Preis in Ordnung.

Fazit: schlechter, überforderter Service, durchschnittliches Essen.

We had a lovely meal here & used to go to Paradise also when
Fernando had it. He is very accommodating. The only criticism is, some of the waiting staff can be quite abrupt & not very polite.
But we still come back.
The Bolognese was good value & amazing, just a shame, after waiting to be noticed that we were there, we had to notify staff.

Service really slow. Unfriendly staff.need to get rid of the men and get some friendly staff in because I won't be going there.

Debe mejorar atencion y limpieza en general. Precios muy elevados, teniendo en cuenta la calidad del servicio y la comida.
