Servicio de transporte publico MUY deficiente.constantemente las bicicletas no funcionan (cadenas sueltas, candados que no abren, estaciones sin bicicletas.) Si el ayuntamiento de Las Palmas pretende que los ciudadanos nos desplacemos por la ciudad de forma sostenible con estas biciletas.mal vamos

Since I strated using Sitycleta, I have had to call support almost every day. The bicycles could not be released and the app registered it as rented about 20% of the time. The map does not work, it would be much more helpful if removed, do not try to use it while cycling, it shows stops with big delay, even with very good internet, and it will mislead you. The support is sometimes very hard to reach and you have to listen to the automated reply for a while before talking to someone.

I’ve been using these bikes for 6 months and I had many problems. I was leaving my bike closed, but app didn’t recognise that. And also not even me but people around me. I just can’t use it anymore coz I know It can get me in troubles later. Very unprofessional customer service too and just half of thing are in English.

We were a bit worried to rent the bikes after reading the bad reviews, but since there is no alternative, we simply had no choice.

Surprisingly, all went well.

The initial app installation could feel a little confusing (you install the app and receive the pin code in the meantime - which is actually your password, which you need to use for the website to log in - not the app - but the app requests to fill in the name at the same time.you get it ;) ) but once you get through and confirm the credit card with 1€ payment, it's your regular rent-a-bike service.
Yes, the bikes are a bit creaky, so you need to ignore an occasional.well, creak, but all in all, it's working.

This service is not for tourists who do not speak Spanish. My bike was broken and wouldn't return into the slot. I called the helpline and noone speaks English, I reported an issue on the app and sent emails to customer services. 1 week later and I have still heard nothing and was charged 9euro for a rental of 6 hours that I did not use. Terrible non existent service. They are happy to sell the product to you in English but not to help you when something goes wrong. It is a shame because otherwise this would be a great way to get around the city.

The station terminals do not work, the rental rates are expensive, I finished using the bike they charged me more time despite I stopped using the bike

5 minutos de espera en una llamada para resolver un problema. Al principio de sitycleta respondían en un tiempo asumible. Si estás en la calle con la bicicleta y se presenta un problema porque algo no funciona correctamente se necesita respuesta. Espero mejoren este aspecto. De resto es un servicio extraordinario para la ciudad.
