SIXT Alquiler de coches Gran Canaria Meloneras

Alquilé un coche aquí por unos días mientras me encontraba cerca. Lo reservé online el día anterior a buen precio. Recoger el coche fue sencillo. De hecho, me cambiaron a un Audi A1 porque no tienen el nivel inferior de coche que había reservado. Pude rechazar fácilmente los paquetes de seguro (ya tengo un paquete de seguro de coche de alquiler anual). El coche en sí era bastante nuevo y estaba en fantásticas condiciones y limpio por dentro y por fuera. Devolverlo fue aún más fácil. Lo reposté en la gasolinera más cercana y lo aparqué en una de las plazas de SIXT en el aparcamiento subterráneo antes de ir a la oficina a entregar la llave. Gran servicio de todo el personal que encontré.

Excelente experiencia con un servicio impecable de alta calidad. Reservé un BMW Serie 1 por un día y me pasaron a un Mercedes Clase C ese día. El auto se sentía como nuevo y se sentía seguro al reservar con una marca bien establecida en comparación con experiencias pasadas de empresas locales más pequeñas. Servicio de muy alta calidad por parte de Juan, quien ayudó a que las vacaciones fueran aún mejores.

Excelentes consejos y vehículo muy limpio. No se puede decir nada sobre la relación precio-rendimiento, ¡quedé muy satisfecho!

En realidad, una buena empresa de alquiler de coches con precios justos.

El único problema es que la gente intenta mejorar los coches prealquilados in situ para hacerlos mucho más caros o vender seguros adicionales caros. La señora del mostrador nos explicó que es obligatorio contratar un seguro.
Sin embargo, según Sixt online, no fue así.

Por lo demás todo estuvo bien. El coche estaba limpio y se podía devolver fuera del horario comercial sin ningún problema.

Alquilamos un coche por 5 días. No hay ningún problema. El lugar acepta tarjetas de crédito virtuales, aunque nos dijeron que no cuando se reserva en línea a través de un tercero. El tercero también tenía categorías de automóviles desactualizadas, pero la persona de servicio en el lugar nos ayudó a cambiar el automóvil reservado a lo que necesitábamos.

El depósito ha sido devuelto después de 2 días.

Sin embargo, tenga en cuenta que hace un calor excepcional en el garaje subterráneo: literalmente me empapé de sudor cuando documenté el estado del automóvil al regresar.

Lástima que el comportamiento del encargado de recepción cambió cuando especificamos no contratar seguro, pasó de un aire agradable a ser agresivo hasta el límite de soplarnos.
No es normal tener ese comportamiento, es la imagen que conservamos de la agencia.

Claramente en la atención del personal, por el servicio recibido, por el asesoramiento y empatía de su empleado, (en nuestro caso nos atendió Paulo) y no podemos más que agradecer el trato que tuvo, un verdadero profesional.

Easy, friendly and very helpful. Plus, their fleet is always in great condition. I will return and then perhaps go for a cabriolet in order to really feel the great environment of Gran Canaria. I can highly recommend Sixt Maspalomas and their friendly staff!

Very attentive service, they changed my reservation in my favour and assigned me a another car category. Full insurance coverage was useful.

Agence de location située près du phare de Maspalomas. C'est la seule de cette enseigne dans le secteur. Bureau climatisé, accueil moyen. En plus de la réservation internet alléchante il vous faudra prendre l'assurance obligatoire soit tiers soit tous risques. Un supplément de 200 euros au tiers pour 11 jours et une réservation à 130€.
Véhicule correct.

Intransparente Abrechnung. Kaution wird erst mal abgebucht. Unklar wann und ob ich was zurück bekomme.

J’avais réservé une voiture du 16 au 24/05/2022 pour un montant de 115€ sur le site et en arrivant la personne de l’accueil nous a conseillé de prendre une assurance. Nous avions pris l’assurance basic et on devait en avoir pour 150€ max, aujourd’hui je me retrouve à payer 273,33€ au lieu des 150€ convenu avec lui.
Il nous a rajouté des assurances en plus que nous avions refusé. Je trouve très malhonnête de sa part.
Je conseille de faire bien attention car il en profitera pour vous rajouter des options en plus dans l’optique de faire grimper la facture.

I booked only a day in advance through Sixt mobile app and they didn’t have the car ready in the morning when I came to the office. However it took only 15 minutes, so it’s not that bad if you are not in a hurry. Staff was friendly. When booking they said it’s going to be an A4 Audi, C-class Mercedes or comparable. I got the C Merc and they said it was an upgrade. I thought it was a bit of a gimmick bjt atleast I got what I was promised.

Ich hatte eine Mietauto für 10 Tage über den ADAC gebucht. Das Fahrzeug war in Ordnung und sauber. Abholung und Rückgabe des PKW verliefen problemlos und schnell, guter Service.

Quick and efficient, we rented a Mercedes class A. Macarena helped us and explained everything perfectly (in English and Italian lol, Thank you)! Will rent again!

This company scams you how ever they can to get extra money.
I booked a VW T-cross for 3 days, and through the hotel i stayed, it gave 15% discount.
When booking the car the price on the webpage was 180 Euro for 3 days.
Including 600km, insurance and a baby car seat.

When picking up the car they said that the car was not there and they had given me an free upgrade for the same price. So they had an audi for me.
Well that was nice i thought.
Then he asked if i wanted to buy insurance, which confused me because the webpage said the price was including insurance.but apparently that insurance does not cover parked damage or any thing.so after the this discussion the price was suddenly 260euro, Now i had to pay for the baby seat as well.

Any way we agreed to that price and proceeded to get the car.
And here was the next problem the "free" upgrade was a Audi A3 hatchback, which is a smaller car then the car I originally had booked.
But we took it anyways.

We stayed at a hotel right next to the shop so i asked if we could park in SIXT parking in the parking house during the night, so the car was safe there. That was not possible and he told us to park on the roads outside where it was free. (this is because they hope you scrach or damage the car.)

Then came the day of return. The return was fine until i got the bill. Now they the bill was 330euro instead?
apparently the extra price was for filling the gas tank.approx. 40 euro gas and 40 euro service charge?
But! When we picked up the car i had asked the sales person that the 600km that was included, was included gas?
where he answered yes,
and I asked if I had to fill the tank when I returned the car,
where he answered no!

Do not use this company! They will definitely scam you for more money how ever they can.

Booking with our hotel Lopesan special discount offered good conditions. We had an almost brand new car and got a free upgrade. Laetizia has been super polite and helpful, called to make sure everything is fine. In total great Customer Service and car rental experience.

Po 10 dniach od zwrotu samochodu przyszła informacja o rzekomej szkodzie. Z tym, że uszkodzenia mam na zdjęciach z chwili odbioru samochodu na parkingu Sixt w dniu wypożyczenia. Próbują wykorzystać sytuację, że turysty nie ma już na miejscu i prawdopodobnie nie będzie miał kontrargumentów do rozliczenia szkód. Zwykłe naciąganie.

Beside the name, this company have more availabily of cars, at an unbelievable high cost. We took in the end a bus for the city and it worked fine, less comfortable but much cheaper.

Everything perfect - we ordered a car on Saturday (Feb. 8,2020), took it on Monday for 3 days. A new Renault Captur with automatic gearbox - a few thousand kilometers on the odometer, in a perfect condition. I wish car rental would always look like that.

Of course, you can find cheaper rentals in Canary Islands, and until now I used to rent cars from local companies for some 2/3 of that price, but the higher price was absolutely worth to pay for the experience and quality of the car.

J ai eu une mauvaise expérience avec Avis Budget Zadar Croatie, qui m avait fâché avec les loueurs de voitures. J ai été méfiant, mais tout c est bien passé et tant mieux.
