Pierde un punto por la atmósfera, simplemente porque está demasiado orientado al turismo y estoy siendo muy, muy exigente.
De lo contrario, excelente comida, excelente servicio y un precio muy razonable. Definitivamente regresaré por más:)

La peor comida de mi vida, mi esposa tiene lasaña y se notaba que no estaba fresca, la carne picada estaba muy picada y yo comí la pizza del diablo y le habían puesto tantos pimientos que sabía dulce y estropeó por completo la pizza. Además el ruido incesante del aire acondicionado es realmente molesto.

Sábado por la noche muy ocupado. Una pareja estaba esperando años y creo que se pasó por alto su plato principal. El servicio fue lento pero la comida excelente como siempre.

Great service and a great pizza. Chef went outta his way to put bunny rabbit ears on Zaras pizza. Nice touch

Lovely salad and starter and staff were attentive but main course of pasta was lacking in flavor.

La pizza es bastante buena, fina y crujiente. En la elección hay pizzas clásicas. El personal es amable, el precio no es elevado, por dos pizzas y 3 pepsi, unos 30 euros.

Food was pretty mediocre - had chicken with mushroom sauce, which was basically like chicken with Campbell's mushroom soup on top, and vegetables out of a tin. My daughter also found her nuggets pretty much inedible - she said she wasn't sure what meat was in them. On top of that a cockroach was taking a stroll across the floor in the main dining area. Not so appetising.

Italienisches Restaurant, sehr nettes freundliches und Personal. Die Pizza ist einfach super. Nudelgerichte ebenfalls empfehlenswert.

Best pizza In town in our opinion, excellent house wine, staff very attentive, will be back soon for the pizza.

Wasn't impressed with this restaurant unfortunately. Bruscetta to start was average at best. Both got chicken and spinach Lasagna as main. Tasted delicious, however half of mine was solid. So overcooked I couldn't get a knife and fork through it. Inedible. Replaced with another by which time my partner had finished his. While the second one was edible the sauce was different to the first, nowhere near as tasty. Disappointing dining experience compared to some other places we ate out.

They make som very tasty pizzas, and the kids frenchfries and steak was very, good in deed.so far best steak on the island. However their special dessert tray was disappointing,

Lovely bright, clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Plenty to choose from on the menu and nicely priced. Complimentary limoncello after the meal went down a treat. I have eaten here a few times over the last few years and never been disappointed.

Ordered pizza! But the pizza was dry and soggy to chew. The mozzarella cheese I hope was good, but it tasted like it was melted by sun rather in the oven. Pizza = 1/5 but place = 4/5

Booked in advance but arrived early and they were very helpful and accommodated us. Food was lovely and reasonably priced for an Italian restaurant. 3pm til 6pm is normally their quiet time but of course it was busy so the poor waiter was rushed off his feet but still kept his smile and apologised for being busy. All in all a lovely afternoon for 5 girlies on a break from the working week

Been twice while away this time. First night was slow service, but second night much better. Food not too bad.

Four of us ate there food was brilliant and reasonably priced. €1.50 for a large beer during the day.

We had our Christmas Day food here and what a fantastic place it is.
The staff are really friendly and were so helpful when we asked to slightly alter a meal due to intolerances we didn’t feel it was an inconvenience.
All the food was very well presented and extremely good value.
I can highly recommend Sorento for fine dining.

Poor quality food. Paid 9€ for 6 poorly made croquettes which were all over the place on a wet plate with wet lettuce. Followed by a chicken and spinach lasagne that was tasty but completely overcooked

Halfway on the strip between the San Antonio and Fariones. Lovely breakfasts with freshly squeezed juice and also good for lunches. We had our grandson with us and my daughter commented on how it was the cleanest/nicest baby changing area she has ever been in. Staff very friendly and all made goo goo eyes at the baby.

Perfect place for sit down pizza, and Italian dishes and for takeaway pizza.
Pizza exceeded expectations, good value for money. They have blankets /heaters if sat outside. Desserts looked nice and homemade but unfortunately can't comment on them, as restaurant was so busy we were forgotten about, and had to chase several times for the bill. Next time we will book or sit in on a slow evening. Lovely food.
Try the garlic bread delicious.

One of our top Italian restaurants in Puerto del Carmen, they have an amazing variety of top quality dishes, I would recommend the sole muniere absolutely delicious. The staff are very attentive, helpful and very well informed if you have any problems the owner Steve is usually on hand to sort it out.

Lovely breakfast so we thought we'd try the evening meal and we weren't disappointed had a lovely pasta meal and onion soup for starter deffo going back

Absolutely first class. Wife had risotto and loved it (vegetarian and bored of most attempts), kids had pizzas, loved them too. I had grilled fillet steak medium rare and canarian potato with veg. Absolutely superb. Amongst the best ever. Excellent service. Complimentary prosecco with the bill too. 58 euros for a fine meal for 4. Great value for such lovely food and service.

Visiting there every year and absolutely love it and so do family and friends. The food is superb and the staff are so welcoming and helpful with local information. I look forward to returning each year. Patricia

Just recently returned from PDC after a 2 week stay in a villa not far from this restaurant. The first time we ate here we were all impressed with the quality of the food and the staff service and we decided to make a return visit later in the holiday. The second visit was in fact the last day of our holiday and again the food was very good but we felt let down by the service. As it was our last night we wanted to make it a bit special but at the end of our main course the bill was brought to our table, without being asked if we would like dessert or even a coffee, and the table unceremoniously cleared. I thought this was extremely discourteous and unprofessional and had it not been our last night would have complained. As I said previously the food is good and otherwise i would have given a 5 star rating.

Ravis d'avoir retrouvé notre restaurant préféré a puerto del carmen avec la même equipe qu'en 2017 et 2015. Toujours aussi professionnelle! Les pizzas sont exceptionnelles, sans parler des spaghettis aux crevettes et à l'ail. Excellent rapport qualité prix

Tienen una ensalada de queso de rulo que está muy buena, comimos dos platos diferentes de patas y también muy muy buenos.

The best meal we have had since arriving in puerto del carmen 7 days ago & is the one restaurant we will be going back to before leaving! Menu is very good and more importantly the food was beautiful.

The cheese board, bruschetta and lasagne are all amazing dishes! Service is brilliant, very friendly staff

Good food but found one of the staff to be very arrogant which made my wife and I uncomfortable. For that we wouldn't return.

Delicious pizza which came really quickly, fab wine and my mum loved her omelette and chips. The waiters were really helpful with my mum's walker too. Nothing was too much trouble.

Chouette resto. Accueil sympa, service convivial, bonne cuisine italienne: n'hésitez pas à goûter les pastas comme les pappardelle a la paesana.

All of the waiters we interacted with were very friendly and customer focused with the exception of one older gentleman (Older in comparison to the rest of the waiters) who should never be put in front of a customer. We told him how wonderful the food was when clearing our plates and he didn't react. I saw another customer return a steak as it was not cooked enough and he took the plate without speaking or reacting. Bad manners.

Food wise - I had the garlic prawns for a starter and I was a little disappointed as the prawns had not been de-veined. They're small prawns so some might not consider it necessary, but regardless it's not appetising to be eating. Especially one you learn that the blue 'vein' isn't actually a vein at all!

My girlfriend had the fried goats cheese which was really good. Three or four triangles of goats cheese deep fried with a raspberry sauce. Wonderful starter that I definitely recommend.

Main course I had the pasta with mushrooms and steak tossed in a cream sauce. It was absolutely fantastic and I devoured the entire plate! I'd almost go as far as saying it was the best pasta I've had in Puerto del Carmen!
