Steakhouse El Rancho

El servicio estuvo bien, pero todo lo demás era comida para perros demasiado cara, la carne estaba vieja, recién calentada en el horno, nunca volveré a ir allí.

Personal amable y agradable! Muy buena calidad! ¡Mesa bellamente puesta para un cumpleaños! En general, ¡muy recomendable!

Muy buena ubicación, bien decorado "estilo médico", podemos decir. Si de vez en cuando quieres probar algo diferente, El Rancho es el lugar indicado.

La comida era increíble, mi novio y yo obviamente probamos "Tex Mex" con algunas costillas y fajitas, pero también los aperitivos eran muy buenos.

Por último, pero no menos importante, el personal, muy educado y servicial, ¡todos merecen 5 estrellas!

Los huéspedes del hotel reciben un trato diferente al de los huéspedes normales que quieren probar el restaurante.
Al principio ni siquiera nos notamos, luego había un total de 6 camareras en nuestra mesa!
Nos decidimos por el filete de pollo, que lamentablemente no tenía ningún sabor, estaba aguado y casi frío.
Lo mismo con las verduras.
Cuando hice el entrante, dejé mi cuchillo en el plato para poder conseguir uno nuevo para el plato principal, que fue usado y de inmediato lo volví a dejar. Después de esta acción y la comida insípida, se nos olvidó pedir más bebidas o incluso un postre. Lamentablemente no podemos hacer ninguna recomendación aquí. Una pena!

Ristorante molto bello, personale professionale ma il cibo non ha incontrato i miei gusti. Premetto che il ristorante è molto bello nel suo arredamento, la sera che abbiamo cenato era fresca ed abbiamo scelto un tavolo nella bella sala interna ma è presente anche un'ampia sala esterna. Carino l'arredamento e la musica messicana in sottofondo. Anche il servizio ai tavoli è di elevata professionalità. Ho mangiato in altri ristoranti messicani in Europa e diverse volte in Messico ma l'eccesso di spezie che ho trovato nei piatti da noi scelti al Rancho le ho trovate sovrastanti i gusti tipici della cucina messicana, ma come sempre dipende dai gusti personali e da come interpreta la preparazione lo chef.

We had a lovely meal and good service. I had chicken fajitas and my husband had beef tacos. Would recommend.

We arrived on our holiday and decided to eat at El Rancho. Everything was fine till we recieved our food which wasnt correct. My foo was pork escalope with a creamy pepporcorn sauce and roast potatoes. There was no roast potatos only fries. My husband had asked for the same sauce as me on his but there was none. We asked for the order to be put right which they did and when we left we gave a tip.
2 nights later we went back only to find a cool reception and when we asked for a menu after a long wait we got 1 not 2 and no one came to take our order. After a long wait we got the message we wern t welcome. We found this petty as we had been polite when they messed our order up and find this odd to say the least. One of the staff said sorry but We wont be going back.

La comida estaba muy rica aunque sin duda lo mejor es el personal que es súper amable y atento, un 10! Rapidez en el servicio.

Restaurant ist kitschig eingerichtet. Das Fleisch war ok. Service leider unterirdisch. Völlig chaotisch und unorganisiert. Am Ende stimmte nicht mal dich Rechnung.

No service at all. Crazy. We waited almost one hour without getting our wine and blankets they told us we would get when we arrived. We left the restaurant without food and wine after more than one hour. Crazy.

Reservamos online hoy 20-08-21, lo confirman y cuando llegamos al restaurante está cerrado por vacaciones, si no se conoce el manejo de redes no den reservas por este medio, me parece una falta de respeto. Intolerable.

Maravilloso! Las fajitas de 10, las brochetas muy ricas y el pan siempre calentito. Todo el personal muy amable. Tiene terraza y restaurante interior. Repetimos siempre que podemos!

Sehr gutes Steak Restaurant! Kann nur empfohlen werden, Preise im mittleren Bereich aber gerechtfertigt. Wir kommen immer wieder wenn wir da sind. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und lockere spassige Atmosphäre. Mucho Gracias

Well what can I say! Nothing, reason for this, customers waiting for over an hour for food to be told by waiter it's not his problem, they are busy serving guests outside we were seated and waited 10 minutes for somebody to lay the table and then walk off, no offer of drinks! Waited a further 10 minutes and then decided to leave, would not recommend as the staff couldn't care less, went to papa Joe's instead, food fantastic

So gut und empfehlenswert und lecker wie immer. Komme schon über zehn Jahre hier hin und es ist immer gleich gut.

Muy buen restaurante, el precio es aceptable y el personal es lo mejor que tiene muy graciosos y divertidos, reserve para el cumpleanos de mi novio y me organizaron una torta y todo, comi Costillita a la texas y nunca me había comido una Costillita tan rica como esas, sumamente suave 100% recomendable.

Steakhouse El Rancho was fantastic one of my party had snake python, and another of my party baby backribs, and I had taco with beef.
The staff were attentive and friendly I would recommend it

Went here with the family while in holiday. The food was just a average and a little bit on the pricy side. There are better steak houses elsewhere close by with nicer food and slightly less expensive.

Wir hatten das Rumpsteak, die Spareribs Alabama, ein großes Bier und eine Cola. Das essen war ausgezeichnet, reichhaltig und der Gesamtpreis von etwa 40 Euro, absolut angemessen. Das Ambiente war gemütlich und das Personal sehr freundlich. Auch ist uns positiv aufgefallen, das wir vorweg eine kleine Vorspeise und danach einen Likör aufs Haus erhalten haben, was in Spanien eher selten ist. Somit ist dieses Restaurant sehr zu empfehlen.

Food was terrible. Everything microwaved, all the salsa etc had film over the top where it had been left out so long. Ordered nachos to start and made with a supermarket dip set at best. Waiters polite and friendly but food really bad!

Food was fantastic and the service was brilliant. Very family friendly and made us all laugh. Top place!

Sworn at by staff that was trying to get us in the restaurant. Rude and will not be visiting there for this reason.
