Regresé ayer y realmente tengo que recomendarlo, hermoso, muy limpio, personal muy amable, buena comida y maravilloso todo incluido, un poco lejos del caos de las hermosas playas pero accesible sin problemas y luego una vista estupenda Ponzio morena

Nos encantó estar aquí, definitivamente lo recomendaría. Queríamos unas vacaciones tranquilas y relajadas, es exactamente lo que conseguimos. La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, todo está un poco anticuado pero está todo cuidado. Hay personal que mantiene y limpia los jardines todo el día, todos los días, y el personal de limpieza también sale temprano. Todos los miembros del personal con los que nos encontramos fueron encantadores y amables y estuvieron encantados de ayudarle/cuidarlo. Bastante aislado, pero hay mucho que hacer y la recepción estará encantada de reservarle un taxi si es necesario. ¡Volvería!

Andrea en el club infantil es fantástica, tiene mucha energía y es muy natural con los niños. Hizo que nuestros dos hijos mayores se sintieran realmente bienvenidos. Se lo pasaron genial haciendo slime y bailando en la mini disco todas las noches.
Es una pena que gran parte del equipo de animación haya dejado atrás nuestras visitas anteriores y dudábamos porque nuestro hijo mayor tuvo una gran experiencia y todavía habla de Rachel y Camila. Pero Andrea y el resto del equipo se llevan genial con los niños.

Somos repetidores y nos parece un muy buen hotel. Además, la animación también es excelente.

Todo está muy bien organizado y bien dirigido. El personal es super amable y atento. Hay muy buen ambiente en todo el lugar, las piscinas son insuperables con muchas actividades para mantenerte entretenido durante todo el día.

El buffet y la comida son decentes y por el costo de las vacaciones fue muy buena relación calidad-precio

Todo muy bien, los empleados geniales, y muy amables, y el hotel tuvo un detalle, con nosotros el último día nos regalaron un queso típico de ayi, lo que no me gusta que cobran por el parking y bastante, ye lo único del hotel, lo recomiendo pa las vacaciones

Tired, outdated and either needs knocking down or a complete refurbishment. Food is mediocre at best and there seems to be a one drink per day restriction in the restaurants. Staff are either fantastic, or useless and no middle ground. Lots of excuses of Covid for things that other hotels are still doing and cost cutting is pretty evident everywhere. Do not purchase inflatables in any shops as you cannot use them in the pools.

Plenty of lovely shops to visit everyone is welcome by all the shop staff and no pressure sales

Hotel de 10.tanto en instalaciones como en personal. Si tengo que poner pegas, lo haría en el tema de animación, que nos pareció escasa. Gracias a Miguel y Macarena del equipo de animación que nos hicieron la estancia más agradable. Estábamos alojados en el sunlight Tenerife. Volveríamos a repetir.

Cada año qué venimos, mejor, de diez superior! Gente super amable, lo qué haga falta, lo tienes! Mi hijo tiene intolerancias, y no le ha faltado de nada, comida, postres, cena.su menú personalizado, todos los días.desde recepción, cocina, camareros, jefes de camareros, relaciones públicas, y demás personal, maravillosos! Gracias por todo, repetiremos sin dudarlo!

Hemos ido en diciembre y nos ha hecho un tiempo espectacular. La piscina es climatizada, aunque para el calor que hacía, no era necesario. La habitación amplia y muy limpia. La comida buena, falta más variedad. Pero bueno, es un 4* así que no nos podemos quejar. El servicio muy atento y la animación está muy bien. Los restaurantes temáticos con el TI entra uno cada 3 noches. Nosotros probamos el mexicano: es mixto, buffet+ carta, aconsejo comer poco entrante del buffet porque los platos de la carta son grandes.

Buon hotel all inclusive con a disposizione 4 ristoranti a tema: italiano, messicano, asiatico e grill House oltre al ristorante self. Bar e hamburgheria con tutto quello che si desidera a disposizione tutto il giorno. Personale molto gentile e efficiente. Camere spaziose collocate in diverse palazzine colorate degradanti verso l'oceano. Torni a casa soddisfatto.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet hôtel. Un grand merci à tout le personnel aux petits soins. Les repas au buffet sont très variés également. La terrasse face à la mer pour l apero est superbe. Nous n avons mis que 4 étoiles sur 5 juste pour les restos à thème italien le grill. Aucun intérêt. Mais c est juste un détail. J oubliais piscine chauffée un régal je reviendrais volontairement dans cet hôtel. Encore merci.

Really can't fault this complex, staff are very attentive and are there if you require another drink in buffet restaurant. Cocktails are really good, tried most of them, but definitely my favourite was frappe coffee baileys. The 3 restaurants we ate in, Asia and Mexican really good, meat restaurant not so great, I had salmon and it was really good.
Only downside - not enough sun loungers for guests. We was late one morning and all sun loungers taken with towels, notes left on beds from staff, but some of these beds, left for hours before someone uses them. We then was up and down by pool for sun loungers early for rest of week.

Most staff very friendly, pools lovely food only average, if you like brown sauce you'll be disappointed asked five times and answer was we don't have it
Entertainment virtually non existent, everywhere very clean, rooms a bit dated with no tea or coffee making facilities, but clean and comfortable.
Whatever yo do don't have trip on the hotel steps and sprain you're foot as you will get very little help from the hotel, my wife did on our first night and they helped her back to the room with a wheelchair the hotel had, if I wanted to use it I had to ask every time and return it as it was for EMERGENCIES, My wife could not walk! In the mean time I had to carry my wife's meals to our room on a tray which was hard work, in the end we borrowed the wheelchair and didn't give it back until we checked out, not one person came to ask if my wife was ok! They did show us a brochure of items we could pay to hire, very thoughtful! This and sister hotel the Costa Adeje are definitely not for people with bad mobility!

Love it - it's sparkling clean, every single staff member has been so friendly and cheerful, the pool is amazing and we've really enjoyed the food. The sun hasn't stopped shining - we will be back for more winter sun this time next year

Enjoyed so much back for a 2nd visit. First break abroad for a couple of covid years. Really enjoy the Bahia. Great value all inclusive. Big rooms, great food and drink. Evening cocktail bar and optional ala carte restaurants are a bonus. Nearby Indian restaurant is also very good. Nice to eat, drink and relax in steady 22degrees.

Food, staff, cleanliness, kids entertainment/kids club, pools, room, drinks. Everything was fantastic. Big shout out to Noa and Rachel for making our kids feel extra special. The evening shows were top class. All staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Many thanks for a very happy family holiday

Unfortunately our experience was not the best.
When arriving at the hotel it took my partner and I.and staff over an hour to enter our room, then dirty water being poured through the shower being told to walk x3 to the sister hotel for breakfast lunch and dinner In an all inclusive hotel what a joke I had my mum with me who relys support from walking stick to get.from A to B with a great struggle on top of that to be told
on arrival at the snack bar you can have a burger but have to walk to the sister hotel for chips.tip of the I'vburg

There are 2 separate hotels with the same name. You only know where your room is on the day. Otherwise, very nice staff, wide choice of food on most days, the restaurants were not properly managed, Italian restaurant was rushed, Asian nights not available on any of the 5 nights we were there with preference to some guests. The policy needs to be change.

A beautiful hotel with amazing staff and grat food, everything was perfect, if I had to be super picky the grill Al a cart did not have an amazing choice bit what was on was nice enough for one visit

Like it's sister hotel next door this hotel is kept very clean, the staff are pleasent and attentive, and the rooms are kept clean and tidy every day. It not nearly as big as the other hotel so doesn't have the beautiful gardens and choice of pools. The evening entertainment (not in the square) is the best I've seen with good quality entertainers (both hotels). The a-la-carte restaurants were good however the food in the buffet restaurants generally wasn't very hot. I find this to be the case in most hotels - surely it isn't too difficult to fix? Overall though, a great holiday.

Very nice, however its starting to look tired. Lots of items need some maintenance or replacing. Main resturant is still the best. In second place the Asian. Would not recomrnd any of the others.

Hôtel de qualité avec un super service. All in avec buffet et boisson rien d'exceptionnel mais pas mauvais. Différents restaurants compris qui change un peu du buffet. 3 grande piscines 1vec l'une vue sur mer vraiment bien.
