Un hogar lejos del hogar: así resumo mi experiencia en este fantástico albergue. Desde el primer día de mi llegada conocí personas extraordinarias que se desvivieron por hacerme sentir cómodo, organizando cenas familiares, salidas y veladas.

El ambiente familiar del albergue va acompañado de una limpieza y organización impecables: las zonas comunes se limpian varias veces al día, al igual que las habitaciones compartidas.

Los voluntarios y el director se dedican en cuerpo y alma a crear un ambiente tan acogedor. Recomiendo encarecidamente a todos que vengan. Ciao Tamaran, ahora estás en mi corazón

¡Me quedé en Tamaran durante tres semanas y puedo recomendar totalmente este lugar! El albergue está situado cerca de la playa con una vista muy bonita desde la terraza de la azotea. Pero no sólo la ubicación es agradable, el albergue tiene un ambiente tan único y familiar que te sentirás como en casa desde el momento en que entres a la casa. El albergue también ofrece diferentes actividades para los huéspedes como roadtrips, voleibol, yoga, surf y mucho más para asegurarse de que no se aburra allí. Tamaran se siente como una gran familia: todos los jueves ofrecen cena familiar y los domingos hay un buffet de tortitas. También mencionar que los voluntarios son el corazón del albergue, realmente se preocupan por sus huéspedes y llenan la casa de amor y buena vibra. El albergue está muy limpio, aunque está muy ocupado. Al final de mi estancia sólo puedo recomendar este albergue, especialmente para personas que viajan solas. Lo pasé muy bien aquí conociendo a tanta gente encantadora y disfrutando del sol canario. ¡Muchas gracias y hasta pronto, Tamaran!

Pasamos una semana excelente en Tamaran House. Tuvimos una habitación doble realmente estupenda con unas vistas espectaculares al mar al lado de la terraza de la azotea.

La terraza de la azotea era el lugar perfecto para desayunar, almorzar o pasar la noche juntos. Cabe destacar que el personal del albergue fue absolutamente encantador y atento, al igual que los huéspedes. Nos gustó especialmente la internacionalidad.

Todo el personal nos pareció muy servicial y muy profesional, siempre tenían consejos para cualquier solicitud.

La ubicación es ideal ya sólo unos pasos de más. Todas las compras diarias están cerca.

Nos encantaría volver a Tamaran House:)

Pasamos una semana increíble en Tamaran House, justo al lado del mar. Despertar con el sonido de las olas rompiendo contra la orilla y disfrutar de impresionantes atardeceres a un paso del albergue fue un sueño hecho realidad.

Durante nuestra estancia conocimos gente increíble de todo el mundo. Los espacios comunes eran perfectos para socializar y el albergue organizó actividades divertidas que unieron a los huéspedes.

El personal no solo fue amable y servicial, sino que también tenía un conocimiento increíble de la zona y ofreció fantásticos consejos sobre atracciones locales y tesoros escondidos.

En resumen, si buscas una experiencia de albergue que combine una ubicación inmejorable junto al mar con un ambiente cálido y acogedor, no busques más. ¡Gracias por hacer que mi viaje sea inolvidable!

Excelente lugar con una buenísima ubicación, me hospedé por 7 noches con mi novia en la habitación la palma, el hostel siempre limpio y con un ambiente muy familiar, donde todo el tiempo compartimos actividades en común con los otros huéspedes, te hacen sentir parte de la familia. Excepcional. Un lugar donde se respira un ambiente familiar. Personal joven, cortés, educado y con muchas ganas de trabajar. Siempre atentos, detallistas y hacen su trabajo con amor. Ubicado en un punto estratégico donde puedes encontrar de todo y más. Todo a tu alcance. Por la noche, mientras descansas, te acaricia la música de las olas del mar que alegran tu descanso. Lo recomiendo ampliamente a todos por la higiene, profesionalismo y educación del personal

Tamaran est l'auberge que je conseille à Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. L'auberge est bien située, l'intérieur est spacieux, le rooftop est très agréable, le personnel ainsi que les volontaires sont supers! J'y retournerai

This hostel was just perfect! The location, comfy beds, clean rooms and most significantly the people that work there. Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The staff really made my stay memorable because they were always looking out for their guests and planned very nice activities with us. I hope to come back soon!

Gran estancia, anfitriones muy amables. Ubicación perfecta, justo al lado de la playa ya poca distancia a pie de todo en la ciudad.

Me marcho nada más hacer check in y ver la habitación por tremenda falta de higiene. Reserve la única habitación con baño privado y justo el baño era lo que más fallaba. Plato de ducha con mosquitos muertos y juntas llenas de moho que provocan rechazo entrar. Cortinilla también con bastante moho. WC con tapa rota. El termo hace un tejido tremendo durante un buen rato cada vez que se usa el WC o los grifos. Si está es la mejor habitación, ni me quiero imaginar cómo estarán el resto. Les pido cancelar la reserva, ya que la habitación no cumple las condiciones mínimas contratadas y no he hecho uso de ella, pero se niegan. Dicen que contacte con HostelWorld, con quien hice la reserva. HostelWorld, con razón, contestan que debo hablarlo con el hotel ya que a HostelWorld sólo les he pagado un pequeño adelanto, el resto se paga en el hotel y evidentemente no es HostelWorld el que tiene que hacer el mantenimiento y la limpieza en el hotel. Además, quieren que les pague en negro. No aceptan tarjetas.
Tengo que marcharme y buscar otro hotel a las 22.30 de la noche para esa misma a noche, para poder descansar con unas condiciones mínimas de comodidad e higiene. Para mi sorpresa encuentro habitacion en un hotel de tres estrellas por el mismo precio que lo que me costó la habitación en este sitio. Así que ni por precio compensa. No le aconsejo a nadie este hostel, ni aunque fuera el último lugar que quedará en la isla. Una estafa!

A very nice hostel! Staff very friendly, well stocked kitchen with everything you need! Would totally stay here again and recommend that you do too!

Vibe was excellent, they close the rooftop at 10pm but there is a nice living room to hang out.

Myself and my friend stayed for a week, the staff were amazing and super helpful. Every night they have an activity to do, our first night was family dinner night (vegan friendly) and it was the perfect way to start our stay! Thanks sooo much to our Tamaran Family xxx

Great staff, very nice manager who keeps up the sunny vibe within the hostel! Cool group activities and great co working location. Highly recommend it. Just a quick walk to the beach and easy to socialize around the rooftop and within the kitchen. Thank you so much for the flexibility and vibes:)

Ostello in zona comoda per farsi una giornata di mare o una vita in altri luoghi dell'isola.
I ragazzi sono gentili, disponibili e divertenti.
Le camere sono tenute molto bene e pulite.
L'ambiente è cordiale e perfetto per chi vuole farsi una vacanza o chi vuole passare un periodo piú lungo ed apprezzare la cultura spagnola.

Great hostel to meet new people and relax for a while. My favourite place to stay in Las Palmas. The staff was incredibly friendly. From the moment I arrived at the hostel and checked in, I felt just like coming home. The atmosphere is so familiar and welcoming, I wish I could have stayed more days. The roof terrace is super comfy and being able to see the sea from there is just beautiful. The common area and the kitchen were also really nice and clean and the dinners we had together with other guests and the staff were delicious. I immediately made new friends, people from the staff invited me to their activities at the beach and after being there for two days I felt like I know most of them for a long time. The bedroom and the bed were comfortable and it was always quiet during the night, which helped me to get a good rest. The hostel is located right next to the beach which is another thing that I really liked. The surrounding area is calm but there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within a few minutes of walking distance. The stay in the hostel really made my time in Las Palmas something very special. All in all, it is a great value for money and if I'm coming back to Gran Canaria I will definitely go back to Tamaran.

Les volontaires sont très accueillants et donnent l'impression d'être à la maison.

The communication with the Tamaran (and Aguita House) owners went very fluently (we communicated with Damiano). Their hostels are very new and you could notice there were things they were still working on, but they did their best to prevent it from causing issues for the guests. We went there with a very large group, which was awesome, but I imagine it being even more perfect for smaller groups or individuals as the hostel staff can give you tips on activities and places to go and are in general very social. During our stay we ran into some issues for ourselves (not related to our stay in the hostel) and they were even very helpful to help us out with those.

Super Hostel um alleine zu Reisen, Leute kennenzulernen und ein paar Tage abzuschalten.:)
Super nette Mitarbeiter und fast jeden Tag gibt es ein Programm wie Beachvolleyball, Tapas Night, Pup Crawl etc.bei dem man sich entweder einklinken kann oder auch seine Ruhe genießen kann, eine super Mischung aus allem!:)
Die Lage ist auch perfekt, sehr nahe am Strand und eine schöne Dachterrasse mit Meerblick.

Me quedé en la habitación con terraza y estuve muy a gusto. Muy limpia y con vistas al mar.

Excelent! The hostel has a mix of private and shared rooms that give a unike prespective. The rooftop is a must! The volunteers make you feel at home! And the manager Katia will solve any problem that you have!

Lugar perfecto para desconectar y pasar unos días cerca de la playa de las canteras. Asequible dormir y una amabilidad extraordinaria por parte de los trabajadores, son excelentes!

Friendly staff however checkout took veeeeeery long. Bathroom cleanliness was okayish. Would need a few fixes here and there for reparation. Location is unbeatable and rooftop lovely.

All the simple things are done correctly! Nice kitchen, cosy social areas, clean bathrooms. The staff goes above and beyond to make this a feel as homely as possible. They organise some yummy family meals, social activities around sunset and are generally very warm, welcoming people. If you 'd like to stay in a relaxed atmosphere that still has a social vibe, you won't be disappointed:)

Tamarán House is one the best place I have been! Amazing place, thanks to its location you are literally a few steps from the beach. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff made my vacation unforgettable! I look forward to come back, see you in December guys!

Just tried this new place in Las Palmas and I completely felt in love with this place. It’s a few seconds walking from the beach, really big terrace where you che see the sea, and rooms spacious, mine had private bathroom.
If you are looking for a place to stay, Tamaran has to be your choice:)

Amazing place! The house is modern and spacious and it’s literally 10 seconds from the beach! The rooms are very comfortables and with many bathrooms available. It just opened but it’s definitely my favorite place in las Palmas. Perfect for every kind of traveler! Highly recommended

Tamarán is a great place to stay, alone or with friends! I was traveling alone and met some really nice people there. The place is very spacious and a lot is renovated. It was very clean, in the room as well as in the common areas and the kitchen! The location is amazing, directly at the sea and beach and surrounded by bars and restaurants, but it's quiet at night anyways!
I'm definitely gonna stay there again if I come back to Las Palmas.

A fantastic location.a few meters from the beach and the paseo. Beautiful structure with spacious and bright rooms and a very welcoming common room. The sympathy and good humor of the guests and of the people who run it is extraordinary.

Il posto ideale per chiunque: dai digital nomad ai surfisti, dai turisti in vacanza agli studenti. Uno spazio ampio, luminoso e tranquillissimo, situato in una posizione incredibile, tra le tre spiagge più belle di Las Palmas: cosa vuoi di più? Probabilmente lo troverai lì!
