La comida nos pareció excepcional y excelente, el ambiente es maravilloso y el servicio fue extremadamente cortés. Considerándolo todo genial para nosotros. Aunque no habíamos hecho reserva, conseguimos una mesa después de una espera que pudimos pasar bebiendo vino afuera. Gracias, fue una velada como la que queremos en vacaciones.

Servicio amable, entrante súper sabroso, elegimos la paella y no estábamos del todo convencidos.

Primer lugar de comida. Ambiente acogedor. Vinos maravillosos, pescado fresco, platos innovadores, servicio super amable. Me encantó.

Fui allí con grandes expectativas y no me decepcionó. El servicio fue muy normal la primera vez, pero la comida era tan buena que volvimos 2 veces más durante la semana (no es algo que hagamos regularmente). Alex, el propietario, fue súper amable, servicial y conocedor. Buena carta de vinos, comida increíble, única en Corralejo. ¡Definitivamente nuestro lugar favorito!

Lugar agradable, buen ambiente. La pasta muy rica, no demasiada cantidad pero muy buena! Una bonita cena, en un bonito lugar!

Buena comida, pero tardan mucho mucho en servir la comida. Esto le resta todos los puntos que pueden tener por buena comida y servicio.
Un punto a mejorar. Estuvimos una hora esperando el plato. Muy negativo a la performance general.

¡La mejor comida de la ciudad! ¡Cada plato está hecho con mucho amor y excelente bien! El servicio es perfecto y tienen platos especiales diferentes cada día.

It used to be a great place to have a high quality dinner in the island but it looks like the fame had a bad influence on the quality of the good and the service especially. We have been twice in the last 2 months and we waited around 2 hours to receive the food, moreover the octopus was cold and chewy and the soy sauce for the tuna tataki was so salty that ruined the tasty of the fish.

Je viens passer une journée à Fuerteventura, île que je découvre à peine et dont la beauté sauvage à bien souffert de l'homme. Les balafres immobilières en témoignent. Honte.
Les canaries ont cédé depuis bien longtemps à la pression affreuse et scandaleuse du tourisme de masse De concert, la bouffe sans âme règne souvent dans ces endroits.

C'est donc un grand bonheur que de s'asseoir à la table du restaurant Tantaluna.
Sa remarquable petite troupe, toute attentive à la satisfaction de ses clients, s'applique gentillement à les servir au mieux. C'est déjà beaucoup que de trouver cette qualité de service. Rien d'obséquieux toutefois, l'ambiance est simple et joyeuse. La cuisine est ouverte ce qui participe beaucoup au climat.
Le cadre est chaleureux car ici tout à été choisi attentivement jusqu'à la vaisselle.

La qualité des plats est épatante. A l'honneur, de savoureux produits locaux bousculés par l'initiative d'un chef créatif qui a le fruit en fantaisie. Les accords de saveurs et textures sont travaillés tout autant que les cuissons La carte est dense, très diversifiée et enrichie au quotidien par de nouvelles propositions. On sent l'enthousiasme, le goût du travail recherché. En prime, des portions généreuses et des prix raisonnables.

Je repars de Fuerteventura sous une petite pluie. A l'horizon un bel arc en ciel. C'est ce que m'évoque Tantaluna.

Amazing creative cuisine with original dishes at affordable prices. Great staff. Small. Booking essential. We tried without reservation a number of times and finally booked. So good made another reservation for next week. Scallops were out of this world.

Excellent dinner, on the pricier side but expect to eat as well as if you were in Italy. The dishes of the day were excellent, portion are large. Could have better wine selection including some from the Canary Islands.

Reading a bit unconventional mixture on the menu you could have some doubts weather the flavours go together, but eating this incredibly delicious food, you'd be sorry not to order the whole menu! For us the main dish was seafood pasta and sesame seared tuna with soy sauce, wasabi, guacamole & black polenta.
We were lucky to get the table without the reservation, but would highly recommend you make it in advance as the restaurant is packed.
The staff is super nice, the food comes fast and the ambience is enjoyable. We'll come back for sure!

This is a gem in downtown Corralejo, tucked into a side street in a pretty pedestrian zone. The wine list is great, and the food exceptional, including in presentation. Highly recommended.

Excellent continental food from a sensibly short menu giving you faith in the freshness of the food. Excellent sesame-crusted tuna. Good Lanzarotean wine. Very friendly service. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

The best meal I had on Fuerteventura. Wonderful atmosphere and incredible food. The tuna wasabi starter in particular was 10/10

Mediocre food for the price level, a lot of hype.and it is the only restaurant in the whole island that checks for QR codes, which felt quite out of place and controlling.

Something that you are looking forward when you are in corralejo. The best are shrimps and goat cheese sticks - could not be better. Tuna steak is also amazing, kind of tataki. The service is also really nice and friendly.

Le doy una estrella xk no puedo darle ninguna. Para empezar teníamos reserva a las nueve y media de la noche, hora que considero que tratándose de España es razonable. Pues bien, ya no tenían ni pescado a la sal ni el pulpo. Despues de esperar 50 minutos de reloj, nos trajeron los chipirones que habíamos pedido y doy gracias a que el cacho que me metí en la boca, era pequeño xk todavía estoy masticando arena. Los echamos para atrás xk no había quien los comiera. Después habíamos pedido buñuelos, que estaban bastante pasables y a continuación una ensalada. La ensalada nos la trajeron veinte minutos después. Total. Un despropósito. Salimos a las once de la noche para comer tres buñuelos y una ensalada con cuatro algas. Francamente mal. A todo esto. Sigo esperando las excusas del metre. Y digo del metre xk la camarera si se excusó, pero el dio la callada por respuesta.

Locale grazioso nel centro di Corralejo. Servizio e qualità del cibo decisamente buoni! Rapporto qualità prezzo in linea con gli altri locali. Peccato per i pochi posti disponibili, consiglierei di migliorare i posti all'aperto in quanto sono parecchio esposti al vento. Per il resto, consiglio a tutti di venire qui a mangiare!

La experiencia ha sido desastrosa. Más de una hora de espera para que nos sirvieran. De tres platos, uno no se podía comer, por lo que se devolvió a la cocina. De los otros dos, uno pasable y el otro estaba hecho sin ninguna gana, por lo que el resultado fue nefasto.
Desde luego, para no volver.

Simply brilliant! Professional (proper waiters, not just food-carriers) and friendly staff. Amazing food with some unexpected twists. King prawns with almonds? Goat served with figs and apricot? You get all that and more. And it's not even crazy expensive. What else do you need? Maybe an ocean view, but I'm not sure how much attention you could pay to it with all the fantastic dishes on your table.

Estuve hace dos días cenando. La comida excelente y de muy buena calidad. Todo muy elaborado y con un sabor increíble. El trato fue maravilloso. Gente muy amable y cercana. La única pega es que somos de la península y no sabemos cuándo podremos volver a repetir

Proposte interessanti che mantengono la tradizione Canaria strizzando l occhiolino alla cucina più moderna e raffinata

Un locale al centro di Corralejo dove la cordialità e l'attenzione del personale la fanno da padrone.
Da segnalare la sangria e dovete assolutamente assaggiare la paella di frutti di mare (minimo per due persone) e il polpo.
Una chicca è il liquore alle erbe.

Gran trabajo en cocina, muy buena la atención. Recomendable, pulpo a la brasa y costillas de 10. Algo diferente a lo que ofrecen los demás restaurantes de la zona, van un pasito más allá y no lo hacen nada pero q nada mal
