Tenerife First Excursions

Pedimos una excursión en barco y nos vendieron una por 54€ por persona en un catamarán con 120 personas, y una vez subimos nos dijeron que para tumbarnos en las tumbonas teníamos que pagar otros 20€, sino nos siéntese a los lados durante cuatro horas y media. Nada de esto nos fue dicho en la agencia. Muy mal. El nombre del catamarán es Freebird One: mirando sus reseñas en Google efectivamente tienen 3,5, pero no nos dijeron que haríamos la excursión con ellos.

Reservamos un tour de observación de estrellas con Dan a través de Tenerife First Excursions y quedamos muy satisfechos. Dan es un vendedor de gran reputación, dice la verdad sobre todos los tours que se ofrecen y hace excelentes recomendaciones. Cuando volvamos a Los Cristianos, volveremos a reservar con Dan. Reservé un recorrido para observar las estrellas a través de Dan en TFE en Los Cristianos con una compañía británica Night Skies con sede aquí en Tenerife, que recomendó ampliamente. Fui con ellos a su gira el 26 de enero de 2024 cuando había luna llena. Toda la experiencia fue de primera clase. La profesionalidad de los guías/astrónomos y sus telescopios de alta tecnología fue insuperable.

Recomiendo utilizar TFE para gestionar sus reservas de excursiones.

Recomiendo a todos que pasen por aquí para realizar increíbles excursiones. Hicimos un viaje en barco, contemplamos las estrellas, Siam Park. Gracias Dominika por ayudarnos a pasar unas estupendas vacaciones.

My girlfriend and I were wondering from Las Américas to Adeje and were flagged down by Kim Lory at the ticket stand asking what we have planned for our week. She was so friendly and helpful, we ended up buying tickets to Siam Park and a Buggie trip to Mount Teide and we enjoyed both immensely, it really made our time away a time to remember. Hats off to Kim, she sorted us right out, guided us with our best interests at heart and is a credit to the company. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Daniel’s advice for excursions is very good. He is very friendly and really helpful. He even brought the tickets to the hotel and he made sure that our desired excursions could be planned as we wanted! Thank you!

Nous y avons réservé une location de voiture et la sortie en mer sur un bateau viking pour voir les dauphins (il ne faut pas avoir le mal de mer). Bon conseil, bon prix. Matty a été vraiment sympa.

A gud day out on the freebird boat ride saw the whales. Went on quads today 31st aug. Wet raining and muddy it was brilliant. Very helpfull booking both trips. Highly recomend.

Mattie was amazing he managed to fit me and my wife in a day before, kept us up to date when the booking had to be cancelled due to bad weather conditions and slot us in again the next day. On the day of the quad bikes the staff there were very nice and spoke English which helped! The excursions itself was a very good experience and very informative. We really enjoyed the off road part of it. Also got mini pizzas at the end of it which was really nice. Thank you to everyone at Tenerife First Excursions!

We had a great day at Mt. Teide. There were some minor issues but Daniel solved this issues in a great way. Can highly recommend!
