Después de ver las primeras excursiones a Tenerife en TikTok, estábamos ansiosos por reservar a través de ellas. Nos reunimos con Kim a principios de esta semana, quien nos ayudó a reservar Siam Park & ​​Buggy's. Kim nos proporcionó mucha información sobre nuestra excursión y nos informó sobre muchas más. No podría recomendar lo suficiente a Lisa Fay por ayudarme a reservar excursiones para nuestras vacaciones. Reservamos 4 excursiones con Lisa y ella organizó todo, incluido el transporte hacia y desde las actividades, y logró reservarlas para los días que habíamos solicitado. Mujer encantadora y estuvo más que feliz de ayudar y responder cualquier pregunta que tuviéramos. Empezamos haciendo la excursión en quad por el Teide y, sinceramente, fue la mejor experiencia de principio a fin. Llevamos más de 25 años visitando Tenerife y pensamos que habíamos hecho todos los viajes que valieron la pena. ¡Qué equivocados podríamos estar! Kim en Tenerife First Excursions fue brillante cuando hablamos con ella sobre un viaje nocturno al Teide y nos convenció de probar el viaje en buggy para ver la puesta de sol en el Teide. ¡¡Wow wow wow! Si te encantan los atardeceres sobre las nubes y las montañas, este es el viaje que debes hacer. Tuvimos una experiencia increíble gracias a nuestro fantástico guía con Buggy Canarias, muchas fotos tomadas de una hermosa parte de la isla al atardecer.
Gracias Kim y TFE. No habríamos probado esto si no fuera por la increíble reseña que nos dieron. Hemos compartido nuestra experiencia con la familia y definitivamente volveremos a reservar la próxima vez que estemos aquí el próximo año.

No podría recomendar este grupo lo suficiente. Reservé todas mis excursiones con ellos como un paquete con una tarifa de descuento y originalmente solo cuestionaba los precios a través de Instagram. Dan, del grupo, me envió todos sus datos de contacto y facturas al instante. Hicimos Buggy's, Siam, el yate y los cielos nocturnos por un muy buen precio. Dan en particular fue de gran ayuda. Siempre accesible a través de mensajes de texto en WhatsApp en cualquier momento del día y muy profesional.

Conocí a Linda esta tarde cuando solo quedaban unos días de vacaciones. Ella fue muy encantadora y muy atenta. Le dijimos lo que realmente queríamos hacer, pero también estábamos abiertos a recomendaciones, ella lo revisó todo con nosotros y fue muy agradable. Recomiendo encarecidamente reservar a través de ellos. No puedo esperar a nuestras excursiones de hoy: viaje en barco para ver delfines y ballenas, nadar en el mar con snacks y bebidas incluidas (3 horas). Además, buggy al atardecer con snack y refresco incluidos.

We have visited Tenerife twice this year, in June and October. We contacted Kim from Tenerife First Excursions back in June who organized the Catamarran whale and dolphin trip for our family and friends. The trip was amazing! The whales and dolphins showed off in front of the boat to oohs and ahhs from us all. We enjoyed it so much that we contacted Kim again this month and she booked the trip for us a 2nd time. Thank you Kim! We absolutely loved the trip and can't thank you enough for all your knowledge of the island and all the advice you gave us on all the trips! Fantastic Fishing Trip! So we stumbled across Tenerife excursions on the off chance and I am glad we did. When we seen Lisa’s cheery face we knew we would be looked after. We wasn’t sure what we wanted to do and after Lisa went through options we picked some exciting activities! (Omega is a must) now for the best part and shows how much she cares about her customers. We had a very slight issue with the wrong dates on our tickets and Lisa was adamant that it would not ruin our day! She is a credit to the company! Lisa Faye your a star

Absolutely fantastic experience and advice from Tenerife First Excursions. Daniel and any of his team I met were absolutely lovely. Through them, on two trips now, I went paragliding (for first time), Taide star gazing experience, rented mopeds, took an afternoon whale & dolphin cruise, and had wonderful food and nightlife recommendations.

They were so helpful with every excursion and don't make you feel like you had to book with then I wouldn't go any where else only to then and every time we past by the shop Kim would always remember us. I did 4 excursions with Tenerife first excursions. I booked parascending, paragliding, half day teide and stargazing. All excursions were done very professionally, and were breathtaking. Kim and Daniel looked after you and made booking a excursion so easy and effortless. If you ever need an excursion, I 100% highly agree using Tenerife First Excursions and they will make your stay on Tenerife enjoyable and one you will always remember. I wished I could give more than 5 stars as they deserve a 10.

What can I say I contacted this company last minute after watching a few of their YouTube videos. At short notice kim was able to arrange a whole 3 day jam packed with excursions for us! I would highly recommend this excursion company over any other due to the level of customer service I received from late night messages to arranging scooter hire within 10mins of me messaging! Will most certainly be using you again please keep up the good work!

We wanted to see the dolphins but didn't know which boat to take as there are many options. Both Lea and Danny spent over 30 minutes with us answering our questions and listening to what we wanted to recommend the best option for us, they even checked the weather on the day of our trip to make sure that we would have a pleasant trip, and indeed it was. Booked jet skis, water park, and paragliding through first excursions. Great service and epic experiences. Unfortunately the paragliding was cancelled because of the wind but we’ll definitely do this next time we’re around! Highly recommended

The bus tour is a long day and tiring, but worth it to see some beautiful places on the island and to get a better understanding of Tenerife (also glad I wasn't driving on the narrow winding roads up and down the mountains!)

We booked a Boom Trike trip with Tenerife First Excursions in November 2021. Boom Trikes took us on a coastal run to Los Gigantes and inland into the mountains where we had wonderful views towards la Gomera and across to Tiede. We went to places we wouldn’t normally go made even better on the Boom trike bike. Would recommend this trip for the views and excitement of the bike. Take a jacket though! We booked through Kim at Tenerife First Excursions who arranged pick up from our Appartments. Kim was so helpful and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. Many thanks Kim.

Excellent experience! All excursions were on time, staff provided instructions and they were very polite. My favourite excursion was boat trip to El Puertito. Patrick is an experienced sailor and a great host. Lovely and snacks made by himself. Whale watching was an unique moment! Definitely do it again. Booked Car hire, Stargazing, and Kayaking with dolphin through Daniel at Tenerife First before we arrived in Tenerife. Two amazing experiences (living the dream!) and the car hire went smoothly, collected from the airport. Great Excursion company, they really care that you are have a good time. Will be defiantly booking again through Tenerife First Excursions.

Booked a coach trip during my holiday from 6th - 13th November 2021.
Daniel and his staff give great advice and are very professional.

We arrived there on time but there was overbooking on the boat to see the whales (how is that possible on a prebooked trip?). We were rellocated to the 4pm excursion and offered a full refund. When in the trip, it turned to be really disappointing. I think they should put more effort on advertising only quality excursions. Our trip was really bad, just a tourist trap: we went on a sailboat, but always with the engine (not very suitable and animal-friendly if trying to see whales). We were not offered the snorkelling option, just cheap beer. The boat did not stop for swimming as it was very cold (that is why we wanted the 1pm trip), and we did not have any snack, as we already had lunch while waiting 3hr from the 1pm excursion to the 4pm one. I feel we lost the whole day: first waiting for the overbooked excursion, and then having a poor quality excursion.

Great customer service (which is not easy to find in this area of Tenerife), affordable prices compared to what you can find online, particularly for cars.

I cannot recommend Tenerife First Excursions more if I tried! Danny, Kim and the entire team are exactly what you are looking for in an excursion business. They are a team they do not just look out for themselves but strive to make sure everything is running like a well oiled machine so that the customer is well taken care of. I have used Dannys company a few times and each time everything I have asked for has been organised to the exact detail. Friendly, organised and just a company that deserves to be up there with the best on the island.

I booked two trips with first excursions tenerife. A boat trip to see whales and dolphins and kayaking to see dolphins and turtles both trip where fantastic well organised and excellently ran events. Daniel is friendly, professional and very honest. He pointed out that seeing the wildlife was not a guarantee. Thankfully he was wrong, both trips delivered on the dolphins, whales and turtles. I can't recommend Frist Excursions Tenerife and his advice and trips highly enough. 10/10 to Daniel and his team.

Arrivé le 18/08 sur l’île de Tenerife et plus aucun moyen de locomotion à louer! Sauf que j’ai croisé Lisafay lors de ma première promenade à Costa Adeje. Cette ravissante et pétillante femme m’a trouvé une moto pour le lendemain et pour 4 jours. La découverte de l’île a commencé ainsi et je lui en suis très reconnaissant.

We booked and enjoyed the 4.5 hour boat trip Los Gigantes / Masca Bay tour. It was a wonderful excursion, numerous whales and dolphins were to be seen. Everything worked out great, there was a great opportunity for a refreshing swim. This was not our first booking with Tenerife First Excursions and definitely not the last!
