¡Gran paseo en barco! Juan y Eduardo fueron muy atentos y atractivos. Siguieron rellenando y participando todo el tiempo. Pudimos ver delfines en el barco. También se adaptaron a cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos, quitando la cubierta para que pudiéramos broncearnos y extendiendo nuestro recorrido (pagando) para que pudiéramos tener más tiempo. 100% recomendado. Experiencia asombrosa.

El capitán argentino (Guy) fue extremadamente amable y brindó información perfecta sobre los lugares y animales circundantes y claramente era muy consciente tanto de la naturaleza como del bienestar de los animales. Instruyó a todos claramente y fue amable en todo momento. Además tuvimos mucha suerte de ver ballenas muy de cerca, ¡principalmente gracias a las habilidades y discreción de nuestro maravilloso capitán! el servicio y los arreglos para nadar también fueron perfectos y bien manejados, se lo recomiendo a cualquiera

Tuvimos una de las mejores experiencias en Tenerife. Me encantó absolutamente. Álvaro es una persona súper complaciente. Mi hijo, que tiene casi 8 años, quedó sorprendido de lo bien recibido que fue. Vimos delfines y ballenas piloto, tuvimos mucho tiempo para nadar y tomamos refrigerios fantásticos. Fue increíble. ¡¡No creas que puedes encontrar un viaje en barco mejor así que no lo hagas dos veces y no dudes en reservar con ellos!

Fantástico viaje en barco para nuestra familia, un yate realmente agradable, una tripulación amigable y durante nuestro viaje de dos horas vimos delfines y una tortuga. Incluso paramos para nadar en el mar. Mi hijo de seis años dijo "fue mejor que increíble". Vale la pena reservar.

¡Eso es simplemente genial! Gran capitán, gran servicio. Y como permanece fuera más tiempo, puedes observar a los calderones incluso sin otros barcos cerca.
¡Volveremos!

Una excursión excelente, reservamos esta excursión en velero con una duración de 3 horas, nos recibieron en la puerta del muelle, mostramos nuestro billete y nos acompañaron hasta el velero, un velero de 14 metros todo restaurado y muy bien cuidado. Hay que decir que zarpamos y fuimos a ver cetáceos, como calderones y delfines, paramos en una cala cercana a la costa para nadar con máscaras y snorkels, sirviéndonos un prosecco o cerveza o zumos y bebidas sin alcohol y unos bocadillos.y fruta para comer, una excelente experiencia definitivamente lo recomiendo!

Una experiencia realmente agradable. Paul y el capitán Ancor eran personas realmente agradables. Un pequeño grupo en el maletero (sólo 8 personas).
Había cava, sándwich y bebidas disponibles. Vimos las ballenas y disfrutamos mucho.

Muy lindo viaje, vimos las ballenas desde muy cerca. Comandante muy informado y un servicio completo incluyendo aperitivo, bocadillo, bebidas, fruta. Todo estuvo muy lindo. Se lo recomiendo a todos.

Second time I’ve chartered boats with Tenerife Sailing Charters. Today we had 20 guests and took two boats. Everyone had a fantastic day. The crews were super professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They provided food/snacks which was delicious. We tracked down some turtles, dolphins and luckily enough to spot some whales on the way home. Highly recommend and suggest booking direct. Great day!

We had a day boat trip at No Worries with Juan. The trip was very nice. Very attentive crew. Delicious food. Very fun activities (paddling, snorkeling) and great ambiance with great music.

I booked this experience with my girlfriend and it was simply horrible.
We arrive earlier than the depart time but the captain (Guy was his name) asked us to stay in front of the boat where there is no cover for sun.
We told him that we would like to stay in the back of the boat but he told us that we stay there (in front) or we leave the boat.
After some time another 2 persons joined the boat he place them in the back of the boat.
We decided to leave the boat before the 3 hours cruise starts and we asked to talk with the manager over there in order to find a solution.
The manager’s wife told us to “fuck off and leave”, really really rude.
My advice is to look for some other tour or ask from the beggining if there are seats with shadow on the boat. To stay 3 hours under the tenerife sun without any shadow it’s a painful experience.
As well they called us after my fiancé review and they told us that they will not give us a refund even if it was booked via GetYourGuide. Horrible persons, do not recommend, there are a lot of other choices with nice crew and captains.
They just want to fill the boat with as many persons as possible for profit.

Horrible experience! We ended up leaving the boat before the trip started because this captain Guy was forcing us to stay in the front of the boat in the sun without allowing us to sit with the rest of the people (this came right after he asked myself and my partner where are we from). We told him nicely that we want to sit with the rest, there were 2 empty spots there, but he just refused us - that came after he told us a speech about how to make the world a better place (I guess he didn’t consider the world can be a better place if you help people preventing skin cancer). When we stepped out of the boat, the staff again was so rude, cursing us and turning their backs saying they don’t want to talk to us (they were even proclaiming they are always saying their customer to sit wherever they want, but they didn’t want to talk to the captain to leave us to actually stay wherever we want). While I was writing this review the boss called me to tell me he is not giving me a refund (using the words “Say bye to your money! ”) because of the review I wrote on “Get your guide”…I went on many other boat trips, never found a service worse than this one.

Later edit: Dear staff of Tenerife Sailing Charters, I hope I will never have the unplasure to hear from/ about you again. I just said “hello” to my money thanks to Get Your Guide amazing and very responsive team!

First time on sailing boat. We saw different dolphins and green turtle, went swimming and sandwiches. Everything went as told and was easy. Sea sickness was taken ok also: D Thanks for the Captain.

We had an amazing time on Pecazul with Danny as our tour guide. Danny was very knowledgeable about the area, all the sea animals that inhabit or migrate to the area, he was very good at including everyone on the boat that was fully booked (11 people, yet still spacious and easy to move around the boat)

We were lucky enough to see a couple of Turtles, countless Dolphins and a few Whales! Really we could not have wished for a better tour, unfortunetly the wind was acting irregular and we could not raise sail because of it, understandably.

Snacks and drinks was nice and we really enjoyed taking a swim in a really cool bay that Danny put down the anchor in.

Danny really made this tour good, alot of boat tours have unintrested tour guides that ruin the whole experience. This was not the case with Danny.

Fantastic trip on a small, quiet boat with the very knowledgeable and entertaining Captain Guy. I'd thoroughly recommend this if you want a quiet informal trip, Guy kept us away from the main group of other boats doing whale/dolphin watching and we really benefitted from being separated from the hubbub. His knowledge was second to none, answered all our questions and was very respectful of nature. The owner Paul was a pleasure to deal with, great communication and picked us up where and when he said he would. Don't hesitate, book this trip.

Un moment magique avec l'observation d'une famille de globicephal. Exceptionnel et inoubliable. Merci à Kevin qui était aux petits soins avec nous et particulièrement avec la future maman qui était présente ce jour là. Le spot de baignade était génial avec une mer transparente, la vue sur les poissons était impressionnante. On recommande vivement cette excursion en petit comité, tout était parfait!

Fantastic 2 hour charter on “no worries”. With my wife and 2 young children. Jose and Juan couldn’t have been more helpful, fantastic with the kids and making it a great morning. Would recommend.

My partner and I booked this experience for today. Unfortunately, my partner became very ill during the night and, after a consultation with a doctor at the hotel, he was sent to the emergency department at the local hospital in the morning, about 3 hours before the experience was supposed to start. I tried calling them immediately, but no one answered until after 9: 30am. When they did answer, they told me that they cannot offer us a refund because we didn’t cancel 24 hours before, like we were supposed to know that my partner will become sick. I understand the cancellation policy has a reason, but this was an exceptional circumstance and has made our holiday ever worse than it already is. My partner is still in the hospital with dangerous symptoms hoping that he’ll be released tomorrow, but now we can’t even get a refund due to his sudden illness.

L'accueil était sympathique avec boisson à volonté et champagne pour notre arrivée sur le bateau.
Le guide était très gentil mais ne parlait pas français comme indiqué lors de la réservation.

Nous avons vue seulement des dauphins, il n'y a pas de tortue comme annoncé pour vendre

Nous avons tout de même passer un moment confortable et agréable

Nous venons de faire l'activité aujourd'hui, pour commencer le guide n'as pas parler un mot de français alors que nous avions bien réservée avec guide en français, mais par contre il était très sympathique.
Nous avons pu observer des dauphins.
Mais le "spot" de baignade pour observer les tortues est vraiment pas beau, l'eau n'est pas claire alors qu'il fessait très beau et le guide nous a clairement dit qu'il n'y aurait pas de tortues, très déçu du spot de baignade. Et aucune baleine en vue non plus.
Rien à dire sur le repas et les boissons.
Je ne recommande pas.

Great and amazing event, employee's are nice especially Guy, he kept us throughly entertained the whole boat ride was very accommodating and informative.

I was planning this for a surprise engagement to my now fiance. From the moment I contacted the company they truly were excellent with keeping in contact with me and even playing along with the plan to get my partner onto the boat as I "won it" as a prize. The staff on the boat were absolutely fantastic and genuinely couldn't have made the experience any better for us. The pictures they took for us and attention to detail given will be forever in our memories. I cannot recommend tenerife sailing charters highly enough. We had the sunset cruise on the no worries boat. This trip will never be forgotten for us. Thank you to everyone involved for making our special evening perfect!

We had the best day with Captain Jose and Juan! Incredibly friendly crew, No Worries was a nice and clean boat, and a beautiful trip around the island.

A very successful trip, we saw dolphins, whales and turtle's finished off nicely with a swim, food and beer! Danny the captain was a very friendly and energetic host, clearly very experienced and knowledgeable which added a great touch to the experience. Thank you Danny!

We went out on a boat June 2022 and we were well looked after by both members of staff Juan and Jose. They went out of their way to make the trip one to remember and they couldn’t do enough for us. The food was beautiful, the drinks were flowing and the boat was perfect!
We booked the boat through Paul- the communication was brilliant and the boat was just beautiful.
I’d highly recommend this company and we will definitely be going with them again next year!

A fantastic trip with Captain José and Skipper Juan. They were both friendly, entertaining and incredibly attentive to all of our needs.

From the initial chat to Paul, to being welcomed at the port on our arrival, we knew we were in good hands.

I've chartered several boats on holidays in the past, and this was certainly one of the best - the food and drink was faultless, the locations visited were stunning and the whole team at Tenerife Sailing Charters went out of their way to ensure a valuable and unforgettable experience.

We had a private boat trip. Captain Jose and his assistant Jose were beyond nice. According to them, it was great luck, as we saw lots of dolphins and there was no wind at all + great weather. All inclusive (snacks and prosecco). We had a swim and even some surf board practice! It was a highlight of our trip, would definitely go again

We loved our Whalewatching Trip with Captain Dani! Cool guy, very experienced and a super nice host on board. Everything was well organized. We enjoyed seeing whales and dolphines very much - and of course the drinks. Thanks for that amazing experience!

Nuestro guía fue Dani y encantadas con el trato y su trabajo. Éramos españoles y extranjeros y cambiaba de un idioma a otra para que nadie se perdiera, nos resolvió todas las dudas sobre cositas que íbamos encontrando en el viaje y sobre los animales que vimos. Lo mejor fue que respetaba mucho la vida marina. Vimos ballenas y delfines, pero sin acosarles, ni asustarles con los motores, ni mucho menos, ponerles en peligro. De hecho, cuando nuestro barco se quedó solo y Dani apagó el motor fue un grupo de ballenas el que se acercó a nosotros y fue increíble. Creo que en este tipo de actividad turística es lo que más hay que valorar. Repetiríamos y lo recomendamos sin duda.

Captain Guy and the team at Tenerife Sailing Charters absolutely MADE our experience in Tenerife this winter. My group and I rented the smallest boat for a 2 hour charter, and were treated exceptionally well— food and drinks were provided and were delicious, and we were able to customize the itinerary for our group. My highest praise goes to Captain Guy, though— what an astoundingly knowledgeable and fun captain! He knew so much about local wildlife, and helped us to spot many different species of animals including pilot whales and dolphins. He also knew prime spots for swimming, and indulged our many questions. Without a doubt, if I were ever to go back to Tenerife I would book another trip with this company and Captain Guy. It was truly one of the most fun experiences I’ve ever had.

We had an absolutely amazing boat trip, our captain Dani was fantastic, so friendly and informative. We saw pilot whales that swam right near to the boat once the engine was turned off and a beautiful pod of dolphins. Would highly recommend.

Friendly staff that managed to get close to some pilot whales. No sailing although we went on a sailboat. The "champagne" was cava, snacks was grapes and a baguette. Unfortunately no turtles spotted. As it got cold towards the end, blankets would've been nice. All in all too expensive and a bit too long (3 hrs). Our trip wasn't at full capacity - I can imagine that 12 people on an old 33 foot boat is doable but not comfortable for all as proper seats are missing.

Booking for 8 people. Lots of space, perfect boat for the group very professional and a Excellent captain Yuri. Highly recomend this charter. 10 out of 10

Super croisière de 3h en après midi (départ ponctuel à 13h fin Mars 2021). Nous n'étions que 4 participants et avons eu beaucoup de chance, nous avons pu apercevoir des baleines, des dauphins (qui ont suivi le bateau pendant plusieurs minutes), et même une tortue de mer. Notre skipper était très sympa et nous a donné des explications sur l'île et sur les cétacés en anglais et espagnol. Petit "plus": une bouteille de cava à partager, ainsi que d'autres boissons au choix, sandwiches et fruits sont offerts à bord. Nous avons passé un super moment, je recommande!

Fantástica experiencia. Excelente atención desde el primer momento. Al ser un grupo reducido (6 personas) pudimos movernos con muchísima comodidad en el barco. El capitán un 10. Absolutamente recomendable. Vimos 2 familias de cetáceos.

An amazing experience that my whole family enjoyed. We were blown away by the dolphins and whales. The boats captain were fantastic and very skilled to get us infront of the dolphin and whales paths the animals didnt disappoint us they showed off and carried on their way. We had such a professional service from hotel pickup to be dropped off again cant wait to book again in 2020 worth every euro or pound!

Had a really great morning on a private charter sailing yacht. The TSC team were all very friendly/attentive. Saw dolphins and whales. Lots of lovely food so, don't bother with breakfast!

An incredible experience seeing and hearing the dolphins and whales up so close in their natural habitat. A great company and a wonderful trip all round. Will 100% be booking this exact trip again next time we're in teneifre.

We had an absolut great day, watching lots of whales and dolphins coming very close to our luxurious sailing boat. Our skipper Josue made a great job to show us, a private group of 10 people, around in this lovely part of the world and to serve us a variety of drinks and tasty food. It was an absolute pleasure being on board. Thank You!
