Una experiencia altamente recomendada. Un espacio ideal para la concentración, la socialización y el networking. La azotea es un oasis en el centro de la ciudad, la cocina muy funcional y los desayunos magníficos. Leo y Layla te hacen sentir como en casa. Recomiendo 100%.

By far the best co-working space in Las Palmas! If you are a digital nomad or remote worker this is a must. Thank you Leo and Marcos for your big warm hearts. If you want to be a part of a hip, inclusive community while being productive while you work, this is the place to be. It's such a beautiful space, great location and specular events from the dopest parties, yoga, workouts and yummy community breakfast. The House Club is by far the prototype of what every co-working space should be, Muchas Gracias, I will definitely be back again!

For me this is the nicest, best co working place on the island. I tested 6 other places. Wifi is super fast, places to work are spacious, the interior is super pretty, healthy, beautiful plants everywhere. There is a pretty kitchen with all you need, super clean at all times. It is a networking place where you can (but must not if you don’t like to) participate in several social events like a common (and very good) Breakfast once a week, Events like concerts on Friday evening, afternoon sports etc. Leo and Marcos are super welcoming and make this house a home.

This co-working space is gorgeous - like being in an urban oasis full of plants and charming decor. My favourite area was the terrace which is sunny but shaded enough to sit at the many tables to work on a laptop (a real blessing when you come from Manchester in the UK!). Marcus was super helpful and friendly. I was only here for a short time but will be returning for a longer stay next winter and would definitely recommend working here

El mejor coworking de la ciudad. Me encantó el profesionalismo y la extravagancia de la oficina. No es la típica oficina de lona blanca, ¡lo cual me encantó! Un montón de actividades y eventos interesantes, afterworks y, sobre todo, una amabilidad que no he encontrado en ningún otro lugar. No puedo esperar a volver el próximo invierno. La Casa es uno de los lugares más maravillosos que tuve el placer de visitar en Gran Canaria. Trabajar aquí es muy divertido y sólo puedo recomendarlo. Definitivamente volveremos el año que viene.

This place is amazing, I cannot recommend it enough! The House is bright and beautiful, like the managers! More than just a place to work, there are tons of activities and festivities so you feel part of a community. Absolutely loved my time here.

Un petit paradis! Une maison pleine de charme, de plantes et de good vibes. Diriger par une équipe au top. Ce n est pas seulement un co-working, mais un réel lieu de vie! Il y fait bon vivre, entre le calme des bureaux et l ambiance des afterworks.

Para mi Thehouse es perfecto: Amplios espacios ventilados con techos altos. Habitaciones accesibles con buen pasillo circundando un patio central donde se suele poner el artista cuando hay algún "evento", llamase concierto o obra de teatro o monologos, etc etc.
La decoración de la estancia es sutil y de ambiente acogedor.
Concretamente el evento de ayer; la presentación del album de la cantante Canaria Cira Rodriguez estuvo excelente. La música pegadiza, contagiosa, que invitaba a bailar, como así fue.
Tras la actuación hubo bufett: tapas variadas, exquisitas con platos tipicos canarios, nacionales y extranjeros NOTABLE ALTO.
El encargado Leo se esmero que no faltara nada a nadie. Mucha atención y buen servicio.
Yo volvería a repetir.

Sitio INCREIBLE para hacer un evento a celebrar un cumpleaños. Yo he celebrado mis 40 y volveré a repetir.
Ubicación perfecta, la gente que te organiza el evento SUPER PROFESIONAL y super simpática.
Ellos, si tu quieres se encargan de los "Amenities". El catering hecho por Martita Lee cocina platos buenísimos, buenas cantidades y aun precio increible.

This was the best coworking experience in my life! It truly feels like a big house, with different sceneries spread across. Leo’s energy is so positive; and he manages to keep everything on his vibe!

I was there only for 2 days so couldn't attend other events, but I managed to attend the (free) breakfast which was PHENOMENAL, the best local food! Will be coming here for sure:)

The House Coworking experience is superb. It has it all: Godspeed Internet, lovely people, a nice terrace with lots of sunshine and plants everywhere. The plans are flexible and good value for money. I appreciated that they even had standing desks, rest areas (hammocks even), kitchen and the fact that they organise regular socials where you can network and meet new people. If you’re working remotely from Gran Canaria (and why wouldn’t you), I highly recommend The House.

My first time in a Coworking place - and I must say it will be really hard to top this experience. Leo's energy lights up the whole place, his positivity is contagious and he is always ready to help & cheer you up.
The House is big and beautiful, with terraces to enjoy the forever-summer-weather in Gran Canaria - even during your working hours. There are several activities such as afterwork parties, meditation, yoga, thai massage, the famous Friday breakfast and the list goes on and on.

Es un lugar con magia. Es un lugar de trabajo con sabor a hogar, a calma, a diversión, a concentración, a familia. Y leo es absolutamente maravilloso igual que te da un chute de energía, te sostiene cuando lo necesitas. The House es extraordinario

Un lugar fantástico para trabajar!
El edificio se encuentra en pleno corazón de las palmas, a pocos metros tienes diferentes paradas de autobuses. ¡Nunca había sido tan fácil llegar a la oficina! Además The house cuenta con maravillosos servicios como almuerzos, masajes, yoga o peluquería. ¡Se puede tener todo en el mismo sitio! Solo tienes que reservar el día y la hora.

The building is sublime, the offices are calm and inspiring. I received a professional and warm welcome which immediately won me over. It is the essential place to come to work in Las Palmas!

It's not just The House, its Home. Equipped with amazing work space and lighting fast internet, it will fulfill all your work station needs. The House has the most welcoming living area and comfortable couches for all your napping needs. Friendly faces smiling back at you with every corner you take, the community is one of the strongest I've felt in any coworking space. Finally, no ship is complete without its Captain and Leo is the Captain of all Captain. If he was the captain on the Titanic, not only would that ship still be sailing, but it would be the most fun and exciting ship these oceans have ever seen. Las Vegas pales in comparison to his energy and Mother Theresa has got nothing on his compassion. He is the heart and soul of the House.

I only stayed in the house for one day but it was a great experience. The place is very bright and has a big variance of spaces to work from and chill.

Wifi is very good and stable.

The host Leo is an awesome guy and I would love to come back in the future.

El nuevo edificio de The House es incluso mucho mejor que el anterior. Tiene 3 plantas, y espacios muy luminosos en todas ellas. También tiene cocina, máquinas de café, salas de reuniones con cámaras web y appleTV, dos terrazas acondicionadas. Hay incluso una barbacoa en una de ellas! También decir que es un ambiente multicultural, ya que hay gente de distintas partes del mundo con las que puedes practicar idiomas.

Me gusta trabajar aquí, no sólo por el buen ambiente que hay, sino por la localización y el edificio en sí. Con una amplia terraza donde a veces organizamos barbacoas, o podemos practicar yoga. El edificio está totalmente reformado y tiene un diseño moderno y atractivo. Recomiendo trabajar aquí.

Great coworking space right next to Triana and San Telmo Station. Super friendly welcome including tour by Richard and a welcome email with everything you need to know. Lots of space, great meeting rooms which I was able to use for a private call and an amazing terrace. Just a cool vibe about the place and the other coworkers. Lots of activities and FB/WA groups available so there really is a community here at the House.

Lots of space, english speaking owner, comfy chairs, fast internet - all you need in one place. I will definetely come back.

Richard, Ted and Yvonne have been really welcoming and flexible while I was finding my bearings in Las Palmas. I love what they’ve done with the interiors, a clever combo of trendy warehouse style with original features such as ornamental tiles and wooden shutters. It’s really spacious with two equipped kitchens, a bathroom on every floor, and a massive roof terrace where people have lunch together.

They supply large desks with built-in power sockets, comfortable desk chairs, water coolers in every corner, tea and coffee pretty much on tap, and breakfast for everyone on Fridays, you’ll be totally looked after! Don’t miss checking The House if you’re coworking in Las Palmas you won’t regret it!

For me as a foreigner the best thing is that community here talks in English without any problems. Also I like that the place has good internet connection, is close to the city centre. I would recommend THE HOUSE to anyone who is looking for a cozy place to work and friendly people to communicate with.

I've enjoyed The House coworking and it's people a lot, super friendly and great atmosphere. The vibe is the best of all coworking spaces I've been to in Las Palmas. Also the location in the old city is fantastic. In the same street you can find a super nice and healthy place to eat "Dara Feeling Good" and opposite of Dara there is a speciality coffee shop "Aromas de Abisinia" offering even local coffee beans from the Agaete valley!

I love The House roof top, it's great for having a lunch break, to catch up sunshine, to relax or socialize or simply to stretch. Altogether a wonderful experience, highly recommended!

En un entorno privilegiado, donde puedes salir y encontrar de todo, está este lugar pintoresco donde, además de trabajar a gusto con gente de todos sitios y condiciones, puedes practicar y mejorar el inglés, algo que agradezco muchísimo. Un sitio genial para trabajar y charlar con gente del mundillo tecnológico (y no tecnológico).

The House coworking es uno de los espacios de coworking más interesantes de Gran Canaria y uno de lo más representativos de toda Canarias por su particular espacio físico, una casa entera (y típica) de la zona de Triana, totalmente reformada y adaptada para el trabajo compartido, donde practicar inglés (u otros idiomas) además de conocer gente y profesionales de múltiples lugares del mundo es algo tan cotidiano como inspirador. Me encantaría que fuera un lugar mucho más sostenible, algo más "Kid friendly" o "Pet friendly" LOL, pero tampoco hay que ponerse sibaritas.

Fantastic coworking office located in the historic quarter of Las Palmas. Friendly coworkers, rooftop terrace to enjoy the the sunshine whilst you work and the office itself is found within a charming 400 year old house. Great fibre optic/wifi also!

I really enjoyed working for 10 days at the-house. Located in the middle of the old town, it is a great space to work and to meet interesting people.

The staff and the coworkers were very friendly and supportive. Richard provided a monitor and 24 hours access, so I was able to work a lot in a good athmosphere. The coworkers very also very supporting and we had a lot of fun during the pauses, going out for lunch or dinner. During work it was pleasantly quiet in the space.
Cant wait to get back there!
