The Suites at Beverly Hills Tenerife

Esta reseña es para un apartamento tipo estudio.
Estancia decente por algunas noches. Cucarachas encontradas. He adjuntado una imagen, entiendo que es común, pero hemos pagado una cantidad decente para quedarnos.
El check in y el check out fueron agradables. No había mucha insonorización, estábamos en el nivel del suelo y podíamos escuchar a la gente normalmente caminando escaleras arriba y al lado. No nos molestó mucho porque estábamos muy cansados, pero ten cuidado si tienes el sueño ligero. Tienes que pagar un depósito de 10 euros para tener acceso al aire acondicionado, lo cual es realmente extraño.
Estancia económica general.

Desafortunadamente, no puedo recomendar The Suites. Las habitaciones son increíblemente anticuadas y las camas son ridículamente incómodas (¡tanto es así que tuve que recibir un masaje profundo en la espalda el día después de llegar a casa!) El aire acondicionado en la habitación no funcionó desde el momento en que entramos.de lo cual informamos a la recepción. Nuestra primera respuesta fue "bueno, la gente que estuvo en esto antes que tú no tuvo problemas", y a partir de ahí las cosas empeoraron. La recepcionista fue engreída y grosera, nos dijeron numerosas veces que arreglarían el aire acondicionado, pero nunca fue así. ¿La solución? Una unidad de pingüinos increíblemente ruidosa. Si no te gustan los escalones, no te quedes aquí. Si te gusta dar un paseo de 20 minutos hasta la playa o pasear por la zona y no te importa que castiguen tu columna, entonces este lugar es ideal, aunque probablemente reservaría en otro lugar. Es demasiado caro para lo que obtienes. Nunca desayunamos, sobre todo porque la cena fue una gran decepción. Si eres fumador, las mesas al lado de la pared en el área del bar son solo para fumadores, aunque no hay carteles en ninguna parte que digan esto. Solo hay suficiente agua caliente para una ducha muy rápida, después de 10 minutos se enfría, por lo que si sois más de uno, necesitaréis establecer un horario. Fue una de las peores estancias que hemos tenido y no deseamos volver.

Lugar tranquilo para alojarse en los cristianos, los apartamentos son amplios y sobre todo limpios. Tienes lo esencial para alojarte. Lo que más me gustó fue la terraza, muy grande, donde poder desayunar tranquilamente. De las demás instalaciones no puedo opinar dado que solo acudí una vez a la piscina.

Mi reciente visita a este lugar fue extremadamente decepcionante. Al llegar, me encontré con una señora vestida con ropa sucia que se hizo pasar por seguridad y me negó la entrada. El director de la recepción fue grosero y descortés. Nunca antes había experimentado un trato así y recomiendo encarecidamente a los futuros huéspedes que eviten este lugar para evitar un mal día. El servicio al cliente y la hospitalidad son muy escasos aquí.

Todo comenzó con una muy buena bienvenida a las 23: 00 horas, seguida del acompañamiento por parte del guardia de seguridad a nuestro apartamento
Apartamento (h215) con habitación doble: muy espacioso, muy bien equipado, con una gran vista y con dos terrazas.
La piscina no está muy caliente, pero para los niños está bien,
Lugar muy limpio, sorprendentemente tranquilo! Muy agradable en familia
El personal es muy correcto, muy profesional, muy agradable
El desayuno correcto, en la terraza
Billar al aire libre.

Apartamentos grandes, personal amable, desayuno muy bueno y variado, habitaciones limpias.

Lovely clean place, pool areas kept very clean as is the whole place, highly recommend the VIP service, the children's entertainment are really good they give the hotel a really nice welcoming atmosphere as do even the life guards loved my stay here will definitely be staying again

+: Hemos estado una semana de vacaciones en este complejo de apartamentos, el apartamento de 10 la amabilidad del personal un 10 sobretodo en el comedor Dario y Caterina simpáticos, amables y muy trabajadores hemos estado encantados volveríamos sin duda y lo recomendamos.

-: La limpieza muy deficiente y la comida en el buffet para la cena muy escasa y repetitiva.

My husband and I stayed this November in Beverly Hills. We have enjoyed our stay there. The staff was very welcome and helpful, every evening entertainments for the hotel guests. The apartment was lovely. Good location with plenty of restaurants around. The hotel is 15 mins walk to the beach but we didn't mind. Also there is regular free busses going to the beach. Definitely a place to go back to.

El mejor apartamento en el que he estado hasta ahora, muy espacioso, limpio, nuevo y con todo lo necesario. El personal super amable, y la comida buffet del restaurante muy buena. Puedes pagar 12 euros por ella, y 7 por el desayuno, y tienes la opción de pagar 15 si reservas ambas. La localización del hotel muy buena también, sitio tranquilo. Tienen actuaciones, piscina, gimnasio, pista tenis, etc. Si vuelvo a Tenerife repetiria en este lugar, muy recomendable.

We stayed here for 2wks mid October had a great time the staff were very friendly, rooms are nice and big and cleaners called every day with fresh towels and sheets and cleaned around, we stayed in C block 2nd floor with a pool view nice big balcony, food is nice and decent price we will be back again

Amazing hotel you have your own little apartment with a frige and cooker also theres a little super market just at the top of the road to get whatever you need

Excellent hotel, pools, parking, facilities staff and location. We have been here many times over many years and still enjoy it. The accommodation could do with updating looking and feeling a little tired although still very clean hence the 4 star rating and not the 5 it really deserves

Il residence è di pessimo stato wi fi non funziona il bagno è pietoso non è un appartamento è un corridoio ho cambiato anche l’appartamento da peggio in peggio.

Value for money is brilliant at this place.
I’ve stayed twice and on both occasions the staff were really helpful and polite and the rooms are very clean and well equipped.

If you can get a room the looks towards the ocean, the balcony is a lovely place for breakfast and drink in the evening.

There is a little supermarket next door that whilst is a little expensive has everything you need.

If you’re booking here be aware that it’s at the top of the hill so about a 25 min walk from Los Cristianos but a taxi is only about 5 euros and the walk for us was absolutely fine.

If you’re looking for a good hotel, I recommend this one completely and I’m going back again in November this year!

Fantastic stay here, found staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a 1 bed appartment, overlooking the sea. Room very comfortable, everything you need. 5min walk to supermarket, lots of bars and restraunts within easy 2min walking distance, yet nice and quiet at night. Set on a hill and lots of steps but also has ramp walkways. Highly recommended

Beverly hills club is a lovely complex my only issue is all the steps to some apartments hard going the pool is small not enough sun loungers staff friendly bell boy is very helpfull when available apartments were spotless and cleaned regularly would stay again on lower level

Mauvaise acoustique des chambres, on entend les voisins, les roues des chariots de ménage. Les équipements de l'hôtel sont payants, comme le tennis, le billard, le bowling. Les repas sont totalement industriels (croissant, gâteaux.). Le prix des consommations est élevé. Le plus, le personnel sympa.

Stead here on 30/9/18, Complex is great, very clean, friendly helpful staff, decent entertainment. Steps everywhere, but also ramps for disabled. Rooms kitted out with everything you may need for self catering.
Would defo stay again. Also free bus pick up and return to Los Americas For me, only downside is mattress hard and bit lumpy.
Shops bars and restaurants to Hand.
Defo recommend the beverly Hills suites tenerife.

Decent hotel. Was clean and I even got a free room upgrade! Only reason for 4* is because of the air con automatically shutting off in the middle of the night not to come back on until late in the morning. Would also be nice to have the option for a double bed instead of two singles. Concierge was very informative and helpful when it came to booking activities and local information. Would stay again.

Todo muy bien los apartamentos muy cuidados y limpios, todo en general muy cuidado y el personal en general encantadores.

Lugar para turistas extranjeros, bonito, limpio y buen servicio. El desayuno bufet excelente, el complejo muy bonito y silencio durante la noche. Me alojé por trabajo a pesar de ser un complejo vacacional, pero supieron ubicarme en un apartamento silencioso y atender mis necesidades de forma adecuada y solvente. Uno de los Buenos alojamientos ee la costa Sur de Tenerife.

Free bus into town and back aswell as playa las Americas.
Good breakfast and friendly staff.

I was yesterday with some friends to eat something for dinner and we went to the bar, and we waited more than one hour just for some fast food. The guy was aloneand we understand that point, he's the "barman" not a cooking chef. But the service was very bad. Lovely place but a lot of clients and only one person working there.
