REVISAD EL COCHE CON MUCHO CUIDADO. Me dieron el coche diciéndome que no tenía ningún golpe, pero al revisarlo me encontré con una muesca. Se lo comunico a encargado, lo apunta en la hoja (como se ve en la imagen). Cuando volvemos a casa nos encontramos con un cargo de 625€. Llamamos y es porque tiene un golpe (ese golpe). Además habíamos encargado dos sillas para niños y no las tenían preparadas. Nos querían colar elevadores, poniendo en peligro la vida de nuestros hijos. Servicio lamentable.

Attention: on the website, when you book, you are informed that a deposit of 500€ is required and in fact, they'll ask for a deposit of 775€!
And you MUST accept if you want to get the car: (

Nice car, almost new.downside is the car pickup. 2 people in queue front of you takes one hour of waiting.

Run away!
I booked a car online for 109€ for 5 days including insurances, at the desk asked me for a 380€ deposit. But back home we discovered that they charged us an additional 343€.
I have no invoice or anything explaining what they charged us for. Impossible to reach anyone on phone, no answer to my emails.
Truelly not acceptable for a company belonging to Hertz group!

Untrustworthy and charged a lot of extra fees for services not agreed upon. When confronted they were very aggressive and verbal. Don't rent here.

Car was fine; return procedure was fine. BUT I cannot describe how furious I was to have to queue for 1 hour and 20 minutes to pick up a pre-booked, pre-paid car. It's just not good enough. We were in the same queue as the people who had to go through the whole lengthy process of proving their identity and choosing their car. It was inefficient and I challenge the bosses of Hertz/Thrifty to go under cover and see how they like it.
The context is that the ONLY reason I was hiring a car is that it costs about the same as a private return transfer from PMI to Alcudia, and the reason I wanted a private transfer is that if you book the regular transfer the transfer company Transunion takes passengers to Port d'Alcudia via all the north coast resorts and Port de Pollensa and Alcanada and anywhere else but just going to Alcudia. These detours add 45 minutes- 1 hour onto the transfer time.
