Mi amigo vendría y decidimos alquilar con Topacio porque tenían un Beverly 400 como el que tengo personalmente.
Cosas importantes que debe saber sobre este alquiler aprendidas de nuestra experiencia:
- te dirán que tomes fotos y videos de la bicicleta y lo respeto, pero cuando regreses intentarán cobrarte por cualquier daño aleatorio en la bicicleta, como si lo intentaran para ver si tienes una foto. prueba del daño o no. Por supuesto encontramos los daños en las fotos y todo estuvo bien, pero recuerda tomar muchas fotos y hacer un video.
- La Beverly 400 está en mal estado, hay vibración en la dirección, se vuelven locas después de 80 kmh y la suspensión trasera tiene juego, la moto es inestable en las curvas y está en mal estado en general. El mecánico echó un vistazo y dijo que la bicicleta estaba bien: D No volvería a alquilar una Beverly. Como tengo la misma bicicleta aquí en Tenerife sé qué está bien y qué está mal.
- También alquilamos Zontes 300 por unos días y la bicicleta estaba perfectamente bien.
- Si tienes dos reservas consecutivas para dos bicicletas diferentes, te cobrarán dos veces el mismo día, lo cual está bien, pero también te dirán que vengas temprano ese día, lo cual no está bien, ya que pagas dos veces el mismo día (aunque entiendo). la bicicleta debe estar preparada para el próximo cliente).
En general, la experiencia estuvo bien.

He alquilado a Topacio dos veces y ambas experiencias fueron excelentes. Las motos estaban en perfecto estado. Ofrecen prácticos extras como soportes para el teléfono y fundas por sólo 5€ cada uno. La comunicación fue fácil y me devolvieron rápidamente mi depósito de 500 € después de que devolví la motocicleta. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Buen equipo, sencillo y servicial. Teníamos una Africa Twin y una Tiger y no tuvimos problemas. Las máquinas están usadas pero técnicamente en buen estado. Tuve que posponerlo un día con poca antelación, lo cual fue posible sin problemas. Sólo puedo recomendar.

Muy cálida bienvenida, el equipo alquiló una scooter Suzuki avenis nueva de 125 cc. ¡Quién nos llevará por la isla sin problemas! ¡Yo recomiendo!

Alquilamos un par de motos, todas estaban en perfecto estado. Una estrella menos para los cascos y chaquetas, algunos eran bastante viejos y olían mal.

Muy buen servicio de alquiler de motos. Tenía una Honda Shadow 750 y estaba en excelentes condiciones. Te instan a que tomes fotos de tu bicicleta antes de sacarla del edificio, por lo que será muy sencillo cuando la devuelvas. Volveré a alquilar aquí en un futuro próximo.

Alquilamos dos bicicletas y dos scooters durante las vacaciones. El personal era encantador y el precio era perfecto. Tuve un problema con uno de los scooters mientras estaba fuera (no es culpa de las tiendas), salieron directamente y lo arreglaron y salimos nuevamente en 30 minutos. ¡Definitivamente lo recomendaría y lo usaría nuevamente!

¡Compañía muy decepcionante! Nunca alquilaría aquí. Mi amigo y yo alquilamos una moto de 125 cc y pagamos una fianza de 200 €. La moto ya no estaba en orden (la horquilla delantera estaba torcida), lo que provocó una pequeña caída. El daño fueron al menos algunos rasguños en el costado. Pensé que mi depósito cubriría los daños. Al final me vi obligado a pagar 150 euros además del depósito. Cuando dije que no quería/no podía, el ambiente se volvió un poco sombrío. La mujer que trabaja allí llamó a algunos otros hombres para mostrar su poder. ¡Nunca alquiles aquí!

Wir haben im Mai 2023 eine BMW F800s für drei Tage ausgeliehen. Die Maschine war super in Schuss. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis war sehr gut. Eine absolute Empfehlung im Süden Teneriffas.

Alles super. Sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Top gepflegtes Motorrad. Einziges Manko: Die Afican Twin konnte ich nur mit Haftpflichtversicherung leihen. Vollkasko mit z. B. 1000 Euro Selbstbeteiligung ist nicht möglich.

Este fin de semana alquile la moto BMW310G, la moto va de lujo, aunque tuve un problemilla con el embrague, pero a parte eso, la moto es una pasada, es muy cómoda de llevar, y el personal es muy amable. Recomiendo 100%, alquilar la moto aqui

Everything in great order. Conditions and prizes of rental without any surprises. Bike in good condition, hosts kind and helpful. I highly recommend every rider, who wants to ride motorbike on Tenerife. I choose KTM 1190 and was perfect to narrow routes of the island.

I recommand highly.

Price and performance ratio is very good.

The motorcycle, which I rented (Honda NC 750cm3) for 1 day was flawless in order.

I can really say that the staff are understandable and that they have always an open ear.

Overall great experience.
We rented two Hondas cbx 500 and bikes had around 130k km, so the condition was not the best. We had no major issues besides one of the mirrors falling out during the rental and the white Honda has really poor brakes.
The staff was very helpful and they responded well and nicely to our queries.
Overall we were happy and would come back:)

We had an excellent experience, renting a Honda CB500X and a Moto Morini X-Cape. Both were in great condition and rode real well. They were very organised. We had a problem with the CB (which was totally our fault) which was fixed with big smiles and no fuss or charge, which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend Marina and her team, and will be using Motos Topacio again, hopefully next year - what incredible roads and views, a fantastic way to spend our week.

Les conditions étaient claires et précises, la restitution de la garantie a été fait sans problèmes.

Sur le plan mécanique rien à dire, machine fiable, Z650 testée sur sur la route de Taganana avec des fortes pluies. Equipe très professionnelle.

Hired a Ducati multistrader 950cc for the day. Cost 125 euros which was fine. My husband picked the bike up and we set off for the day as he wanted to take me up and over mountain teide and to the north side of the island. It soon became very apparent to my husband that the back break hardly worked which proved to be very difficult holding the bike on the hills (well in general anywhere to be fair) also the windscreen had blown right in your eyesight view which was annoying but we coped with it.we had covered 150 miles in one day but in the last hour we had to stop the bike on a hill and it kept going forward, and e stumbled and the motorbike windscreen clipped a fence and broke the windscreen. So when we took it back the next day and explained what had happened they told us we were liars and had to pay 200 euros. Obviously we were prepared to pay something but you can get these windscreen for around £50-£80 and an absolute piece of cake to fit! My husband has had many different classic to powerful motorbikes so knows how to handle a bike and luckily for us he got us through the day. But I will not be using this company again I don’t like been called a liar AT ALL! Really isn’t good business to talk to your customer this way!

I rented a 125 cc motorcycle for 2 days. The price is fair and the island is amazing. Very good experience, I got my deposit back.

The CBR 125 had over 80.000km, sounded bad but worked.
At the end of the day they tried to keep my 100€ but I had picture of every scratch so I had evidence and would get my 100€ back.
If you rent here, take as many photos/videos as you can!
The staff was kind all the time.

I had the Honda Africa Twin for two days. While the bike had already approx. 22.000km on the odometer, it was in good shape, well maintained. Marina and the team has been very friendly. Tenerife is a great place to drive with a Motobike.

Una gente amable, excelente, profesionales, serios, se preocupan por sur clientes, que más sin palabras un 10 sobre 10 buena gente y atentos sobre todo.

Topacio gave me the best price for a six-day hire over the telephone. Picked me up on time from my hotel. Everything was ready at the shop - very professional. I went to take photos of any damage to cover myself but there was no need - the Vitality was spotless. It was brand new with only 40 kilometers on the clock and more than half a tank of petrol. Fantastic little moto didn't miss a beat with me and a pillion covering 340 kilometers. Got my deposit back and they took us back to our hotel. A very good and friendly service.

El mejor rent-a car de motos y motocicletas de todas las tiendas de alquiler de la Plya de las Américas y Cristianos.
Tienen auténtica diversidad de motos, muy grandes i de las medianas o pequenas.
Precios asequibles, baratos, con fianzas mínimas i todo muy simple sin complicadas operaciones administrativas. Si tienes carnet, i todos, los documentos, en regla, eliges y sales con ella y con casco.
Tengo mis marcas favoritas pero el personal, me ayuda y siempre con mucha cortesia.

This is the third time I have rented bikes from topacio in 6 years. Always helped by Marina who is very professional and knows her way around around the motorcycle business. Johnathan was prompt and professional with his go around of the bike. I rented a Kawasaki versys and ripped up the
TF-1 all the way to Igueste and up and over las montanas anaga, Benijo and Over to esperanza down TF-523. The bike did not skip a beat. Started well, handled well and ripped around the corners well. 1 week later I rented a Honda NC750X and rode the other side of the island including masca garachico ortava, el teide vilaflor and even a quick visit to Las vegas. Again the experience was flawless and fun. Thanks Topacio, I will see for my next motorbike rental when I am on that side of the pond again. Cheers Motorbike Mike Arizona USA.

Rented a maxi scooter. First one we got had a flat battery after 5 min drive. (there for 4 stars) After a switch we went on oure journey.

No problem getting the deposit back.

I got by them motorbike Honda 600cc. In 1 houer battery was low. They didnt give money back. Very bad service, expensiver es eny very and very old motorbikes. Never ever.

Alquilamos dos motos 125 por un día, una Varadero y una Honda NSR. Tienes que entregar una fianza en efectivo de 100€ evidentemente. El servicio fue bastante cordial, en todo momento te informan de los trámites a seguir y el personal fue muy agradable. Disfrutamos mucho y recorrimos la isla con ellas. Sin ningún problema a la hora de entregarlas y recoger de nuevo la fianza. Gracias por todo.

Una basura, todo lo que tienen es viejo y caro el doble de precio que en otras tiendas, arreglan una moto y cuando te la dan la tienen que volver a arreglar por que se rompio la chapa, en montar un portamatriculas tardan 3 meses, estafan a la gente nada recomendado, por ejemplo mi caaco lo comore por 180 euros y en Topacio esta a 360 euros que locura es esa, encima los mecánicos no se enteran nada sobre motos, mejor ni acercarse al sitio

Muy mala. No entienden nada sobre motocicletas y no quieren trabajar. Pedí algo muy simple e inventaron mucha basura solo porque no sabían dónde poner sus manos y ni siquiera tenían el comprobador de emisiones. Nunca vayas a Topacio

I rented a scooter, left €100 deposit, when I returned it EXACTLY how I took it, they said I’d damaged it and only gave me half the deposit back. Wouldn’t listen to me just sent me in my way.

Tried arranging bike hire with a couple of other bike rental places but they were not helpful. Turned up at this place and they were very helpful and friendly. Sorted out with the Aprilla 850 Mana which was in great condition and clearly well serviced. Had a great day on the bike round the twisties up to Tiede (rather cold up there in December so bring warm clothes). Thanks to all the staff and look forward to seeing again on my next trip to Tenerife.

Rent was OK without problems. Two free helmets. One pair of gloves, also free. All quite well. Bike was little tired but managed to do 500km with us without a problem. I can recommend.

Walked in this place, wanted two bikes for 24 hours, left €100 per bike deposit and only €85 for each bike for the hire. Had a bmw 800r and a suzuki 600, both bikes in good condition, one of the guys explained all the controls etc, and off we went, headed up the mountains on the first day, amazing, and the next day, we went to he other side of the island to calle masca, let me tell you, if your hiring a bike, you need to head here, its stunning, the roads are a bikers dream. Upon returning the bikes, handed the keys and helmets over, the €200 deposit was returned with a smile, planning to come back next year and have simelar bikes for the whole weekend, to explore that bit more. Cant reccomend enough really.:) will be back:)

We rented 3 bikes for 1 day. The belgian lady at the desk was very kind and helpful. She manages the spanish personell very well:) our bikes weren't new, but in good condition. We were up and running within an hour and had a lot of fun. We would rent here agai

The owner send us a car to the hotel and at the end of tge rental a driver toke us back. All free! 5 star

My son and I hired two bikes in January 2016. Bikes were a bit tired looking but were okay for the job. We noticed the bikes were up on the service bay ramp right away after we had checked in at the office. We spent three days riding the roads on Mt. Teide. They picked us up at our apartment and took us back after we returned the bikes. 100 Euro deposit returned without any hassle. We will be back.
