Hasta ahora todo está bien. Empleados amables, autos bien mantenidos y buenos precios, paquetes de seguros asequibles. Mi última visita a Topcar fue la tercera vez. ¡Buen trabajo damas y caballeros!

Tuvimos problemas para encontrar el puesto de TopCar en el estacionamiento. Recoger y devolver el coche fue muy rápido. Contratamos un seguro adicional para que no tuviéramos ningún problema.

Recibimos un coche diferente al que reservamos, pero en nuestra opinión fue una ventaja. Un coche bien cuidado con poco kilometraje.
La gasolinera está situada en el aeropuerto, por lo que no hay problema en repostar el coche antes de devolverlo.

Este aeropuerto se merece estar entre los mejores que he visitado. No cabe la menor duda, de a pesar de no ser un experto, su situación y sus pistas son de lo mejor para las maniobras de aterrizaje y despegue. Por lo demás amabilidad en los trabajadores.

Coche rápido, sencillo y reciente. Tenga cuidado. El depósito de seguridad se cobra directamente pero se reembolsa en un plazo de 48 horas.precio atractivo.

Profesionales, buen trato y buenos coches, hice la reserva desde su página web sin intermediarios y la verdad todo genial, son muy recomendables
La devolución de la franquicia al momento, es una compañía para alquilar un coche y estar tranquilo.repetiré con ellos sin dudarlo

Service impeccable et efficace au check-in comme au check-out.
Personnels aimables.
Véhicule Kia comme neuf, 12000km.
J'avais un peu hésité à la vue de certains commentaires négatifs, mais vraiment, je recommande à 100%.
Pour les français peu familiers de cette histoire de cartes de debit/crédit donnant lieu a des commentaires type "une honte.etc", carte bancaire ne veut pas forcément dire carte de crédit.
Carte de débit=débit immédiat. Carte de crédit=débit différé (en gros).
Et c'est marqué sur la carte en petit (débit ou crédit), donc plus de raisons de se faire avoir.

Bought full insurance for Renault Clio and I got stuck in sand on official parking lot in Cofete. This sand was brought overnight by the huge wind and I was very happy when I found out the full insurance includes also roadside assistance. Therefore I called TopCar and was told the assistance does not include off-road, because everything outside asphalted roads is off-road. Yeah, right, I did meet Mazda MX-5 convertible on the way back
. Such an off-road car.

So I got out of the sandhole thankfully by help of locals with 4x4 cars and their rope. Because of this sandstorm the car was bit messed up inside by sand. And when returning it I was told this is for extra charge. And the charge was 30€! For five minutes of vacuuming. Like they do not do it anyways and always? It quite bugs me now that I cleaned up most of the groceries garbage from the car. They could at least work to throw it to the litter themselves for such insane price.

Was my first time using TopCar and never again. I did rent car at CICAR like ten times previously and did not have any problems. Oh and A/C did not work in Clio too. Lot of other people here say this so count me in.

Service lent, voiture en mauvais état (sale, service à faire, niveau d'huile bas). Véhicule changé un peu mieux mais pas ce que l'on avait commandé, et surtout pas de liquide lave glace, problématique et dangereux avec toute cette poussière. Première et dernière fois chez Topcar

Everything fine with no problems. Got an upgrade to a clean & fairly new Audi Q2. For pickup, wait of ~30min. I think this is ok. The only way to achieve these low prices is low personell costs. If everyone does the online checkin (also available the evening before on their website) wait will be half. Return of the car was smooth & quick.

Everything perfect, 5 stars! Got the car in 15mn upon arrival Sunday afternoon. The parking is right outside the airport. When returning it 7 days later the parking staff of topcar was there to pick up the key and check that everything was ok. Would use again! Very fast and easy, and good price

To be honest, I am very happy of Top car in fuerteventura.
Before to book a car for two weeks, I read many negative reviews and I was really afraid, but finally I am really happy.
First of all, the price for two weeks was really really good. When I arrived at Fuerteventura, I had only one person before me, the lady was really nice and helpfull, she explain to me everything and she even gave me a better car than what I have booked. Then, the car was nice, I asked a chair for my baby and it was free of charge, they allow me to go to lanzarote with the car with an extra of 30 euros but I was aware of that extra charge before to book, I did not have any problem with the car during my stay. Finally, when I brought it back it took less then 5 minutes to return it.
Honestly, the service of top car was perfect. The only thing I could advice them may be is just to wash the car a bit better between each customer but trust me that is nothing when you see the good price and the quality of the service.
For me it was a very good experience and I would recommend top car to everybody.

They gave a price online, and on arrival, they told me the car was not available (the decoy car is not even in their fleet).

They offered a cheaper car, saying the first contract would be canceled. Now, I am billed the first car and the second one as an "upgrade. "

Be aware that this company actually charge €500 to your credit card and then refund it back after return of the car in original condition, as opposed to normal practise of putting a reserve on your credit card. The only way to stop this charge is by taking out the super insurance SCDW, for my small car €6 per day.

Me siento robado. Me entregaron un coche con el indicador de nivel de gasolina estropeado. Me dieron el coche con 3/4 de depósito de gasolina y antes de devolverlo le fui a poner gasolina porque tenía 1/2. Puse y puse gasolina y el indicador nunca subió. Le puse 36 litros de gasolina a un coche con un depósito de 50 litros y no subió ni una raya. Al final el depósito se quedó lleno porque no admitía más gasolina. Encima, al día siguiente, me cobraron 17.80 € por, supuestamente, entregarlo con menos gasolina, a pesar de haber informado del error cuando devolví el coche (al final rectificaron, pero me devolvieron menos: 17.08 € en lugar de 17.80). Nadie dio parte del error y, cuando reclamé, el coche ya estaba alquilado y no pudieron revisarlo en el taller. Les pedí que me devolvieran 16 euros (lo que corresponde a la gasolina que puse de más) y aporté todos los tickets de la gasolinera. Aun así, admiten que fue un error del coche, pero se niegan a devolverme los 16 €. Es vergonzoso que admitan que hay un error y no hagan lo que es justo para arreglarlo. Yo, además, dudo que el coche tuviera 3/4 de depósito cuando me lo entregaron, creo que tendría menos gasolina, pero como el indicador está estropeado, no se puede saber. Yo, desde luego, desconfío porque no hice tantos kilómetros como para gastar 36 litros (que son casi 3/4 de depósito). No recomiendo esta compañía, no solo por los coches defectuosos, sino por el pésimo servicio al cliente: prefieren apropiarse de 16 euros que ser justos con sus clientes, además de tardar varios días en responder cada email. Vergonzoso.

VERY HAPPY WITH MY CHOICE!
We arrived at 16.10 there Was no queue. So we didn't have to wait at all. We drove off from the parking at 16.35.

There was no queue. On the departure day we saw a small queue of 2 people.

+Friendly stuff
+Quick handling
+Clean car
+No attempt to sell an extra insurance
+Child seat as booked

After all the negative reviews here I was pretty nervous how everything would work out. And it was absolutely uncomplicated and went totally smooth. I definitely recommend that company! I will book next time with them again. The price was great. We have got upgraded from smallest to comfort size.
We booked online with "all in insurance" and full/ full tank for 7 days.
The contract said full tank but after I've checked the car was only with a half full tank. Anyway it was noticed and corrected on the contract and we returned it with a half full tank as well.

BTW the queues at one of the canarien car rental desks were insane (more than 30 people and on the departure day even worse) also a second queue at the parking. I felt lucky to avoid this after 4.5h flight with a 1.5yo child.

Will never use them again, picked a deal for a VW Golf (or similar in the same class), arrived to be given an old model beaten up Nissan Juke. We complained only to be told the deal was for a lower class vehicle and nothing could be done. Spoke to the UK agents who tried to tell us that the Juke was in the same class as the Golf which it really isn't, even Top Car said it wasn't. After an hour of arguing they offered us an Auris which again was in terrible condition, full of dents and paint missing, we took this as we were sick of arguing, would never use them again.

2 hours of waiting in line!
Try to avoid TopCar and cicar - line was through whole airport, ALL other (Hertz / Thrifty / Dollar / avis / Budget, even goldcar!) were empty!

You have to watch out at this firm- they don’t respect contact, we hired car and asked for one extra day during the contact, they send new price 2 times higher just 4min after it had finished

Only Thing to criticise, is the car quality. We got a dacia sandero with more than 40000 km and lot of things which not working well. For more than 60 eur per day.

Una vergüenza! Llevamos 2h en la cola teniendo la reserva a las 10h y son las 11,45h y tengo 10 personas delante todavía sabiendo que hay puente de diciembre y que llegan muchos clientes solo hay 2 chicas atendiendo otras compañías tienen muy poca gente. (No lo recomiendo) ya veremos el coche que nos Dan o les queda!

Was understandably told a 650 euro hold would be placed on my credit card as I had private insurance. Instead they TOOK the money out and have sent me it back, following car return in perfect condition, £50 less under the guise of exchange rate fluctuations. This has never happened when I have rented cars in other european countries with other suppliers. When I called them I was told to speak to my bank. These companies always find a way to rip you off.

Tercera reserva con Topcar y la segunda en la oficina de Fuerteventura. Pedimos el más económico de los automáticos y para mi sorpresa me dieron un modelo híbrido superior. Agradecimos un montón el detalle porque la verdad es que se ahorra en gasolina. Es la tercera vez que alquilo con ellos y de momento nunca me han decepcionado.

Good service, fair price and no problems. The only thing that was not good is the car was not clean enough on the outside along with the windows (inside and outside).

Would have given 5 stars if the car would have been more clean.

Recommend buying the extra insurance.

I will use them again in the future.

Schnelle Anmietung, freundliches Personal am Schalter, alles ohne größere Probleme abgelaufen und es wurde nicht versucht, einem eine zusätzliche Versicherung aufzuschwatzen. Bin sehr zufrieden und miete sehr gerne erneut dort an!

Force you into an insurance even if you have one already. Refused to give us the car unless we pay 120 Euro for their insurance. And you can’t cancel because you payed your broker already. Don’t go there!

Pick up and drop off were quite easy and fast. The car was OK and at the desk they offered full insurance for only 5 euros per day. The only small negative thing was that the car's mileage was already at 70k kms and tires were quite worned out - but may be this is very common for Fuerteventura island considering many existing offroad routes such as going to Cofete.

We rented our car through TopCar and only have good things to say about this company. Great service, polite and efficient employees and our car was way over our expectations. We were very pleased with the standard of the car and the offer we got on it. Best quality price we could find. We will rent through you again!

Cars are old and falling apart.
Mine had old worn out tires, one went flat and i was charged 280€ for a tire and rim, the worn out Citroen wasn't even worth that much. Warning do not use this company.

Great experience. Quick service and a decent car. Counter inside the terminal and car-park just in front of it. Drop off was done in a minute and deposit released immediately.:)

Loss of £6 on the deposit due to currency conversion. They actually charge the deposit, rather than just block it on your card. If you are not from Eurozone, count on this.: (

Overall really happy with the service.

Nettes, kompetentes Personal. Abwicklung problemlos. Kaution ein Tag nach Rueckgabe wieder am Konto. Auto selbst ein wenig gebraucht, aber schon aber in Ordnung fuer den Preis (+/- 150 die Woche)

Am Schalter im Flughafen Fuerteventura mussten wir ca. 20 Min.warten. War bei den anderen Autovermietern aber nicht besser. Die Übergabe, das Auto und die Rückgabe verliefen ohne Probleme. Beim nächsten Mal wieder TopCar!

En Fuerteventura estuve el verano pasado y volví a depositar mi confianza en ToP Car y me ha ido muy bien. Muy contenta vuelvo de nuevo en Fin de Año y de nuevo reserve mi coche con ellos

I picked up a dirty car with lots of scratches and marks. The worst part is when I got my deposit of 500 euros. I received with 32 pounds less, they will say is the currency rate but was the same rate all the time and they supposed to block the amount and then if everything is alright to release it. In tenerife they did the same. They make more money this way than the rental money

Estafadores. No tengo otra palabra para ellos. Entrego el coche, con seguro a todo riesgo y lleno de gasolina. Me desean buen viaje, al llegar a casa me llega un cargo de 40 euros de limpieza. La cuestion es sacar dinero por algun sitio. Ya me lo dijeron que son unos estafadores pero cai tambien en la trampa.

Not bad, got the car quick but unfortunately the baby seat was really dirty and used. Dropped the car in a few seconds.
