Excelente comida y maravilloso servicio. El personal es muy amable, informal y disfrutó de una charla, ¡pero no demasiado "pegajoso" ni molesto! Tuve que esperar por una mesa, pero definitivamente valió la pena por su excelente carpaccio y pizza.

Lindo lugar, el chico también su tiempo haciendo el baraquito perfecto muy lindo trato. Tenía pizza también muy agradable.

Buen lugar junto al mar que vale la pena visitar y un bonito lugar para esconderse del sol durante una hora:)

Restaurante tradicional español/mediterráneo en Puerto del Carmen. La comida es estupenda, probablemente una de las mejores de la zona. Recomendaría sentarse adentro para ver cómo los chefs trabajan increíblemente bien durante el ajetreado servicio. El personal estaba muy bien informado y interesado.

Excelente restaurante con gran animación y buena comida. Las porciones son demasiado grandes para mí pero, naturalmente, a otros les encantaría.

Segunda vez en Lanzarote y quinta vez aquí en Raffaello's. Increíblemente buena comida, servicio puntual y el ambiente también es muy bueno. Una visita obligada si estás en lanzarote.

I was here 10 years ago and returned last week and it's just as good as I remembered! Great staff, really good atmosphere and great food.

Third time here and the food still doesn’t disappoint, staff are friendly and very attentive, would definitely recommend booking for the evening to avoid disappointment, well done guys keep it up

Der Service ist sehr freundlich. Man ist um ein etwas höheres Niveau bemüht, die Speisen sind auch gut, aber eine Stunde Wartezeit geht gar nicht!

Called here when passing for a beer 2 for 3 euro and watch the world go by from the terrace. Saw some people eating and the food looked amazing.

Abbiamo mangiato più volte in questo ottimo ristorante. Prezzo ragionevole e locale accogliente. Ottima carne ed ottimo pesce.

Comida italiana muy correcta, las raciones son generosas y el trato del personal es bastante bueno.

Little wait to get in, could of had nicer waiting area. The food was incredible. Be warned if you get the wings they are huge so don't order any other starters ha!

Couldn't rate this any higher. Have just eaten here and although the food was ok the service was very in your face ie no time to digest your meal before pushing the next one on your lap but the most disgusting thing I saw was complimentary drinks go to one table where the couple sipped them and didn't like so when they left the complimentary drinks were put on the side then given to the next table who asked for the bill again they sipped and didnt like and again put on side. Guess who asked for bill next and I got the third hand drinks fetched to my table. Makes you wonder what else is recycled. I certainly wont be dining here again and we had to book to get in

Lovely English breakfast for 1.99 euros with toast jam and orange juice. Toilet facilities very clean. Very accommodating staff. Well recommended

Lo único que se salva es el personal por su amabilidad. Comimos pizza que donde la masa era mala, salada y ingredientes de mala calidad. Además el personal muy lento, he tenido que pedir hasta en dos ocasiones para que me trajeran el datáfono para pagar cuando solo había 4-5 mesas ocupadas.

The food here is lovely. The main course (sole fish) was absolutely gorgeous. One of the best dishes that I've tasted. They also serve very nice sangria. The waiters could have been a little bit more friendly. And you could probably find cheaper places nearby. However you're gauranteed a lovely meal here.

Fantastic italian food, even the kids menu is great quality which is tough to find anywhere, nice staff, kid friendly

Ive lost count of the number of times I've been here in the last 5 years, come here every time were in lanzarote.

More expensive than some others but very much worth it.

Lovely food, best to book tables in advance, lengthy queues otherwise, very reasonable, staff are super fast with orders, portions are very generous. Highly recommended

Absolutely fantastic meals were lovely thoroughly enjoyed and have gluten free pasta as im coeliac disease so highly recommended.

Food was good once they eventually got my order right. I was given incorrect starter then wrong sides with my main meal and I ordered mushroom sauce with my steak and was given pepper sauce. Drink order also incorrect.

The best restaurant on the island for breakfast lunch and dinner. Be sure to make a reservation for the evening service as very popular. Waiters are amazing and the food is well worth the price.

Food was good quality but found service a bit too much. Bit 'controlling' for me but friendly enough if you like that type of service. Eg. Pouring your wine for you, taking your plate without checking you've actually finished, no choice of aperitif. Spanish sauce was supposed to be spicy but wasn't and chips were oven chips not well cooked (this seems standard across the island so not unexpected). Basically, good food and a nice friendly ambience but a bit false at the same time.

Couldn't fault the food I had garlic bread followed by mixed Paella more than enough. Staff were brilliant. Recommend booking a table if you are going to eat there.

A decent Italian restaurant with nice decor and friendly staff. We had pizza.mmmmm and chicken and veg.also.mmmm. We had a bottle of house rose wine and that was good for the price. Two can have a reasonable meal here with a bottle of wine for around 30 euros.can’t say fairer than that. Nice open front to the restaurant so you can see the world go by.or at least the Avda de Las Playas. Give it a try if you stay nearby in Puert Del Carmen.
