TRIBIKE, The Bike Station

Alquilé una BMC RoadMachine de TriBike durante varios días la semana pasada para poder mantenerme activo mientras mi familia disfrutaba de las instalaciones del hotel.
Realmente lo pasé de maravilla explorando toda la isla durante múltiples viajes de más de 100 km en esta bicicleta. Estaba en muy buenas condiciones y los cambios estaban afinados a la perfección.

El personal siempre ha sido muy amable y servicial y brindó un servicio perfecto.

¡Definitivamente un lugar recomendado cuando buscas alquilar una bicicleta en Costa Teguise!

Excelente atención siempre y gran calidad, tanto de materiales como de mano de obra! La última vez, por un malentendido terminaron mi bici después del horario de cierre, lo cual explica "per se" la dedicación que tienen. Un garantía, gran equipo!

El mecánico.encantador.hizo todos los cambios en las bicicletas, medidas que le pedimos, ajustar las bicicletas con medidas diferentes de las que habíamos pedido.siempre con una sonrisa. No recuerdo el nombre pero es italiano
Las bicicletas.en general bien. No son excesivamente buenas, había de aluminio, de carbono con 105 y poco más. La mayoría iban finas y bien ajustadas, así que por esta parte bien.

Un negocio familiar en constante crecimiento. Su último proyecto, la tienda de La Marina de Arrecife es de un concepto nuevo, moderno y amplio con aparcamiento y vistas a La Marina. Es sitio ideal para compartir un rato agradable y aprender sobre el ciclismo. Tienen una gran variedad de bicicletas y complementos de las mejores marcas. Ofrecen una variedad de servicios para cubrir todos necesidades del ciclista.

I hired a full suspension cannondale lefty which was great, especially as I didn’t get the booking in time so it was ready to collect - they quickly sorted a bike for me which was great customer service. Only thing I’d like to add would be a seat dropper post for those tricky descents on the island!

Well equipped bike shop that helped me when my back wheel destroyed itself on holiday l. Can't thank them enough for how easy they made getting back to what I love both the staff members where quick and informative would definitely use again! (Hopefully not if my bike stays working)

Been hiring from them for years - you won’t find better in Costa Teguise. Good BMC bikes and team. The shop stocks plenty of nutrition too including SIS.

YAY! Nice shops (Costa Teguise, Arrecife), nice people and services. I didn’t rent any bike there (had my own) but my friend did and always a pleasure to go there. Adrian and his team are doing a great job. And, well, going back again

Another brilliant service, friendly staff, good prices, hired the cannondale scalpel, even went out on the Tribike Sunday team ride (don't go if can't ride you'll be dropped) they have all the routes over the volcanoes

Complicated booking system and bikes not always available all week but gives you flexibility as who rides every day anyway. Staff very helpful and friendly.

This was a rather unfortunate mistake. I rented two bikes online to pick up on a Saturday. When I showed up at the shop it was already closed at 1: 30pm! I called and the phone had been disconnected. I wrote on WhatsApp and got no answer. On the confirmation email nor anywhere on the website it didn’t warn about this early closing time. On top of that I got no message to warn me about this either. I called again two days later and no response either. BEWARE: Please AVOID these fraudsters!

Hola, necesitamos recuperar el pasaporte de un cliente que se va hoy 13/11 a su país y el pasaporte lo tienen uds! La tienda un 10!

5 star to this shop! I rented road bike in several places across the world and I have to say that the ones these guys gave me are probably the best in term of quality / price. I had really a great time on the island, thank you again Tribike see you soon!

Really friendly and helpful staff, we hired two city bikes for €12 each, bargain! Bikes were excellent quality and well maintained! Rental instructions were very clear. Used the bikes along the well maintained cycle tracks to get to the airport to watch the planes fly over. Would highly recommend. Rental is on a day basis so pick them up early to make the most of the day. Closes at 7pm and bikes have to be back by then.

Calidad, buen trato al cliente, seriedad, simpatía, buen asesoramiento y dan muy buen servicio técnico.

Un auténtico robo. Me han cobrado 170 euros por colocarme un tubular. Que el precio es de 99 euros y la cola de 11 euros.
Pero dicen que estuvieron 2 h. Para quitar la cola que tenía. No me lo creo ni por el forro.
Lo primero que deberían de haber echo era llamar y decir el coste que puede salir el arreglo, pero claro les dejas la rueda y no hay otra forma que pagarles ya que ellos dicen que han estado todo ese tiempo.

Hay que llamar al cliente y decirle el problema.

De PENA UN AUTÉNTICO ROBO. No os aconsejo acudir a ese establecimiento.

O sea que seguís engañando a la gente. A mi me dijisteis 2h que estuvisteis que incluso 2: 30. Ahora publicáis que más de 3h.

Lo siento pero no me lo creo. Enseñarme fotos o demostrarlo de alguna manera.

Que por cierto tras salir de la tienda ya me han dicho que de un mallorquín le bajasteis 25 euros por quitarle una pegatina con alcohol y borrarle un poco la marca.

Por supuesto que le bajes dinero a mi ya me lo habías ROBADO.

Destacar por un lado la atención recibida por Adrián, que hace que te sientas como en casa. Y por otro lado, la calidad de sus bicicletas. Si quieres disfrutar de un buen día de MTB con una buena bici y recibir una atención estupenda, esta es tu tienda. Siempre repito todos los años, y me hacen sentir como en casa.

En nuestras recientes vacaciones en Lanzarote, decidimos alquilar bicis para recorrer una parte de la zona donde nos estábamos hospedando, en Costa Teguise. Por recomendaciones vistas en diferentes páginas, decidimos escoger ésta tienda y no nos arrepentimos. La atención fue de primera y las bicis que nos dieron fueron estupendas para nuestro paseo.
¡Muy recomendable!

Great service. We got mountain ebikes and rode over all kinds of dirt roads. Visited many museums by bike too, and could park right by the door.

Si quieres recorrer la isla en bicicleta nada más que añadir buena calidad buenos profesionales y a disfrutar

Excelente atención y lo mejor una gran variedad de bicicletas de calidad tanto de montaña como de carretera. Totalmente recomendable para disfrutar de la isla con las dos ruedas.

Faultless experience, reserved bike in advance, payment didn’t work online, but the shop still held the bike. I arrived and they uploaded the routes straight to my wahoo, hired a brand new cervelo road bike. Prices are good as was the service, hired for 3 days, came with all the equipment needed.
Drop off was quick and easy and deposit was €250 very reasonable, I’ve hired from many places before and the team here easily get a 5* rating.
Recommend the NE tip, with a stop in Orzola or Haría.

This shop is super!
We did rent 2 racing bikes and they ran so smooth and technically were in top condition. These guys do a fantastic job and thats what you feel when your struggling through the wind of Lanzarote.

Netter Service bei Problemen wird sehr schnell nach einer Lösung gesucht. Strava routen sind auch vorhanden. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Immer wieder gerne.

Fantastic help - these guys are absolutely awesome. I had a problem after putting my Etap rear derailleur back onto my Cannondale Synapse. The mechanic had gone home but they offered to get it done by first thing in the morning. They fixed the problem and all with a smile - I will be recommending you guys and will definitely use you again for all my cycling needs when I am back in Lanzarote! Thank you!

Good place for the bike rental, both roadbikes and mountainbikes. Because the number of bikes is limited, it is better to reserve it in advance. Friendly and helpful staff.

He alquilado varias veces y las bicis están en perfecto estado, el trato también es muy cercano y profesional.

I would AVOID this place. Like other reviews have said, they make you pay for any malfunction of their equipment. Sure, you break something, you pay for it. But if their equipment is faulty, you lose your deposit and have to pay for it. They hold your passport at ransom until you've paid and threaten to call the police.

I had to pay the taxi back as I was stranded and foot the bill for the bike repair. Con men.

TERRIBLE service. Would not recommend and ask you to avoid.
