Underground Surf Club

Pablo was super nice, we were lucky to meet him on our second day in Las Americas. The club is a minute walk from the first surf spot, you have many board to choose from, hot showers and lockers. My only regret is we did not get to know Pablo and other club members more.

Best time of my life! Went there during a holiday. Staff was wonderful and the prices where 101% worth it!

It was super helpful and fun! Took lessons from Ruben, who is really enthusiastic and helpful, so that you can really enjoy it from the first time on the board. Highly recommended!

This was my first time ever on board and didn’t know what to expect, but I loved it! Ruben took down all the insecurities and encouraged everyone to go forward. I definitely recommend trying to catch your first wave…or more.

He tomado mi primera clase de surf con ellos, nos han hecho una pequeña introducción teórica para las técnicas y para la seguridad en el agua y después ya fuimos al océano! Hablan Español, Inglés y Portugués! Lo he pasado genial!

Spectacular staff! I rented a board for a day with no problems at a good price! I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy some waves! You can rent or buy/sell used boards

Buena clase la de ayer con Rubén, desde el precio al agua, calentamiento, materiales… dentro del agua perfecta la clase también. Y al finalizar comentar toda la clase.

Had an amazing private lesson with Ruben! He had such a great attitude and personality, which helps you feel confident if it is your first time surfing!

Amazing experience! My boyfriend and I did two surf lessons with Undergound Surf Club and the quality of the teaching was very high, and extremely fun. Thanks of being closely followed by our instructor, we maneged to catch a lot of waves even if we were both beginners. 100% recommended!

A big thank you to my instructor, Ruben, who made me feel safe and comfortable in this new experience.he pushed me to try and try again with so much patience untill I was able to stand up and ride my first wave! What a feeling!
The shop is very nice and organized, plenty of surf matirial, showers and lookers where you can leave your belonging in total security during the class!
All the staff of the Underground Surf Club is very friendly and profesional!

This is not a five-star surf school, but a six-star school.
If you are thinking about learning to surf, first of all, you want the school to provide you with safety, professionalism and that your teacher is fully committed and competent. This is what the Underground Surf Club is about!
I took a one-week surfing course (two hours a day) with my 16-year-old son. Everything was perfect! The instructors - Ruben and Mauricio were extremely competent, committed, adjusting the lessons to our abilities. Each lesson began with a short reminder of what we had been doing recently, repeating everything on the beach, and a proper warm-up. The surfing spot was matched to our abilities - when there was too much wave on our local beach, we walked by. During the lessons, there was constant contact with the instructor, which gave us a great sense of security but also allowed for constant progress. We have never had a dangerous situation or a moment in which we were afraid, although sometimes swimming on big waves was a bit scary:) After the classes, we always discussed our lessons, which we managed to do. We always spent a while at our surf school talking to the owner, Pablo. After a week of classes, we became friends, which was very pleasant and left very nice memories. I highly recommend Underground Surf Club! You will surely be very pleased if you become a student of this club.

Fuimos recomendados por un buen amigo, profesional del surf y nos puso en las mejores manos. Tanto Pablo cómo Mauricio nos atendieron de lujo. El equipo de alquiler y material con el que dan los cursos es absolutamente nuevo y de una calidad superior. El local es muy funcional, tienes desde duchas hasta taquillas donde dejar tus objetos personales y refrescarte después de la sesión o clases. Mi hijo de 8 años recibió clases con ellos y Mauricio fue el que en esta oportunidad en persona entró al agua con él. Atendiendo en todo momento a la seguridad y la técnica correcta del surf. En una sola clase y con la poca experiencia previa que mi peque tiene pudo progresar en esta sesión. Estamos seguros que repetiremos, Underground Surf Club va a ser nuestro punto de referencia para alquilar equipo y recibir clases para todos los niveles. Le damos el máximo de puntuación pero se queda corta la profesionalidad de estos cracks del surf.
