Cuando entré, inmediatamente noté que era un buen lugar. El servicio es realmente bueno, al igual que la comida. Se lo sugiero a todos. El mejor restaurante de Tenerife :)

Llegamos a este lugar después de una larga caminata y no pudimos resistirnos a las escaleras del video. Encantador y limpio, excelente servicio y fabulosa comida. No dudes en visitarlo si estás por la zona.

Me encanta la comida aquí. Teníamos el filete con salsa de pimienta. Comida fantástica, pero es muy recomendable reservar ya que tuvimos que esperar un rato, sin embargo, nos apretujaron.

Fui aquí por recomendación. Aunque la comida era deliciosa, no compensó la hora y 20 minutos de retraso, y un entrante de 4 pequeños champiñones no se parecía en nada a la imagen del menú a más de 12 euros. Creo que por casualidad nos equivocamos de noche. No estaba ocupado, pero el lugar se ve increíble, pero no estoy seguro de volver

Normalmente evitaría cualquier cosa con un nombre como Vegas Grill, pero tenía críticas mucho mejores que otros asadores de la zona, así que lo intentamos. En realidad, el lugar es bastante agradable y no es lo que esperarías dado el nombre. La comida era realmente buena, las costillas eran grandes y carnosas con una buena salsa barbacoa. El Wellington individual fue genial y no es algo que se obtenga a menudo. El personal fue realmente agradable y atento. Fue un poco caro pero definitivamente regresaría.

Fuimos al centro comercial donde estaba este restaurante durante una ola de calor y no tenían aire acondicionado. El restaurante era elegante, pero tardaron bastante en servirnos y no había casi nadie. Fuimos a comer bastante tarde y no pusieron ninguna pega para servirnos. (Ya nos había pasado de que habían cerrado otras cocinas)

Qué menú tan increíble. Sería quisquilloso con la comida. Gran variedad de filetes, entrantes y postres.

Personal super amable que se asegura de que todo esté a tu gusto, menú en tablet para que veas inmediatamente una foto de lo que has pedido. El filete de hueso para 2 personas estaba delicioso. No es barato, pero lo sabíamos de antemano y también depende mucho de lo que pidas.

La comida era excelente, no estoy seguro si sazonan los filetes de antemano (otras fotos tienen condimentos en tazones pequeños, así que no estoy seguro) Pero, como entrante, las bebidas eran realmente buenas. La vista del balcón también es muy buena para el cielo del atardecer.

Awful experience! We were seated at 7: 50pm served one drink. After ordering we had to ask twice for another drink that did not emerge. After an hour and 20 mins still no food. We had to enquire how long it would be. We were offered a free drink as 'the kitchen was busy' finally at 9.40pm our food arrived. Steaks that were ordered medium were rare and Fajitas were tasteless. We left disgusted having paid in full with no discount or management appoligy. Shocking!

All starters were cold, followed by most of main meals being cooked incorrectly. Staff couldn't care less about our complaints, even going as far to pull rude faces as they left the table, until what we assume the manager came to talk with us to solve the issue but unfortunately the main meals had all gone cold. Would never come back again.

Was a very nice meal at a nice location however a couple of things loses it the 5 stars. The beef wellington was of a nice quality, certainly the meat but the puff pastry could have been a little thinner and the sauce could have been provided with red wine sauce? The fried onions were not touched and certainly a regret but the rest of the meal was nice. The place lacked a certain ambience, would recommend some music as the inside didn't seem to have any. Overall I would come back however I wouldn't hesistate to try other steak-house locations prior to doing so.

So good we've booked to go back tomorrow. The steak was one of the best I've had. Staff were friendly and the standards high

Beautiful restaurant. Lovely friendly staff, a really homely feel to it. Food was gorgeous. I had asked for a very well done steak but unfortunately it was very red. The staff member took it away and brought it back perfect.

Have had an great evening.
Its a bit higher priced than other restaurants around but its absolutely worth it. Daniël has been one great server, going out of his way to make sure we had an good evening. And the food! Not even started about that going back there for sure. Everything the whole ambiance was amazing.

Had a very nice dinner here tonight.
Ordered a 400gr dry aged rib eye which was very good, tender and juicy and the presentation was great.

Very friendly staff brought our food very quick!

Would recommend for sure!

Tip for the restaurant is to put a staffmember at the entrance, we didnt know for sure if the restaurant was open when we walked up to it.
Maybe also put a nice fresh menu at the entrance, now there was a very old one which looked bad while the interior and general ambiance was great!

Personalmente un establecimiento muy bonito pero no hay variedad de platos. Las fajitas muy básicas y no me gustaron. Lo contrario la carne, que estaba buenísima y gran calidad de producto. Camareros simpáticos y que controlan muchos idiomas.

We have been to this restaurant many times and the quality of the food and the service from the staff are both excellent. I have tried many of the dishes on offer and everything I have tried has been fabulous. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Last night we were served by Charaf who was both friendly and charming. We were also entertained by Jose the resident magician. Will definitely be back.

I strongly recommend this restaurant. Digital menu with all the necessary informations to order what you like. The personnel is amazing and the services are very good. The food is tasty and well prepared.

Servicio regular, productos Buenos pero no había arros, ni papas de guarnición tardo un poco lo segundo pero entendí ble están al 70 % de ocupación en lo que se espera por el segundo 45 minutos después se puede cocinar un poco de arroz la camarera muy simpática

Nice food. But there's better for cheaper. Like 2.25 for a portion of garlic butter that should come with the steaks just a bit poor to be honest. That's 5 euros on your bill extra for 2 people. Drinks also too expensive. Enjoyed the steak though. And garlic potatoes

Me and my partner went here for a last minute dinner around 10: 00 as we just flew in for our holiday. Got there and the atmosphere was nice, menu was slightly dire and some things expensive. I ordered fajitas (thinking you can’t go wrong), chicken was like chewing some cardboard and completely unseasoned (unlike traditionally fajitas). Don’t get me started on the wraps… these tortilla wraps were kept in a hot pot to keep the temperature but weren’t even hot in the first place.wasn’t sure what heat it was trying to keep in. Average salad from a salad bag. Just save yourself and don’t get fajitas. On the other hand, my parents dinner was nice, it was a steak that was given chopped up, sauce was nice and potatoes that came with it were good. The service was nice and friendly. So just don’t get the fajitas…

This was our 4th visit over 2 trips. You cant fault the place. Great steaks Great drinks. Very clean and modern inside.

Poor experience. Inattentive staff. Over cooked steak under cooked vegetables. Not alot to eat for a large bill. Two cocktails and two steak dinners poor quality. Sat in the red hot sun very uncomfortable. The best part of this experience were the toilets were clean and welcoming. Won't be going again just a gimmick.

Awfull service, wentvin there with my son.asked if we had booked said no and was sneered at and taken to a table.waited 20 mins fir someone to take drinks order then waited 45 minds for foid which was cold and disappointing, when I said to pay for drinks and leave they brought out cold food, trust me avoid!

Had a great time for a family meal on our last night in Tenerife! The food was lovely staff friendly, especially Charaf our waiter who was attentive and nothing was too much trouble thank you, the kids especially love Jose the magician brilliant, sorry no pictures of the food it was gone as soon as it was put down at the table

Honestly the best meal we have ever had, eating out. Everything from the mozzarella garlic bread starter to the fillet steak, the sauce, the chips and vegetables, they were all beautiful and flavoursome. Vegas grill - An absolute touch of class. Couldn’t recommend any more. They have earned their 5 star review tonight. The staff were all welcoming, professional and on point.

Good service and gluten free food clearly labelled. Steaks were cooked exactly how we asked. Fairly well priced and excellent quality. No real faults with any of the experience

Very good meat with high quality preparement. Also a little more pricy than other restaurants, but the price equals the good meal.

One of the best Fillet steaks we have had anywhere not only in Tenerife. Marvelous setting with service to match. Well worth a visit.

The best meal we had while in Tenerife. Walk away from the long waiting times at the Safari Centre and give this place a try.

Zeer mooi, modern restaurant, onberispelijk schoon, met zeer vriendelijk personeel en uitstekend eten.

Enjoyed this place very much! The steak and teriyaki skewer were perfectly cooked and starters as well as dessert were delicious! Highly recommend. Also the magician was really entertaining! Very friendly staff! Wonderful view from the terrace!

Great food, okay service.

The food itself was very good, including both the vegan and gluten free options. Special mention within my group was givien to the beef wellington special and fillet steak - they were very much enjoyed!

The just-okay service came down to a long 10+ minute delay for one particular main course and a side, along with general inattentiveness throughout the evening, especially when it came to requesting the bill.

Would recommend for the food alone, but won't be returning during my stay in Tenerife.

Do not, repeat DO NOT! Go here if you are vegetarian or vegan or have any allergies, stay AWAY! I went here due to reviews stating there were vegan options. However, when I ordered the vegetable fajitas WITHOUT cheese and sour cream it arrived with it. I understand that this can be an honest mistake and gave them the benefit of the doubt, removed it from my plate and continued with my meal. As I was eating the fajitas I realised there was something which tasted unfamiliar, upon closer inspection I realised that there was multiple small pieces of CHICKEN in my food! I was upset and shocked by this discovery as I have not eaten meat in almost 3 years. I called staff over and informed them of this, one waitress was very helpful and considerate towards me and asked if we wanted anything complimentary, I declined as I no longer wanted to spend anytime in the restaurant. The only remedeming factor of the situation was how kind and apologetic the staff were and that the fajitas and my drink were removed from the bill as an apology however this should not have occurred in the first place. As a consequence from me consuming the meat, I was ill during the night and for the duration of the whole next day. Not the best start to my holiday.

Went here with my family on sunday july 7th 19 fabulous food bit price but very good service and do recommended the the fillet of steak.well done of course

Me and my girlfriend came here for steak and fajitas. The best meal we’ve had on the island on our stay. Would highly recommend!

Food was great however the service was shocking.we sat down and after waiting for a while we had to ask someone to give us the menu as all waiters were avoiding eye contact? ! After we had a look at the menu and were ready, again they were avoiding eye contact so we asked if we could order.on top of that the brought us things we didn't order AND they charged us for things we didn't order! Ironic they have so many waiters for so many things and none of them knows what's going on. Awful!

The food was absolutely delicious and left clean plates all around, the magician was really good and mind blowing. We will definitely be visiting again!

We went for the fist time this holiday and we were not disappointed. Gorgeous good.lovely staff. AMAZING! Deserts and Jose the magician is fantastic. We aren't I to these table top type if things.but he came to our table.he used OUR OWN playing cards and wowed us with magic.so clever.fab evening. Thank you

Food was okay.although at the end we wasnt happy as they told us 24eruo for a meal that was on "special offer" but then when it come to payment they said it was per person which we asked before hand they told us it's all in based on to people sharing disappointing really as the meal ended up been around 70 euro when we could of just got sirloin steak for cheaper was gonna stand and argue but had respect for other people eating I wouldn't recomend one bit as they make there prices up as they go along

Big place with nice decor, waiters are very attentive and friendly, magician is also a great touch for entertainment! Got the meat feast pizza and was nice, could be more flavoursome but still nice!

Attempted to eat here last night, restaurant interior looked fabulous menu was ok very pricey, doorman was rude, the red carpet as you go up the stairs is a false illusion to what you will experience, there was 7 of us we ordered our food, steaks, ribs and fajitas. We waited over an hour for our food when it did eventually turn up the kitchen staff had messed our order up giving the wrong size steaks we ordered, the fajitas didn't come out together so once the wraps arrived the meat was cold you only got given 3 wraps and the amount of meat could have easily filled 5-6, one of the steaks were over cooked the chips were anaemic but above all of that they forgot one of the steaks that was ordered so my partner had to wait another 15 minutes for his food, again once that arrived it was cold in the middle as it had been rushed as it was forgotten. The waitress was very helpful but the rest of the staff were rude and didn't seem to care that they had ruined our meal, we refused to pay for the fajitas and the steak that was late as neither were eaten how you can serve that food to customers is beyond me. The other 5 people out of our party paid for their food but again had to check the bill as had things on there that was ordered but we didnt receive. Awful and would not reccomend going. Another couple also left without paying as there was a problem with their food too. Shame as it looks like a brilliant restaurant but do not be fooled like we did we left hungry and pretty angry

Rubbish took 50 minutes for the food to arrive and it was ALL WRONG left the food and drinks without paying. STAY AWAY!

A very large and airy restaurant. Menu similar to its sister restaurant, The Chill Out, and just as good. Good variety of food, drinks etc on offer all under the watchful eye of Khadir. He runs this restaurant very well in deed. It's relatively new in this area but becoming a good choice of venue for many people. Entertainment is provided by a magician which is very popular. Unsure when the roulette tables are in use but they're obviously there as a bit of fun. Worth a visit.
